This used to be our favorite burger place in The Loop. Not sure what happened since our last visit, but I'm going to share what we experienced tonight: Takeout Order placed on the new touch screen kiosk. Added sauces to the order for our fries. Order was given to us in a reasonable amount of time. The few staff that were out were friendly enough, one person in particular was attentive and gave us our drink cups. The manager was popping in and out and all I can say is that this person gives me very bad vibes. And the kitchen staff are clearly miserable, it was SILENT except for the manager's occasional questions. It was freezing cold in the restaurant. We take our food home and it's awful. The buns are stale and chewy, not soft like they should be. The quality of the meat is awful, I had multiple pieces of gristle in my burger The sauces we added? We are missing 2, and were given a wrong one. So of the 3 sauces, we only got ONE. The burgers are SWIMMING in ketchup and mayo. Adding condiments DOES NOT mean drowning the burger in them. The fries are off. Some taste like they were fried with the onion rings and others taste normal. Some are much soggier than others, so this was clearly a mixed batch of older and newer fries. You couldn't pay me to come back here. read more

Wow what a great burger experience! My husband and I had been talking about coming here for weeks but hadn't had the chance to, that is, until my mom came down from out of state and wanted a burger. We thought "we've been wanting to try this place, why not now?" Man have we been missing out. The Onion rings are the best we've ever had, and the fries and burgers were absolutely delightful! We got the all day breakfast burger, but they have so many different types that we know we still have to try! Sadly we went to the Kissimmee location at The Loop and eventhough the door said they close at 10:00 pm one of the empl locked the door in our face at 9:05 pm. We drove for 15 minutes for nothing. We love the brand and burgers but for this time we're not happy about the service. read more

This place is always great. Great customer service. Gabby is so kind and friendly. The manager did such a great job decorating the restaurant for Christmas that it feels so cozy inside and makes us want to stay longer and come back. We have seen this chain in other cities and decided to try it out when visiting Orlando area. My husband got the CEO burger minus sauce and veggies. The burgers had nice flavor, juicy and the cheese was perfectly melted, the bacon jam that is on the burger was minimal and hard to make out in the flavors. A side on onion rings/fries is easily shared and reasonably priced. There were 3 very large, breaded onion rings which were fine but nothing amazing - a little greasier and heavy than necessary. The fries were crisp, fresh but most in them in very small pieces, very few full size fries which was odd. I had the grilled chicken sandwich in a lettuce wrap. Honestly I was a little put off by the fact they charge 50 Cents additional for a iceberg lettuce wrap. If anything they should be subtracting money for a lettuce wrap. The grilled chicken didn't taste grilled - was very small portion and had no flavor at all. The tomato was fresh and I added bbq sauce given the overall complete lack of flavor. Service was nice, fixed small problem in our order promptly. We received a yelp check-in discount which is always nice. Overall the burgers were good, nothing special. I would avoid the grilled chicken options. We didn't try the milkshakes, but they looked good from other's we saw. read more

We were on a weekend getaway and we love this place. We usually eat at the one closest to where we live so trying another one can be scary. However it was clean and neat. Everyone was helpful and as usual the burger was amazing! We also got the yummy fries and onion rings. You really can't go wrong with this place. Burger perfection!!! Had a wonderful time being treated to some amazing burgers. We were warmly greeted by an amazing gentleman singing and playing guitar. Swag was on the table for us as usual and we were introduced to the owner of the business. The manager gave us lots of information about the restaurants and all the goodies we were to expect. So much delicious food! We had hot crispy fries and onion rings, veggie burgers, Beyond Burgers, All day breakfast burgers, burgers with wagyu beef and onion jam...the works! I really loved the breakfast burger the best because it came with an egg, hash browns, and bacon! We were also given wine and able to drink their delicious beer on tap that paired perfectly with the decadent burgers. This location was in a fun and vibrant part of Kissimmee. Nice ambiance, multiple large screens, good food, onion rings too large - don't fit in dip container, ranch available upon request, other condiments like Mayo and ketchup are self serve, variety of nice seating options, self serve drinks, masks not required (yay!), napkins at table, great variety of menu options, dirty men's restroom (someone peed on walls and trash can, custard machine down so couldn't get free custard for leaving review. Great burger and excellent fries in a pleasant atmosphere This restaurant is on the north side of West Osceola Parkway between John Young Parkway and US 92. West Osceola is a busy road so this can be difficult to get to at times. It is located next to Pollo Tropical. There is parking all the way around the restaurant so you will definitely be able to find a spot. The restaurant is very new and clean with polished concrete floors, wood tables, and paneling, and steel chairs. You order and pay at the counter. Many drinks are self-serve. They bring your food out to you. We tried the Burgerfi burger and Fries with Tea. They delivered it to our table in about 10 minutes on steel trays. The burger has the restaurant name stamped on the bun and is served with paper around the bottom of the burger so you can hold and eat it. The Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The burger was excellent and the fries were delicious. The price is a little high: Burgerfi, a junior BurgerFi, a large order of fries, and 2 drinks came to about $31. Overall, I would recommend this to my fellow travelers who want a good burger. Enjoy! read more

