Great burger spot. The food I have had delivered and also eaten here and has been great about 80% of the time. In total about 10 times eating here and 2 of the times the food tasted a little off. I do not know if it was different workers or it was not prepped correctly but it did not taste the same as usual. The other times the food was excellent, service is quick, good size menu for a burger spot. The prices are not bad for the quality and the portion sizes are great! I was turned off by the few times the food had made me sick and it did not taste like it usually did eating it. It was bad enough were I did not continue eating my food but that was twice. I blow money here all the time esp on pay days it gets really busy at this location, probably because it's surrounded by companies and people come and pick up food because it's easy and quick. You can order online and pick it up and they also have a kiosk option to place orders. They have great customer service. Great place, great food. I am one of those guys that tries not to eat much meat. So I usually order veggie burgers. Most of the time. I am not a monk either. This place is great. The food is high quality and the staff is very friendly. Last time I was there, I asked for a veggie burger wrapped in lettuce and I asked for extra everything (not charge for the everything); they were so nice that they gave me kind of a small salad on the side. It made my day. The only thing I would recommend this place to be a five star fast food joint would be to take better care of their restrooms and have some hand sanitizers around. Yup, I am one of those guys I guess. The type of guy that likes to wash his hands before eating. The restrooms are not horrible, they just need better care. From what it says on the menu the Veggi Fi comes with lettuce and tomatoes....so why would they make a burger with out the lettuce and tomatoes?? Drove all the way home to satisfy my pregnancy craving only to be so disappointed. I thought about checking the burgers in the restaurant. However, I did not and it was a MAJOR mistake!!! I'm from California and I'm very picky about my burgers but I absolutely loved the taste and the seasonings used. I ordered the BurgerFi with some Cajun fries and it did not disappoint. I first went here for a Yelp event and can't even count how many times I have been back ever since. It is not your typical fast food joint, it is much better! The CEO Burger is my absolute favorite. It comes with wagyu beef and brisket - one of the best burgers ever. I love that you can order onion rings on the side or even a mix of onion rings and fries. They call it "Fry and Cry." They offer amazing milkshakes, my favorite is the Red Velvet. They also have these fancy touchscreen soda machines where you pretty much choose between every beverage that has ever existed. Even their veggie and vegan options taste really good. They also offer good hot dogs. Great addition to CityPlace Doral. read more

Pretty decent burger spot. The store is always clean and the servers are very friendly. The burgers tend to be consistently juicy and the special sauce inside the burger is always great. Make sure to clarify if you only want one slice of burger patty because the standard is two. I did not mention it specifically once and the two patty burger was just way too much meat for my taste. There are also great vegan options for those who do not eat meat and you can switch burger buns for lettuce wraps instead like I do, for those who do not eat gluten. But to be fair, the Urban fries are really what brings me coming back, a definite must! read more

Everything was going great until a young male employee popped out of the restrooms with cleaning spray, a rag and gloved hands. Then proceeded to use the single rag (used to clean and freshen the rest rooms) to clean the soda machines, condiment bar, and even picked up dirt off the floormats while rubbing the rag on the ground. Then proceeded to return the dirty rag and spray under the counter to be used again shortly. Then went back to work in the kitchen without changing gloves. SO GOOD!! This place was awesome!! I normally get a single burger at any burger place but these patties are a bit thinner so a double burger did it for me! Flavor is great!
