Came here on a Saturday night and expected to wait , there were 7 tables in there, walked right up to the counter with no wait the guy behind the counter marquise is what the receipt said but name tag said parris.... he obviously doesn't like his job or is having some issues outside of work, I gave you three stars bc 1 is a bad call the food was good but his attitude was horrible.. with every order he would sigh and make it obvious he didn't want to do whatever the order was... Amazing gourmet burgers and unique sauces and choice. This place appeals more to me than 5 guys, burger 21, Culver's and those other pop up franchise burger joints. I tried the CEO burger and was impressed how delicious it was and has fresh it tasted. Prices are slightly higher than other burger places, but we will return for the different flavor choices they have. They have an amazing aoli sauce drizzled on the fries making it stand out from other casual fast food places. Disappointment is probably the best word to describe their food here. I really wanted to love this place, it's nice and the service is pretty good but the food... I tried the BurgerFi Bacon Cheeseburger and it tasted like I made it at home myself. That is not a good thing. The temperature of my bun felt as if it was taken out of the fridge but sat on the counter for a little and the rest of it as just ordinary. I know what you're thinking. What was I suppose to expect out of a bacon cheeseburger? Well, kinda a lot when the place markets itself as "gourmet burgers" and charges me $8 FOR JUST THE BURGER ITSELF. To accompany my disappointing burger I ordered disappointing onion rings and fries with parmesan and aioli (Sauce cost $1 extra) but they call it the "Cry Fry". Soggiest fries I have ever tasted and it wasn't because of the sauce. I figured I'd say something but a good 5 mins later my sister's food came out with the same soggy fries and the table next to me had soggy fries so I figured it was the same amongst everyone. Cost overall for boyfriend and I: double bacon cheeseburger + single bacon cheeseburger + Cry Fry to share = $25. Ridiculous and overpriced. The place is also small so seating is very limited. This place gives me a feel of an in between of five guys and burger 21. Nicer atmosphere than five guys but much fewer burger options than burger 21. I honestly to write this review. I have frequented Burger fi, literally since the day it opened. The burgers are delicious. But the service makes the burgers NOT worth the wait! I've been at least 10 times! 8 out of 10 my order was incorrect. EIGHT OUT OF TEN!! The management will correct the issue, but it will be after at least and hour! My husband waited for 45 minutes for ONE burger! My friend and her husband over an hour! The food is GOOD! But if you have to try Burger Fi... FIND ANOTHER LOCATION! Idk what people are complaining about!!! This place has some DAMN GOOD FOOD!!!!! I ordered the Conflicted Burger, which is a beef patty, a veggie burger patty, lettuce, tomatoes and BURGERFI sauce. I know, I know it sounds a bit much but I actually was conflicted. It made the most sense to get that burger. I absolutely enjoyed it. Not too many can make a good burger(seasoned to perfection) and also make a good solid veggie burger patty. In the future I probably will order this burger if I want to pig out again but during a regular visit, I'll order the veggie burger. Why not the beef burger, u ask? Well, its because beef is harsh on my digestive system but I still enjoy it in moderation. The veggie burger is something I can eat daily. Great food, excellent location and awesome customer service. Burgers and fries were cooked well, no grease like the competitors. Me and my friends rode here on our bikes and it was hot. Okay, so you know how typically the night shift of any establishment (hotels, hospitals convenience stores, etc) are usually a bit less capable than the day shift? I've found the exception! This BurgerFi is a hot mess with the opening shift. They have a new arepa bun for a beef burger. I only eat the veggie/beyond patties, so last night I asked for a VeggieFi on the arepa bun. Easy peasy and I LOVED it. So much so, that I attempted to order another for lunch today. For whatever reason the kid taking my order could not wrap his mind around how to order a VeggieFi burger and replace the bun with the arepa. I was patient and eventually, he figured out something. The order was to-go, so I should have TOTALLY checked it, but with as much time as I spent ordering, I mistakenly assumed (I know) that all was well. Fast forward to me getting home to find pork bacon in my veggie burger . Now while I'm sure that there are tons of people who mix veggie burgers and swine together, it would seem odd to me; though clearly my mental capacity is admittedly compromised as I didn't think to check my order before leaving and I would have asked if meat atop a meatless burger was actually a desired pairing. Alas, lesson learned. I still love my burger once I removed the swine and cut the burger almost in half to mitigate any cross contamination. But I've gotta say, morning shift needs to wake up and pay attention. read more

I just found BurgerFi in the past month or so period I had no idea this chain existed. My first experience was in South Florida and now this location. Both of the locations I have been to have been spotless and clean. They also apparently put a great deal of attention towards training their young staff. They are very polite and efficient. There's a great variety of burgers and a couple of other items like hot dogs their onion rings are fantastic and they even offer milkshakes. This is my 4 visit to this spot for a delicious gourmet burger and that are healthy for you because the burgers are grass feed beef with no hormones and no antibiotics. In other words, this burger and hotdog joint is my go to when I am craving a good burger. I recommend the CEO because it has a lot to offer with all the fixings and some. We arrived at 9. Ordered 1 hamburger, 1 double bacon cheeseburger and large onion rings. We waited 20 plus minutes and had our food delivered to 2 other tables before ours. Got the food, got 1 double cheeseburger no bacon and 1 double burger with cheese. Totally got the order wrong . The person fixing the burger was done way before the onion rings because onion rings were hot and great and burgers were cold. Spent $26 and burger size was half of any restaurant or competitors. I was really excited to try this place. I ordered to go. I got the burgerfi burger and onion rings. I thought it was really expensive so i thought ohh its gona be good. The onion rings were really good. But the burger didnt have any flavor, the meat was kinda hard. It reminded me of burger king. The lettuce was soggy and it was made messy. Def not like the picture. I ate a couple bites and thought maybe it would help if i took one of the pattys out. Yea it didnt help. I couldnt even finish it bc it was hard and favorless. I drive by BurgerFi everyday on the way home and I've been waiting to try. Unfortunately, this place missed the mark. From the service to the food delivery. First, the wrong alarm was set off for the wrong order, so mine sat waiting until someone realized. Once they bought the order over, it was wrong. They swapped the two burgers. While the onion rings are nice for the awe affect they really aren't eater friendly, too large and salty. My burgers were swapped, no apology I've had other chains in this burger space, five guys, Mooyah, and I would pick them over BugerFi. I was left unimpressed for $20 burgers and fries. Atmosphere was very nice remind you of Gourmet made burgers. I saw the orders before mine they looked amazing but they were for eating in I got mine to go. A bit disappointed when I opened my bag I got chili cheese fries because the order before mine looked huge, my order was not. The fries taste great though, wish there was more chili and cheese to equal the $5 I paid. I decided to get the bacon cheeseburger single but I wanted lettuce added I guess the cook got confused and thought I wanted a regular burger no bacon was on my burger I paid almost $2 - $3 extra for it, disappointed. Overall nice burger place to be local but next time I will probably go to Chili's and get a restaurant burger for $10. And the last tip if you like regular mail don't test their mail it taste like Miracle Whip a little too sweet for me.
