I've been a patron of this BurgerFi for a long time as I live nearby. My boyfriend and I order from here about once a week and the burgers are always exceptional and the staff is welcoming, efficient, and and capable. Today I placed an order for pickup and it was waiting for me and as a came to collect my order, a new staff member made my experience so outstanding that I knew I needed to write a review! Marcos made sure to open the door for me and greeted me so warmly and kindly. He had such a friendly and positive energy that I noticed him immediately as it was such a nice welcome and I really took pleasure in his cheerful attitude. Marcos ensured that I was ushered where I needed to go, was met and received my order in a timely manner and then greeted me so warmly and wished me well upon my exit. I've worked in hospitality and customer service in many capacities so small gestures that elevate customer experience are not lost on me. I wrote a review on google and decided to write one here also. So I went here all three days I was at the Carillon across the street. The staff was super friendly and polite. Especially Zena she remembered our order from the day before and made us feel super welcome. I loved burger. Juicy, tasty and fresh. The restaurant was clean and the layout was great. Great place, I love coming here with my wife. Today we went just because we wanted to grab an Oreo shake, and all the staff were happy and we felt the customer services was very unique. We have been enjoying BurgerFi for several years and we were sad when the coronavirus hit and they closed the restaurant. Today we were happy to see the lights on and we decided to try ordering and dining in. The restaurant was very very very clean. It looks like it had a great improvement on the floor because it looked super clean. They are really taking care of the customers and they have designated an entrance and an exit to avoid crowd and allow social distancing. All employees used masks and the food was really delicious. This place is the nastiest and most rude place I've been in all of Florida. Cook refused to make my shake after I paid, there's garbage lying around outside and inside, no one is wearing gloves. IMO the average rating of 3 stars that this restaurant has as of this writing is about right. Not bad, but certainly nothing special or anything that would make me return anytime soon. We arrived at around 8 on a Wednesday evening. There were only maybe 4 or 6 other people in the place when we arrived, there was no one ahead of us in line. I ordered a burger, fries and regular drink which came to just under $17, and was given a pager. We got our drinks, sat down to chat and within 10 minutes after placing our orders, our pagers went off to alert us that our food was ready. The burger was good, not great; certainly nothing that would make me rush back here again. I did get a lot of fries (they filled the carton and overflowed onto the tray) and those were tasty, with the perfect amount of salt. I tried 2 of their drinks that were in clear dispensers near the Coke machine, one was pink and one was yellow so I'm assuming they were lemonade and pink lemonade? Not sure, they weren't labeled, but regardless, the drinks I tried were also OK. They do have Coke dispensers here with something like 50 selections if you're into soda. Note that the mini strip mall that this BurgerFi is located in is very militant with parking. Each of the parking spaces is labeled with the business that you must be patronizing in order to park there. Park in the wrong space and you'll be towed. BurgerFi has signage saying there's a 30 minute limit on parking. Park for more than 30 minutes and you'll be towed. On the night we were here, there were not one but TWO tow trucks from Beach Towing Service, and between the time we began eating and the time we left, they'd yanked a car, attempted to tow a second until the owner halted it (not sure if they had to pay), and as we were walking out, they were hooking onto a third vehicle. Ridiculous and the tow trucks were like vultures, just waiting to snatch up any vehicle that might be at all questionable. read more

Most taps are always not available, every week. I complained and the staff told me it is because they were sold out. But every week? This looks like a management issue. The Veggie-Fi is one of my favorite burgers of all time but I don't see any changes happening in my local spot year after year. The old manager - his name was Alfredo used to run a pretty tight ship here. The door of this place is DISGUSTING. Hundreds of greasy fingerprints all over the glass. Dumpster outside overflowing with trash. Food all over the ground outside. Tables always a mess. It' really grossed me out the last time I went in to pick up my order. Staff is stressed unable to keep up with demand and frankly just so many unsanitary situations going on. Get it together Burger Fi - stop replying on Yelp and get your employees some support, gloves and proper standards to adhere to. If I'm paying 10$ for a veggie burger I do expect certain things that this place just consistently falls short of. To the customer rep Jason who will see this- the place has a few options to be saved. First would be to completely burn it to the ground. Second would be to fire their entire team, clean the place too to bottom and hire competent workers who are experienced in food and customer service to actually run the place. Which should have been done during covid anyways. This location is BUSY and each time I go in here 1/2 your clientele are pissed. Surprisingly, one of the employees (his name was Marcos) noticed how much of a pain my nephew was and got him a small cup of ice cream to save our dinner from this 3 year old devil. I had an issue with DoorDash where the dasher claimed the order was canceled but actually stole our food. Even though BurgerFi does not handle the money side of DoorDash orders the manager Alex was very helpful and kind to make sure we not only got a new order but also received a refund.
