Well it's about time, we got a BurgerFi close to the Hunters Creek / Celebration area here in Florida. For those who haven't been, BurgerFi is a chain, much like five guys however the quality is IMHO better. It's about as close to a In and Out style burger your going to find outside of the western USA. Burgers are cooked fresh, to order and toppings are fresh, along with buns. Meat used is Angus (USA) beef and no hormones or antibiotics used. Also they feature, REAL Custard (not ice cream, don't call it ice cream) if your from the northern US states, you know what real custard is.. if you don't, you OWE it to yourself to try it out and you'll never look back. Service was on pair, it was busy, but hey it's new and this place is going to BE busy for quite some time. Worth a visit! read more

4.5 stars Have to deduct half a star just because you have to order the burger at least Medium Well. I tried the BAD (Breakfast All Day) Burger and it was pretty good. But I think I preferred Mike's Bacon Cheeseburger. It seemed moister to me for some reason. But the bacon is crispy and the fries are just awesome. Real fries, y'all! Doesn't happen that often these days that one can find real potatoes, not some frozen things. And I don't do limp bacon. That's just gross. And this location has good sweet tea, unlike the one at Sunset Walk (which has a bar instead, apparently). It's nice to have options! read more

"A classic burger done right" indeed! Was craving a good hamburger and decided to drop in here. This location is new for me but very close to home. Had a single patty cheeseburger with bacon. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and the bacon was crispy not burnt nor undercooked. The bread was nice and toasty with their signature logo "stamped" on the top...always a nice touch. The patty was juicy and tasty. I ordered regular fries when I should've ordered the urban ones...those are tastier, but these were good. Has to be one of my fave burger joints. It's just so good you're looking for the burger honestly. I always get one of the wagyu burger because the juice and fats in it plus the toppings plus the sauce is so good. With the fries (which you can upgrade it to gourmet) is very good itself. read more

This was my first time going to this place. And I was not disappointed. The staff were really nice, and were very eager to help me and my family figure out which burger we would like. They explained each burger on the menu and their ingredients, they were very helpful. They also continued to check on us even after paying, and beginning to eat. Which they did not have to do. Now on to the burger.... I got the CEO burger without cheese. I also added lettuce. The burger is made with Double Wagyu + Brisket Blend Burger, Homemade Candied Bacon-Tomato Jam, Truffle Aioli, Aged Swiss Cheese. The Wagyu was well made for a burger joint that isn't necessarily high class. It was a really juicy burger everything on it complimented it. I definitely recommend getting that burger if you go. They have vegan options and so many different types of burgers and sides. They even have shakes, next time I will have to try one. This place definitely surprised me, I will for sure go back. 3 stars because while the food is good, the prices are a bit high for my burger preference. 2 burger meals with fries and a drink was just over $30. This BurgerFi location is clean and open. At BurgerFi you order at the counter and wait for your buzzer to notify you that the order is ready. I forgot to snap a picture of the menu boards, but most burgers (possibly all) are listed as a double patty. In smaller print underneath there is the price for a single. If you do not specify that you want a single patty burger, then it automatically comes as a double. I did not realize this and mine came as a double. The double patty was too much for me. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and, in my opinion, it was as good as any other burger joint. Food was hot, cheese was melted, and bacon was plentiful. The fries were average, really, not overly seasoned. Something to love: They have a Coke Freestyle machine to satisfy all tastes! read more

More places to try since I'm in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Service: Service is well. I was happy that I was able to make order online and pick it up upon arrival. It was very easy and simple. Couldn't get better than this. Foods: They have a variety of burgers. I got the Conflicted burger with lettuce buns and cry + fry. My boyfriend got two burgers: the CEO & the BurgerFi Cheeseburger with french fries and onion rings. After one bite with the Conflicted burger, I love this burger. It was a good mix if you want to try everything and very indecisive about what to get. The lettuce buns actually feel like it is nicely securing the burger. Along with the sides, the onion rings are HUGE! However, the fries could do some work. It is average, not the great nor the worse. Overall: This place is MUST TRY! I wish I had their burgers again! If they have a location on the west coast like Las Vegas, I would drive for their burgers. read more

This is one of my favorite places to get a burger, I always go for the conflicted burger, it tastes really good and it's unique with both the veggie and beef patty. This time around was my first time trying the onion rings, I could honesty go back just for them! They were SO goood, the only other place where I would order onion rings religiously would be Buffalo Wild Wings but BurgerFi's onion rings are no competition to it, I wish I would have tried them sooner. The atmosphere of BurgerFi was also very relaxing and just pretty, I loved the lighting! Next time you are craving a burger try this place out and don't forget to try the onion rings! read more

I have a weird problem with hamburger. I don't have some definable medical condition, at least nothing that can be figured out easily by my family doctor, but my digestive system HATES hamburger. Like it hates it with a passion. This is in direct contrast to the rest of me. I LOVE hamburger. My mind LOVES hamburger. My mouth LOVES hamburger. My nose LOVES hamburger. Once it gets past my mouth... oh noes. This doesn't happen with red meat as a general rule, just hamburger. It's weird. A friend suggested that I try the CEO burger with wagyu beef & brisket. Maybe I could eat that? I'll skip to the good part and tell you that I'm (as of this writing) at 3 CEO test burgers eaten and I've been GOOD! This is a major deal in my life. This place smelled wonderful. The place looks modern and they have those nice Coke Freestyle machines. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, despite it being decently busy. They have a nice, large digital menu. My food came out in a timely manner and it was attractively presented. They brand the top of the buns with the BurgerFi logo like you can see in the photos. It was delicious. My only issue is an odd one. The girl who took my order here didn't seem to actually speak much English. I do understand that Orlando (and FL as a whole) is a wonderful melting pot of cultures. I myself, a humble white boy from the MidWest, even spread my cultural wings and married a Cuban girl and now half of my family (errr... 75%??? her family is HUGE!) is Hispanic. Burger fi is my main go to for burgers because of how clean and how tasty it is. I love the fries when they are fresh but sometimes the fries are not the best sadly. Nonetheless if you get Burgerfi on a good day it's 10/10. Stopped in after going to Gatorland with the family and at the prefect time, while we were waiting for our food, the rush came and a huge line formed! Got the CEO burger, side of fries/onion rings, wife had the veggie burger and a root beer float. Everything was great, but really greasy, i guess that is expected? Had to wash my hands afterwards since they were kind of slick. Root beer floaty was awesome, perfect tasty treat for a hot day.... Exceeded my expectations and will be back. Second time here, the first time was good. The second visit not so much. I want to start off by saying that the food is made to order, but this took an extremely long amount of time for an order of 3 burgers to go. After a 45 minute wait for these three burgers and fries, we checked our order and noticed the fries looked burned. The fries served were refried. We made a statement saying the fries looked burnt and were told they were normal made "crispy and crunchy". Not having the time to sit around and wait, we left. read more