We went to Burger Fi on a Saturday afternoon they were very busy, but our order was promptly taken. I didn't like that everything is a la carte (as opposed to grouped options) , so you end up paying more. Service was given with a smile and we were given a buzzer. Food took about 10-15 minutes and was fresh and hot. The flavors were okay, however the price point for the food is ridiculous. While I appreciate the food being prepared fresh, I can't justify spending 34.00 for 2 people for a mediocre burger. The fries were good. I got seasoned and again the upcharge from a regular hand cut fry is not justifiable. (I have shared my receipt see pictures). The milkshake was okay nothing I would have to have again. The burger was nothing to write home about and I probably wouldn't be driven to go again. The decor is bright and there is a lot of seating, atmosphere is fun, but I think it is grossly over priced for what you get. This is the third or fourth time where we were disappointed. It's not like other Burger Fi's. Customer service is poor they don't pay attention to the details. This time they miss the tomatoes in one of our burgers even if the guy repeated in front of me that was including tomatoes. The night before we were there at nine and they have a sign that said closing at 10 and they give us a really bad attitude. Even if we show them that the sign still showing at 10 and they got in a small paper hanging in the door that they close at nine because Covid but no good service they probably do it in a different way saying that I apologize or something but no. Next time I will drive extra 20 minutes to go to the lake Nona location. Let's see how that goes read more

Burger Fe Fi Fo Yum! Not much I can say that hasn't been said already. For a chain burger joint it's actually pretty good and respectable. This location has a Big Ass Fan and I'm not being smart here. Logo says Big Ass Fan Company. Could also see some big ass fans in Universal Studios. Trying to stay on topic the Big Ass Fan was set the full-blown High do the occupancy where to sit directly underneath the Big Ass Fan. We politely asked if they can turn down the fan. They were happy to help except for the fact they shut it off completely. Which is probably the only complaint from everybody else in the restaurant. They have to Coke freestyle machines. This is my favorite way to enjoy Coke. Coke freestyle machine contains a peach Mellow Yellow for some reason is delicious. I only found out about it cuz I had to try every flavor in the freestyle machine. read more

And impromptu sit at the table with some of my students made it all the nicer. We were visiting from Texas and stopped here for lunch. I wasn't super impressed. They do offer lettuce instead of buns so I did like that. However, the meat was tiny- you almost have to get a double to equal a normal sized hamburger. The ranch for the fries was super yummy. read more

The reason for my 3 stars is the new ridiculous size of the Concrete... it used to be served in a drink cup and it was amazing, now it comes in this tiny square cup (used in baby showers to serve little dessert portions) and you can literally eat it in 3-4 bites, because it has ingredients layered you barely get any ice cream whatsoever. I mean the food it's really good, I love the concept of the recycled materials for the furniture, the meat being hormone free, the bun is always fresh and french fries are good portioned (a little greasy but nice flavor and texture) similar to Five Guys style but less greasy; they have a good variety of burgers, for every need (if you're vegetarian, vegan) but I wish they had the option of a gluten free bun, most places nowadays offer that choice (Culvers, Chick-fil-A) if you're gluten allergic your only option is bun-less or lettuce (greenstyle). Also, although the meat is tasty it's really thin, they offer either double meat or junior with a single patty, but 1 it's too little, 2 it's too much, it's be better if they had a thick or thin patty version as opposed to having the 2 patties. Again this place is good to eat, better than fast food but for the price I'd rather go to a place like Red Robin (where they offer either thick patty or thin tavern version). Another observation, they used to have an amazing strawberry lemonade, what happened to it?? Again I'm not sure if these are Corporate decisions or this particular franchise, but why do they eliminate or change stuff such as the lemonade or the concrete size? Please bring back the old size or at least offer the 2 size choices; I'd be willing to pay more for a decent size!! read more

4.5 stars Have to deduct half a star just because you have to order the burger at least Medium Well. I tried the BAD (Breakfast All Day) Burger and it was pretty good. But I think I preferred Mike's Bacon Cheeseburger. It seemed moister to me for some reason. But the bacon is crispy and the fries are just awesome. Real fries, y'all! Doesn't happen that often these days that one can find real potatoes, not some frozen things. And I don't do limp bacon. That's just gross. And this location has good sweet tea, unlike the one at Sunset Walk (which has a bar instead, apparently). It's nice to have options! read more

Well it's about time, we got a BurgerFi close to the Hunters Creek / Celebration area here in Florida. For those who haven't been, BurgerFi is a chain, much like five guys however the quality is IMHO better. It's about as close to a In and Out style burger your going to find outside of the western USA. Burgers are cooked fresh, to order and toppings are fresh, along with buns. Meat used is Angus (USA) beef and no hormones or antibiotics used. Also they feature, REAL Custard (not ice cream, don't call it ice cream) if your from the northern US states, you know what real custard is.. if you don't, you OWE it to yourself to try it out and you'll never look back. Service was on pair, it was busy, but hey it's new and this place is going to BE busy for quite some time. Worth a visit! read more
