Cheese fries, Chicago style hotdog, Boston sausage

This place was a breath of fresh air. I now live in Brickell, but I've grown up in Miami my entire life this time traveled me back to my stoner days in 2010 when I went to Ferguson. The vibe is immaculate and the hot dog is even better. Let me not even get started with this cheese fries. This was a 10 out of 10. I will be back probably once a week.

The food was delicious. The service was impeccable. It was delivered quickly and it was served hot on a chilly November night. The ambience was very cool. Laid-back. They even had super cool music (Portishead) playing. 10/10.

Boston. Italian sausage with peppers. One of the worst Italian sausages I've had.

Two stars for a restaurant that I would not necessarily recommend but is there if you need it. Disclaimer: I am a very big hot dog person. When I say that I mean a good quality beef frank or any sausage but Dogma, sadly, does not have. I have visited this establishment twice the first time I just went for a regular hot dog. I got a chili cheese dog and the quality of all items included in it were no good. I just remember thinking I'm not coming back here. But, I returned because I wanted to try their sausages. I ordered an Italian sausage, which I love! Sadly, it was the most low quality Italian sausage that I have ever had. The bread and the peppers were not bad but very forgettable. Although this place is not expensive for the quality of food that you're getting it could be cheaper. The service is fine and it is pretty fast I understand this establishment has been around for a while and I think that's what's keeping it in business. Again, I wouldn't recommend this place but if you like any quality of hot dog you might like this place.

Was looking to try a new hot dog place and checked Dogma out. The service was quick (although we were two of four people there) but the food was alright. I was hoping the cheese in the hot dog was the cheese in the fries. I don't think I'd come back. Not my type of hot dog place. Also, keep in mind it's outside so it will be hot!

Still craving a hot dog from the other day, we wound up here for lunch. It did not start out that way. Two other places we wanted to go to are only open now for dinner. And one place, we could not find. Saw this place as we were heading north on Biscayne. And yes! They had parking in a small lot. So many places here don't have any and/or the street parking is limited. So that's a plus. They have a big menu -- and not just hotdogs. But that's what I came for and even the list of hot dog choices was long. I opted for a coney -- with brown mustard and sauerkraut. I upgraded to a foot long size and also had them butterfly it on the grill. I added a small side of baked beans. The hot dog was great! The beans were just okay. My husband got their chili dog -- with chili, cheese, and yellow mustard. He added an order of well done French fries. The fries were crispy. Yes! And he liked his hot dog, as well. You order at the window. And pay. Then they call your name when your food is ready to be picked up. There's no inside seating, but all the tables are either under an awning or an umbrella. And luckily, there was a nice little breeze as we sat outside eating our lunch. As you can imagine, they also do a big takeout business. This is fast food as it should be. It reminded me of a beach side restaurant I used to go to years ago in Dania. I'm sure they will continue to do quite well here. And yes, I'd definitely come back next time in Miami -- and craving a good hot dog.

Hot dogs galore...even burgers!During my "hangry" time we stopped here and were lucky to find a parking spot.We ordered and found a table on the shaded patio to wait for our food. Pleasant service and a short wait for our food. My foot long chili dog came with chili, cheese, onions and yellow mustard. A very good chili dog! The fries were well done as requested. Overall a pleasant dining experience. No more " hangries"

The food here is great. I enjoyed eating the fries and hotdog. I will be back! The staff was great with calling out my order when it was ready and helped me choose the right menu items. The outside tables were nice to sit at as we ate our food.

I like to think I'm a connoisseur for chili dogs. But this one hit it out the park. Freindlt staff with grab and go service or you can sit and have a beer or wine. My boyfriend got the Chicago dog and agreed it was delicious. Quant little spot that's just enough out of town no one knows but not far enough to not go. Highly recommend!

I haven't been to this place in many years, but my hotdog was just as good as before! My husband got the tropical hotdog and it was very yummy. I recommend trying them out.

Pros: 1) Cool vibe; 2) cheap; 3) have outdoor seating are Cons: 1) burger bun is cheap quality, taste really bad, destroys the whole burger. Meat is good though; 2) everything is super oily, especially corn dog

If you grew up eating hotdogs everyone of dogmas dogs brings you back to your childhood years. Since my last visit they've upgraded their menu and added more varieties like sandwiches and burgers as well as lunch specials. We stuck with hotdogs as we wanted something quick for working on the go. Any menu pick will be a hit as all of their dogs are delish.

The outdoor seating area created the perfect environment for meaningful conversations, reflection, and self-care. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure our guests felt comfortable throughout the event. A special thank you to our wonderful waitress, Gigi, whose exceptional service, warm personality, and attentiveness made our experience even more enjoyable. Toward the end of our gathering, an older lady, who I believe may have been the owner, came over to greet us. Her kindness and warm welcome added such a personal touch and made us feel truly valued. Our guests loved the relaxing ambiance, delicious food and drinks, and the overall sense of calm that Coffee Break House provides. It was the ideal space to host a wellness gathering focused on mental health, mindfulness, and personal growth. The peaceful atmosphere encouraged connection, meaningful dialogue, and genuine moments of reflection. I highly recommend Coffee Break House to anyone looking for a unique and inviting place to gather with friends, host an event, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back. I sat at the bar which was readily available and quickly greeted given a menu. The place is quaint in size but big in personality, and they have more seating than you'd anticipate from the outside. I appreciated the size of the menu, a variety of options, but not too large, and they had special brunch menu offerings for the weekend. I got a beer and the fried fish sandwich. The fish was flaky and perfectly cooked, and somehow, despite it being deep friend, it wasn't the least bit greasy! The bun was squishy, and the slaw was a glorious addition. Oh and the fries? I could've eaten another portion they were sweet, salty, crispy, soft: perfection. So ya, in case you didn't catch on: 5 for sure, and I WILL be back.

You walk in and immediately feel that local, unpretentious energy that's been missing from a lot of the scene. Do I love that it's on Biscayne? Not really. But the food more than makes up for it. For a bar-style environment, the food is consistently very good. Not just "good for a bar" ... like its actually good. The burger is a must (im pescatarian but my friend said it was delicious!) and their Eggs Benedict at brunch is easily one of my favorites in the area. Pair it with a Bloody Mary and you're set. their happy hour pricing is refreshingly reasonable, which is rare around here. I was talking to one of the bartenders and found out even their bread is made in-house. That kind of consistency and care, especially at these price points, is not easy to maintain and you can feel it in the food. It seems that their leadership (owner or manager, not totally sure) has always been present when I've gone and brings a great energy to the space. It trickles down to the staff and the overall vibe. You feel welcomed!!! I this is the kind of place that deserves real support. It's local, it's consistent, it's affordable, and it actually feels like a community spot -- something Miami desperately needs more of.

That said, several things impacted my experience. It was very hot inside and packed with people, which makes it nearly impossible for the staff to provide good service. The exhaust/ventilation system doesn't seem sufficient for how busy the space gets, so you end up leaving with your hair and clothes smelling like food. The terrace looks lovely, but with Miami heat (easily 90°F), sitting outside isn't really a comfortable option. Lastly, most of the seating is uncomfortable, which doesn't help when the atmosphere is already overwhelming. Sorry, this is a place that I won't go back.
