I really like Burgerfi. The CEO burger is my go-to, it's damn good. I feel like it's a tad bit expensive considering it doesn't come with fries but at least the burger is a decent size. I wish they allowed you to order your burger at different temperatures, but you can only get it medium well or well. Oddly enough, my absolute favorite thing to order from Burgerfi isn't even a burger...it's their vanilla milkshake! Yep, just a basic vanilla shake. They add half n half and vanilla simple syrup to their shakes, so although it's a plain vanilla shake, it is the best plain vanilla shake you will ever have lol. read more

I should open this review with an explanation of why it's just a 3 star A-OK experience. Although the burgers are good and prices start out reasonable, you can quickly escalate things and make this a pricey meal. The last time I ate here I tried the Beyond burger with french fries topped with garlic aioli and parmesan. Total price $14, drink not included. The Beyond burger was really good, even a non vegetarian would not complain, I think it's great that BurgerFi has 2 vegetarian burger options now but the price of a meal here is a little steep for a fast casual lunch in my opinion. I was at Doral area with my kid and 4 teneger friends and they were hungry after Sky zone and all of them agree for Burguers, right away I open my Yelp app and BurgurFi was the first one close by, check the good reviews and we went. First, keep in mind, this place is at City Doral where you need to pay the parking. The restaurant is nice, decoration are very modern, the service was fast, they explained all the options and kids ordered the Conflicted burguer and me the Burguerfi burguer, two only orders of fries for 5, and we didn't finished, Serving are huge. I order only one of the new chocolate brownie shake and no one like it, we didn't like the taste, wasn't chocolate, wasn't brownies ... Absolutely Insane, worst service I have ever received from any location. I dined and with some friends, and ordered food for a family member to go. After waiting over 25 minutes for my food, with no buzzer going off, I inquired inside. I was then told that they lost my order, and couldn't locate it. And could not refund me even if they tried, because they cannot locate my order. After 30 minutes of waiting and 5 minutes of back and forth I demand a manager who then tells me that "my ticket got lost somehow or fell behind the printer and they didn't see it." LOL LOL LOL OK... But still, how is that my fault? Why haven't I been served or given a refund? Finally 37 minutes after I placed a to go order, I am finally told I'll get my food! 40 min after I placed a to go order, I get my food! No offer of compensation, no resolution, just excuses and apologies by a "manager", who's defense is still "we lost the ticket oops!" I used to frequent this location or order on uber eats, but I will NOT be returning after the way my last encounter was handled. Epic FAIL. read more

I have had the CEO burger both times that I went and let me tell you that I was not expecting to have an amazing burger experience here but I am so glad that I gave them a chance anyways because both times not only were the burgers delicious, but the staff was very welcoming, and the place had a great vibe. This place understand the struggle of wanting to get both the fries and the onion rings so they have an option for both! And they come with a delicious sauce that alone is incredible but with the fries and onion rings is perfect! They also have craft beer on tap and in bottles! I always get La Rubia and it never fails! You can't go wrong with Wynwood Brewing! The burger was so perfect! Decent burger joint, but what gets this place the extra star is the flavored French fries. There aren't a lot of flavors to choose from, but I like the selection they do have. I ordered the single Burgerfi burger -- that's their burger with one patty. The default is two patties and if you want one, you have to specifically point it out. I liked that I had the option to add a fried egg to my burger -- though I didn't exercise that option this time. I also ordered the large fries -- don't judge me! -- with Cajun seasoning to spice them up with some flavor. It's slightly spicy, so be ready! My friend got the large fries with aioli truffle seasoning, which was also very tasty! I was pretty satisfied with the serving sizes of the burger and fries, so left a full and happy camper. Also, since I checked in, I got a complimentary cup of frozen custard. I tried the swirl, which is a combination of vanilla and chocolate. It's super creamy and (thankfully) not too sweet, so it was a good follow up and counter to my savory meal. I'm so glad one of these finally opened close to my work so I can treat myself to a great meal during lunch. When I come here I know I'm going to go all out so the diet is out the door. This time I ordered a chocolate Oreo milkshake which was delicious. The burger I always get is the Breakfast all day burger which works perfectly with its egg, hash brown and grilled onions and to go with it I got an order of fries. I usually share the fries because it is a lot of food for one person. But I can't choose what not to get. The staff is always friendly and helpful if I have questions about the menu. This location is in City Place Dora which at first had me skeptical with the potentially crowded garage and need to pay for parking. Amazing. I seriously underestimated this place for sure. I must admit it didn't catch my attention, but the party I was with was craving burgers, so we decided to come here. First of all, I have to say that Shy is absolutely incredible. We were outside debating whether to come or not, and she jumped in our conversation and explained every burger to us inviting us to go in. I was actually so impressed with how well she knew all the burgers. Well, she definitely convinced us! I got the veggie burger (as per Shy's recommendation) and the fries. Both equally delicious and the quality was evident. I didn't think it was overpriced at all. It was four of us, each got burger and fries and drinks and we ended up paying $45. Mind you, it is a HIGH quality burger and came out relatively fast. Shy came back to our table to pick up our stuff and stayed chatting with us for a little. It's really nice to see employees who actually like what they're doing and have such great, friendly attitude. This girl deserves a raise. We will be back for both the food and the service. This franchise is known for their delicious juicy burgers customizable to your liking with loads of options and sides. My first experience at Burger Fi......a bit of a frenetic experience. First of all shouting by the line cooks when the front of the house is taking an order was distracting and I could not here the soft spoken girl taking my order. Once we got the order all square we were off to the races. The food came out pretty quick and it was delicious. Fries were really crunchy which was a nice change to normal fries.....not one I would want everyday but a nice change. Now I fully understand you need to wipe down tables etc......but it is a bit creepy when the guy keeps coming by to wipe and ask if you need anything. Had takeout with a group order. Burgers and fries were both delicious and still a good temperature when they arrived.

Bun small burger patty large, therefore only the middle bites of the burger has all the compliments ie: jalapeños, bacon, cheese and sauce. Onion rings deep fried stuck together, so when you pull onion rings apart, the onion slides out of the crispy batter. Urban style onion rings had aioli and parm cheese on the top onion rings only. The buried ones were naked. The taste of the middle of the burger and the top onion rings were good. The marketing makes the price of this food out of control. Other gourmet burger establishments are not any better, my advise would be to make sure the burger is built so that every bite is equally tasty, spread the bacon, sauce and any other additions more carefully towards the perimeter of the burger. Build the onion rings, so every round onion ring is not a Siamese twin and make sure if you charge fore urban sauce, then make Damn sure each ring has equal sauce on then.
