This place is great. I recently started ordering from here. The burgers taste so good. The family fries will feed like five people. However the only thing I have not liked thus far are their fries. By the time they are delivered they are pretty soggy. I can't completely judge because I've not eaten them in the restaurant, and that could be a completely different experience due to them being delivered and all. They did mess up our order the first time, left out the bacon on all of our burgers but our delivery service took care of that, and I get it it happens. The second delivery we had was great but the fries came soggy and all stuck together.. so be careful when you are ordering. Make sure you live right by them if you order, so they don't have a chance to get all soggy. They are pretty expensive, but when you want a good burger this is the joint. This weekend we ordered food for 5 people and everyone raved about how good it tasted. I always get mine lettuce wrapped and I never feel like I am missing out on the bun. I'm glad this place exists but I really wasn't impressed. They have two vegetarian options: a quinoa veggie burger and the Beyond Burger. I went with the VegeFi burger; the patty had no texture and was almost tasteless. You can see corn and carrots but yet it lacked flavor and it was simply mush. I think it may be from having too many ingredients in it that not one flavor could stand out. The bun was good but nothing special and wasn't even toasted. Their special sauce is delicious and definitely the best part. The lettuce and tomato was also fresh, which I appreciate. When the burger is less than great, I at least can usually rely on the french fries to redeem the meal. However, their fries are mediocre and overdone. While a few extra crispy fries is desirable in the batch, an entire serving of them is bad. I love that they keep the skin on the potatoes but since they are so fried, this actually made them get even darker. The low quality is probably why you receive such a large serving of fries. As for everything else, it gets five stars. There's plenty of seating and since they give you a buzzer to let you know when your order is ready, you can sit while waiting. The workers are nice and they keep everything clean. They also have those soda machines where you can pick from a hundred different drinks. Came here because I was craving a truffle burger and this was the closest place in the neighborhood. I tried the CEO burger which included wagyu beef, bacon-tomato jam, truffle aioli, and aged swiss cheese. I added mushrooms and fried avocado to spice it up. It was really good and I'm proud to say I have tried fried avocado and it was absolutely amazing. The price of the burger was pretty reasonable given that it is wagyu beef and with truffle? Could have used a special sauce, an aioli or chipotle mayo- somethin' besides your basic ketchup or mustard or mayo. Did I mention the veggie burger was top notch? Can you tell I'm in my 40's since I used an expression like top notch? I like that they have beer on tap (& in cans). I had a voodoo something or other. The woman taking our order at the counter asked if we would like to try a couple, since we had trouble deciding. Bonus points! Someone should come around and wipe tables down on a regular basis. It wasn't greasy compared to other burger places I've been to which is a plus! But the fries were out of this world good. We had the fries with parmesan cheese, herbs and garlic aioli. What a letdown. More importantly, if you are homebound and rely on the delivery service apps, you get shafted because they don't offer a meal on their menus with these services like they do in the store so you're forced to pay full a la carte price for everything. My friend and I both ordered the cheeseburger with bacon as well as chilli cheese fries as well as the urban fries and an Oreo shake. The burger was nice and moist, the bacon was crisp to perfection and the bun was soft and fresh. The chilli cheese fries were good but after awhile I grew tired and my friend said the same about his urban fries. He said the Oreo shake was good but I didn't try it as I am lactose. This has always been my favorite burger chain and I'm so glad they have one in Brooklyn here. We haven't eaten this in a long time until a couple weeks ago and just picked some up again over the weekend for A's birthday. We forgot how good the Conflicted Burger is so had to get it again with the Cry and Fry. We also decided to try the chicken tenders and Breakfast All Day burger and both surprised us with how good they were. These are now my favorite chicken tenders and the Bacon Jalapeño Ranch and BurgerFi sauces were both really good too. Tried the beyond burgers tonight. They were amazing. Very tasty, moist, very fresh. I had mine in the lettuce wrap, my wife on a whole wheat bun. Took off one star for the ice cold burgers arrival. We ordered through seamless. Simple enough to heat up a burger, but not so easy with the lettuce wrap, ugh.. Might I suggest more insulated packing for delivery? Horrible service!! Our food arrived 30 minutes late and we received someone else's order. I immediately called BurgerFi and spoke to the manager, Raven. She refused to intervene and insisted I track down the Uber driver myself despite repeatedly telling her we ordered through grubhub and I don't have any driver information. She talked over me saying the same thing, that it wasn't her responsibility and I needed to contact grubhub for a refund. Then, she blamed me saying BurgerFi urges its customers not to use grubhub or third-party delivery services because this is what happens and there's nothing else that can be done. Raven put me on hold for "being disrespectful to her" even though she was trying to "help me". I hung up and called back only to be sent to the BurgerFi mailbox five times! On the sixth try, we called from my husband's phone and wouldn't you believe it, they picked up immediately. I told Raven she was completely unprofessional and filed a complaint with both grubhub and BurgerFi. What a waste of time! read more

During the Covid era , Burgefi has been consistently very good . I usually just stick with their Standard Cheeseburger but add ons of raw onions , ketchup and , signature BurgerFi sauce really spruces it up nicely. I've also had it with Both American and white cheddar cheese and they both are very good . The burgers are better than all the Chain restaurants I've tried including the more popular Five Guys and Shake Shack . The burgers are never soggy, meat tender and juicy , toppings are fresh and sauces compliment each other . The ability of the kitchen staff to take directions from the ordering apps have been a major plus . Burgerfi's fries are nothing to sneeze at all . Again very consistent and fresh. They cut these by hand which might make a difference ? I also give BurgerFi a lot of praise for their packaging. From the Burgers having individual boxes , to the bagging , to the addition of sealing stickers to dissuade the delivery drivers from touching my food are all icing to this already well executed cake(burger) . A business that goes above and beyond to please their customers is a business worth supporting in my book. It's good, but not better than Shake Shack. I still prefer the Shack stack, with the portobello mushroom. This location has been up and down for me over the last few years. I think they have things together more or less now. The last few times I've gotten delivery through Uber eats it has been on point. The burgers come fast and hot. The quality of the ingredients has always been an obvious focus for this establishment. I love the fi sauce as well as their FIed chicken sandwich. Overall it's a great burger spot for a quick stop or for delivery. My wife got the "breakfast all day" burger last time (pictured) and it came looking and smelling beautiful.
