When I say the food is delicious, it really is! The only reason it's not getting a 5-star is for the little scoop on mac and cheese that was put on top of my tots. It's $5 for a Mac and cheese add on, it was very scarce as you see in the picture. Other than that, it was pretty good.

Awesome awesome location. We had first come here about a year ago when he first started in a tarp by the auto zone. Now he had recently moved to his own spot and has a little food truck. There a few benches tables and chairs to enjoy the food. Service was great and they have DJ music playing. Area looks clean and well maintained and has a few parking spots. We had a hot dog with cheesesteak on top which was delicious and packed with flavor. The sausage with toppings was also delicious. And we decided to try the hotdog with vegan oxtail which was surprisingly good. Overall I would visit again.

Straight to the point: getting a hot dog here is moreso an experience. Visited on a Friday evening around 6:30pm. Had tried to come at 1pm because the hours posted on tbeir social media started at 11am. However when I arrived at 1pm, I was told they were closed but would probably open at 3:30pm. The current setup (as of Jan 2024) is a food truck in a well-lit lot with picnic tables/benches and free parking. You pull in, walk up and order at the truck. Fatman is back there cooking. I like that they have a buzzer to alert when your order is ready. You can wait in your car or at one of the tables instead of standing around. The staff is not very talkative but efficient. The menu has several combinations of toppings available like mac & cheese, steak and grilled chicken. I just ordered a plain hot dog for the experience because when I want a hot dog, I just want a hot dog, no frills. It was seared on a flat top and appeared to be Nathan's. I got it simply dressed - ketchup, mustard, mayo & sauerkraut. Other than what I think was parsley in the sauerkraut, I felt ok about the hotdog. The most interesting part of my experience was the young goat standing (sleeping) in the corner of the lot. I believe she is an actual pet. Would never expect to see that at a hotdog stand but there ya go. Overall, glad to see someone following their passion, creating opportunities for others in the process and bringing something unique to the community. For the experience and something a little different, I could recommend a visit.

I think they have a great spot. It's shaded, the seating was well layed out and the food was great. It like a turkey leg hut for hotdogs/sausage sandwiches lol. The orange pepper chicken was my favorite even though the Mac was really good. The Mac is pretty heavy but well seasoned. Definitely will be back to try different combinations.

Great Sausage sandwiches & hotdogs! Ordered ahead from the online menu & the food was ready when we arrived. We ordered the Fatman Fifty Plus Beef Hotdog, with Spicy Honey Lemon Pepper chicken, Grilled Bell Pepper, Grilled Onions and Fatman Sauce it was so good!!! We also ordered a Beef Sausage Sandwich with Grilled Onions, Fatman Sauce, Ketchup and Potato Stix. Will definitely visit again, staff was friendly and professional.

First timer, wanted to support because it's a small black owned business. Sausage and hotdog brand is good. Not sure the brand but it's good. Steak and cheese sausage, no bun, was pretty good; however, I didn't like the cheese. It tasted like cheese wiz to me, and I felt he skimped on my steak, which I would have liked a little more seasoning on the steak. However, It's best not to over salt. I really couldn't taste the Fatman sauce. Chicken, bacon, ranch sausage was ok, however, there was a little too much mayo. The chicken needed a little more seasoning and more chips. Mac and cheese hotdog was just ok and hard to eat. Overall, There was no wow factor, but the experience was good, and I'd return. If you're in the area and have time, get 1.

    Vegan Oxtail Sausage

They don't miss! Everything on the menu is good but the vegan oxtail sausage slap so hard. I used to only get one and then regret when it was gone. Now I get two - one for now and one for later! Yes, #BigBackBehavior but definitely worth it! If you haven't been here, you need to get here fast. They are going to blow up and you're not gonna be able to get the goods.

Same family running it for years, and you feel that the second you walk in. Everything about this place screams family. The walls are covered with news articles and photos of famous folks who've eaten here, and some of the same faces have been behind the counter for as long as I can remember. That kind of consistency is rare, and it's a big part of the charm. I always go for a West Virginia and an MOC, but don't pass on the corn dogs either. And the cheese fries? Perfectly crisp, holding up under all that cheese the way good fries should. Here's the fun part: say "I love Bob Cousy" or "Larry Bird" for a free drink refill, and if you happen to be in town when the Red Sox win the World Series, the baked beans are on the house.

The nostalgia hit me the second we walked in. The inside hasn't changed a bit, and honestly, that's what makes this place so special. In a world full of corporate chains and overdone concepts, Arbetter's is the real deal of authentic, classic, and full of character. I loved seeing the old Larry Bird poster still on the wall, the photos of infamous locals, and that beautifully simple menu that proves you don't need a hundred options when you've perfected what you do. I had the C.O. hot dog with cheese fries, and my boyfriend went with the chili cheese onion dog. Absolute perfection. You simply do not mess with a formula this good. Every bite brought back memories, and somehow it tasted exactly as amazing as I remembered. This little hole-in-the-wall will forever be ingrained in my memory as THE best hot dog spot. The service is lightning fast, the few tables inside stay packed, and the turnover is nonstop but they've got the system down to a science. If you're from Miami, you already know. If you're not, make the trip.
