I went through the drive thru I ordered the box deal with the roast beef sandwich and a curly fry it came with a two piece mozzarella stick and a peach cobbler egg roll. Sandwich wasn't it, due to the temperature being warm not hot warm like it's been sitting. Fry was hot and fresh no complaints Mozzarella sticks were hot and good no complaints like the marinara sauce too. The peach cobbler roll was hot but too hot it was all soft like in the middle not in a good way. I finished work at 5 o'clock near powerline and 62nd St. I had a meeting at 6:30 in Wilton manors. I don't have time to run home in between, but if I don't eat, I won't have time for dinner until after 9 o'clock. So, I needed something nearby and Arby's was there. I don't expect fine, dining, but by using the app, I was able to get a French dip sandwich for three dollars. We were coming home late and it'd been a long day. After putting gas in my car, we had two options: Wendy's or Arby's. I'm not a fan of either really, but of the two, I chose Arby's. There was almost no one inside. We had to check the board to see what they had -- it's been a very long time since we stopped at an Arby's. We chose their sliders. He got two roast beef and cheese; I tried one chicken and one roast beef. The sliders were okay. We added a combo of their bbq (Arby's sauce) and horseradish sauce to add a bit of pizzazz. We got shakes to drink. He tried their shake of the month -- an orange one that reminded him of a creamsicle and I got an old favorite -- their jamocha shake. They were okay, but the paper straws collapsed as you're trying to drink the shake, so it's a tad frustrating. The shakes came out fast. The sliders took a while -- I'm assuming they were cooking them. They were rather short staffed. And when anyone came in, they didn't see any personnel around. Hungry for an early dinner we stopped here to eat. This was around 6:00 pm or shortly thereafter. Drive through traffic was sparse. We decided to eat inside. We looked the o menu board over and saw that it has changed quite a bit since we last dined at Arby's. We ordered 4 sliders and the featured Orange Cream shake and an old school Jamocha shake. Our shakes were right away but we had to wait 10 minutes for our food. ( perhaps with at least two more staff members they might generate more customers...or maybe lack of customers is why they are running lean during peak dinner hours.) In my usual rush, I recently pulled up here and ordered one of their limited menu items, which in this case was the Brisket, Bacon, Beef 'n' Cheddar sandwich---mmmmm!! They combine three meats: smoked brisket, roast beef, and bacon with cheddar cheese sauce and red ranch (very similar to BBQ sauce but better) and serve it up hot in their classic, soft onion roll. It's such a rarity for me to do a review on a fast food restaurant, but I wanted to at least acknowledge the difference good customer service makes since fast food franchise owners don't think it matters. We have been going to this Arby's location for years, and much more frequently in the past 2 or 3 years, and the service here has always been great. We have never had an issue at this location. The food is relatively inexpensive so it's not usually very healthy and employee turnover is high, so it's kind of the luck of the draw what you get depending on the day. This Arby's might be the best Arby's I've ever been in. I got the chicken ranch sandwich and the quality was surprisingly good. The chicken seemed freshly-fried; it was crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The lettuce and the tomatoes were ripe, not wilted or soggy like out tomatoes get sometimes. The inside of this place was spotless and they had a flat screen TV playing. The bathroom was incredibly clean too. This is the second issue that I have had at this location. The last time I was there I left my debit card there, and when I called them, they claimed that they never found it. Now today I tried to place an order for the boneless wing deal and asked for them not to be in the sauce and was told that they can't do that and I would have to pay for the premium nugget deal. This is not true because at the Coral Springs location I have ordered the boneless wing deal before not tossed in the sauce, and it should make any difference whether it's tossed in the sauce or not. They were greedy and were trying to get extra money so I told her forget it and did not place an order. Their customer service needs to greatly improved!! Even an Arby's could use some feedback right? I popped in today for lunch as I hadn't been to an Arby's in some time. Growing up, a roast beef sandwich was an original thing compared to a hamburger. Then there was that stretch where I had no funds and Arby's would do the 5 sandwiches for 5 dollars. That got me through class. This day I got a roast beef sandwich, and for the first