It seems like no matter what BurgerFi I visit, I always have a good experience. This particular location I've had the pleasure of dining in twice. I like this location, right in the Doral city place which I like to visit, where it's busy with people and different things going on at different times. What made this location stand out to me was the way the staff worked so well together. They seemed to enjoy working together and making sure things moved along like they should when assisting customers. I sat and observed how they spoke to the customers, how they served the customers and how they interacted with each other in front of the customers. I love this place! They make the freshest and healthiest burgers out there which are never frozen and with no antibiotics. You should be aware of what you eat! The CEO is hands-down the best burger here. It features two Wagyu Beef + Brisket blend beef patties, cheese, candied bacon-tomato jam, and garlic truffle aioli sauce. It's juicy and delicious. I can't think of a better burger out there. It's not the cheapest, but it's the best. I like their hand-cut fries which are customizable and served in a large portion. I've been to BurgerFi before and while not the most inexpensive option, food here is always hot, delicious, and a solid choice. I came into the Doral City Place location with some friends because one of them had never eaten at a BurgerFi and wanted the experience. I ordered via the machine. It was a neat experience. My food arrived quickly and was delicious. I ordered the new patty melt and I could only eat half. One of my friends didn't have as good as an experience as I did. After ordering a $33 meal, his burger came out and it was incorrect. They took back the burger and my friend ate his fries. After about 25 minutes, the new burger still had not come out. By this time he wasn't hungry anymore (we had all shared our food) and as I was telling him to tell the cashier so they could refund him, his plate was brought back to him and he ended up taking his burger to go. I think BurgerFi is delicious! The veggie burger is one of the best I've tried. But I also think that for the price of the food there, there should be more attention to detail. What a great location! They have a decent amount of seating, cook your food very quickly, and the burgers always turn out perfectly. The burgers taste really good and it's good to know they don't use any hormones in their beef. I like all the glass in their dining room, it feels very open and clean. Not impressed. Guess I was waiting for more out of an over priced burger place that's ranked #1 on yelp for my area. Small location. I ordered the burgerfi cheeseburger, a side of onion rings and a beer. The cashier, who btw needs better customer service training, instructed me to add a tip to the payment. I did just that. Again, I was waiting for more out of this place. Total bill came out to around $28. I don't see the difference from going to a 5-guys BF, Fuddruckers and even a Burger King (to some degree). A country club restaurant in the area is less expensive and you get a restaurant treatment. Once the food arrived I was offered sauce. At least i got my money's worth out of that tip. Save your time and money. There are plenty of better burger joints in Doral. read more

Came here for the Frozen Custard!! It was really good. If you have never tried it, I would highly recommend it. It's like soft serve ice cream but with a more creamy buttery flavor. Ordering was really easy with the kiosks. Makes things a lot easier when trying to make a selection. They have vanilla , chocolate, and swirl (vanilla & chocolate). Topping such as whipped cream, chocolate sprinkles and colored sprinkles. Service was fast and accurate. Restaurant looked clean. The burgers looked really good. This is one of my favorite burger chains. I had tried their veggie burger at a Burger Festival (i know), and was instantly hooked. One day I was really in the mood for a bacon cheeseburger, but I also wanted a veggie burger. Low and behold, BurgerFi has a conflicted burger which is their veggie patty + beef patty, and I added bacon to it. AMAZING!! I also love that I don't have to choose between onion rings & fries (looking at you cry + fry!). They also have a parmesan topping you can get on top which is to die for. The custard is a little bit too heavy for me, especially after such a massive burger, but it's tasty. This place is always clean, the service is friendly, and I love that this is the type of place that caters to people as indecisive as me. read more

The hash brown was really mushy and the fried egg was overcooked in my opinion. However, the fried onion rings and concretes were delicious. I think the food and drinks are overpriced. (You know it's legit when it isn't "Cookies n' cream"). I love to try oreo shakes from different places and this place does it right! Okay so I am going to be completely honest here. BurgerFi is my favorite quick burger spot but unfortunately ordering from there is always a guessing game for me. Wether it is this location or the location on Washington (in south beach) or the location in north beach or the location in Pembroke Pines - my food always seems to come out NOT the way I ordered it. Sadly I will never stop ordering food from them because their food is so fresh and truly delicious that that ONCE in a FIVE time chance always keeps me wondering if one day BurgerFi will finally hire a staff that can prepare peoples food properly. In the photos that I uploaded you can see that only ONE burger was ordered with cheese (the one with ONLY lettuce and tomato) and NOT mine which was supposed to be a HAMBURGER not a CHEESEBURGER and with the little luck I have - they put the cheese on BOTH burgers. I took a bite thinking "screw it, how bad could it be?" But I'm sorry to me it was disgusting. I literally had to scrape the cheese off (you can see in one of the photos) and it still tasted gross. So definitely pricey and it makes me sad but when I take a bite all that goes away lol. I had the cheeseburger (double patty) and it was really juicy and tasty. Their medium well is really good. Oh and their sauces! I can't live without sauces and they really killed it with their homemade truffle aioli and chipotle! I had the ultimate pleasure of attending a Yelp event here with my boyfriend in which I had never done before. Honestly, I thought I was going to walk in, get a free burger of my choosing, and walk out. I was so wrong! Upon being greeted by very friendly staff from the Yelp team and employees within the restaurant was I escorted to my seat in preparation for the myriad of burgers I was about to experience! Beyond the flow of great craft beet, the event was also awesome because of the manager who took his time to inform us about their company and what really makes their food great, far beyond most local burger chains. First we were served truffle fries, normal fries, and their outrageously good onion rings. Burgerfi takes their time starching and blanching their fries before frying which is why they're so damn good! The first burger we got to sample was the Beyond Burger a vegan burger that I initially wasn't too excited to try, but upon first bite fell in love with. Made with all vegetable ingredients these burgers even bleed a little which I think is through the use of beets. It tasted SO delightful that you could've fed it to me, not telling me, and I would've thought it was meat. The next burger to come out was their veggie burger which was good but definitely preferred their vegan option and will go back to order it again! My favorite burger I got to try there was definitely the BAD burger or Breakfast All Day burger that completely stunned me. It's natural Angus, American cheese, bacon, maple syrup, a fried egg, hash brown, grilled onions, and ketchup. Oh man, I could die eating this burger everyday because it was just the real deal.
