I came on a Tuesday evening, staff was great I had ordered online but because I was far the fries were cold by the time I arrived I asked if by any chance could they be reheated and the cook and floor staff were super polite and helpful and the cook took it upon himself to just make me some new ones and they were great my chicken sandwich and Swiss burger were still warm and they were great and just as ordered I want to say thank you to the cook and staff for a polite and helpful interaction!!!! read more

My kids are pretty picky and this is their favorite burger spot in town. The staff is always friendly and the place is very clean. They also have the mode ridiculous selection of fountain drinks probably over 50 including a bunch that are sugar free. read more

First time visiting. Place looks great and good customer service. We order a family size fries got regular size. My burger was missing the grilled onions. I think that they were in a rush to leave soon. Food tasted great. Manager was quick to refund the fries and overall they wanted us to have a good experience. I was so excited to have a delicious burger after a long day of work. I pulled up at 8:58pm, they close at 10pm. All of the chairs and stools were put up on top of the tables. There was nobody working the register. There was only one woman who was getting the restaurant ready for closing, who also gave me a look through the glass. A look of "Don't come in here." Went in on Sunday based on great reviews, had to walk away!!! Of 7 or 8 staff, 3 were wearing masks. One employee was sitting on the counter, on his phone. The employee we could see through the kitchen window, presumable the person cooking the food, was sweating like there was no tomorrow and wearing his mask on his chin. Hard Pass, thank you! This was the first time I have been to Pincho factory and it was a good choice. I was greeted in a friendly way. The cashier was helpful he answered all my questions about the menu items. The Toston Burger was delicious. The beef bowler also great. The service was outstanding as the rest of the staff was as friendly and helpful as the cashier. What a disappointment! Very high prices. The burger is so greasy & smells like a cheap burger from McD. I paid 25.00 for only 2 cheeseburgers & fries!! The beef didn't even taste like real beef. Craving a good veggie burger... (I'm pregnant) decided to drive and give it a try to see what the hype was about I ordered online and when I arrived I wasn't greeted or welcomed literally had to ask if I can just pick up bag similar to chipotle when they have rush on lunch although it was empty for a Saturday night after saying something they then walked over and handed me my bag I left home excited to try this phenomenal veggie burger that I had saw such amazing reviews on. I thought the package was so smart yet neither of the burgers were marked outside on which was which. When I finally figured out which was mine the bread was broken at the bottom no big deal... right ? Wrong! I had one bite and it was tasty as I looked down I found the longest hair that I i had to thread out of my food which grossed me out completely idk if they aren't wearing hair gear back there but I honestly find no reason why if they were using the proper safety precautions how this could've happen. I was disappointed & not to mentioned disgusted I drove 35 mins to try this veggie burger and my food has HAIR in it ! YUCK ! Also the tomato was greenish not ripe. My only recommendation is to examine the food prior to taking bite at this location. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

I visited BurgerFi for the first time last night. Everything went well until our order came out. I don't know if it was the manager or a regular employee but he was opening every burger touching inside the lettuce tomatoes ... every item inside like if he was looking through pages of a book. He had gloves on but who knows what those gloves had touched. He returned some of the burgers to the kitchen be redone because "they were wrong" and replaced them. I made a comment about him touching inside of every burger and he completely ignored me. We waited for the new burgers and when we got home and our order was all wrong. My feeling is that the original order that had come out was right and he got all confused and changed it. The food was good but I don't think I visit that location again. read more

This is our family's favorite Burger joint. My vegetarian daughter LOVES the veggiefi burger and we always eat every last French fry. Happy to have tried the new location in Pinecrest today, their opening day. The food was delicious and the service good as usual. PS love the "green" tables and chairs. The cashier was very nice, and that's where it ended. We ordered 2 burgers fries and 2 shakes. Burger was mediocre, fries over cooked , shakes finally arrived after we finished eating ( not by choice). They came to our table 3 times that they are coming right out. When they finally brought them to our table, they were warm and melted. Not shakes. Very disappointed. Will never return! read more

I placed an online pickup order through the BurgerFi website. My family had just driven 22 hours to see me here in Miami & they always want to eat at BurgerFi when they come to Florida. When I went to pick up the order, the girl asked my name & handed me one bag, a $32 order with the same first name. I had ordered $112 worth of food. She asked if we ordered milkshakes & I said, "yes, two strawberry" & she said "strawberry and black & white" & disappeared to the back. I reviewed the order slip & realized that she had handed me the incorrect order. I informed another employee standing there about the mistake who asked my last name & handed me two other bags of food. I looked at the order slip & it was the correct name. The girl had brought out the wrong milkshakes but then corrected it. We drove back to my family's AirBnB & started divvying out the food & realized they omitted both of our kids meals but somehow gave us 1 of 2 kids juices. The kids started crying & I immediately called BurgerFi. The first young man to answer the phone seemed very empathetic that we did not get any of our kids meals & told me he was getting a manager. The cockwomble who came to the phone really ruined the whole experience when he should have been the one to save it. I tried to explain what happened & he kept cutting me off & talking over me saying, "ma'am! ma'am!". I told him we received zero kids meals, one of the fries was not urban style as clearly stated on the order ticket, & I had ordered several sauces - both for the kids meals & for my own meal that were not in the bags. The rude employee said that he KNOWS he put two Truffle sauces in the bags (he did put two Truffle sauces in but managed to miss two BurgerFi sauces AND a Garlic aioli). I told the employee I wanted a refund & he immediately protested & said all he could do was offer me a gift card - which I refused because I told him I'm never returning to BurgerFi - & he stated he could not give me a refund & that I had to contact whatever "third party" I ordered my pickup order through - (that "third party" would be the BurgerFi website) - to get my refund. This employee told me I shouldn't have ordered our food online and that they "probably" would have gotten our order correct if we had ordered in in-store instead. The employee assured me that "all of your burgers were correct though" - & at this point, I hadn't even had time to check the burgers because I immediately left the house to go get my nieces some dinner. I told the employee I was now on my way to Burger King to get the kids some food & he says, "Oh perfect - Burger King has great chicken tenders". And in the same breath, that employee had the audacity to ask me if I can "hear the sincerity" in his voice. Obviously, I said no. I've worked in several restaurants before becoming a nurse and I can tell you that this person that I spoke to should not be talking to people. After trying to tell me that my incorrect order was my fault for ordering online, this employee tells me there's nothing he can do but "try" to call his manager. We got off the phone & I referred back to my BurgerFi order confirmation email that clearly states "For order issues, please contact MIAMI - PINECREST PLACE at (786) 633-4991". Third party, my ass. I immediately called BurgerFi again & spoke to the same cockwomble who said he "tried" to call his manager but was currently texting them. I told him what the email said about contacting their location about the missing food & he just kept making excuses. I told him I just wanted a refund for the food that I paid for & did not receive - which you'd think would be common sense - (two kids meals, three missing sauces, & a missing Urban style cry-fry) and he finally calms down & says "well, I can do that". After arguing with him for two phone calls for something he said he absolutely couldn't do, he finally did it like it was no big deal. We could've saved ourselves 15 minutes and a lot of anger. My family will never be returning to a BurgerFi - it is not worth it. Not this location or any of the other many locations. I hope that employee does not work for BurgerFi for his entire career because I guarantee you will lose a lot of customers. read more

Served with tomato jelly, obvious in advertising. Could not find it. Truffle fries were ample, but undercooked. For $40, my wife and I don't see them staying viable. I really like the outside seating since it is way too cold inside please adjust the thermostat so I can enjoy my food indoors . This is the only negative thing I have to say. read more