time, tried a buffalo chicken sandwich. The former was as good as ever, but the symmetrical nature of the "chicken patty" and odd color definitely through me off. But when I include those glorious curly fries in my overall food consideration, I still would say pretty good. The service is why I thought feedback would be good for this location. Turnover is common in such restaurants. But I can say that today's crew I would vouch for. The gal taking the order was great; the gal in the window was especially cheerful; and the guy who ran the food out to my waiting spot was a good natured guy. Just you average Arby's. It's on a busy intersection with lots of hotels so I'm sure the lunch and dinner times get busy. They do have a pretty cool happy hour with small shakes at a $1.00 I happened to be staying at a hotel nearby that did not serve lunch. This Arby's was in walking distance. I placed my order and was given the chance to upgrade my order for the happy hour special. Over course I can't say no to a $1.00 miles shake. I asked for the Jamocha, but it came out vanilla. Ordering from fast food down here can regularly be a nightmare between wrong orders, rude service, long lines etc. They are always super super friendly and polite (Edwin is the best and perfect with customer service). I love Arby's but this experiencing was horrible. I drove around to the drive thru only to not get any response for nearly a minute. As I drove away, they said something. I drove around and came back, only to wait again. I ordered my medium meal and drove up to the window. The less than welcoming employee took my money and then gave me my food. I drove away. Halfway home I realized I didn't receive a drink. Even worse, when I got home, they gave me a small fry. It was placed upside down In the bag so they were all over the place. I was quite upset. On my way back to the office I had to stop and grab something to eat. I had not been to an Arby's in a number of years so I said to myself, "hey you let's eat that." I was surprised to find that they had a Reuben sandwich for five bucks on their menu. Of course I was even more surprised to find that it tasted really good. The only thing I would have changed is adding more sauerkraut. The bathrooms were very clean, the restaurant was very well kept, and the staff was very courteous. The line went very quickly so I would recommend that if you are comparing Arby's to Wendy's you might check this place out if you're in a hurry. My only disappointment was the onion rings. They're very tasty, but I only received five onion rings for $2. There was a lot of extra space in the onion ring cardboard container that went unused. There are a number of other things on the menu that I need to come back and try so I'm going to be headed back to this Arby's the next time I'm in this part of South Florida. read more

The customer service here is impeccable. They are extremely polite and courteous. Even as this horrible family was complaining about everything from coupons to their food, the staff remained calm. I seen one employee get yelled at by the family because they didn't like the sauce on their sandwich. They sent the employee to send the sandwich back at least twice but he remained professional. I know four stars is a lot to give a fast food place, but this was a good Arby's experience. I walked in around noon on a Friday and was immediately greeted by a very friendly woman at the register. I placed my order for a turkey wrap and she was happy to make adjustments to it (I wanted mayo instead of ranch dressing) and then suggested that I upgrade to a combo since it was a better deal. I probably didn't need the fries, but I saw that they had lemonade so I decided to do fries and a drink. They even took my name with my order, so it felt even friendlier. I was provided with a cup that I filled at the self serve drink station. I really appreciate self serve drink stations because I find any sort of juices to be too sweet so I like to do half juice half water, and I just feel too high maintenance explaining that to the employees so I usually just order water, but I could make it the way I wanted here. As I was filling my drink I also noticed they had quite an extensive sauce bar, at least quite a few more options than I realized Arby's had. There was of course ketchup but also bbq sauce, horseradish sauce, honey dijon, and an Arby's signature sauce. At this point my order was ready, they called my name, asked if I would like any sauces to go, and wished me a nice day. As far as the food goes, it's Arby's, I think people generally know what to expect. The turkey wrap was good and very large, a good value for the price and I would get it again. Overall I just really appreciated how friendly and accommodating the staff was. The restaurant was also very well kept and new looking, so for fast food, I was very pleased. read more
