BurgerFi is a great spot! I highly recommend the Breakfast All Day Burger definitely check the menu for the exact name, but it's one of my favorites. It comes with a 100% natural Angus beef patty stacked with crispy bacon, a fried egg, American cheese, a golden hash brown patty, grilled onions, ketchup, and a drizzle of maple. It's a delicious combination and definitely worth trying! The shakes are also really good and super thick you have to take a strong sip to get them through the straw! They also offer a kids' menu, making it a convenient choice for families, as well as a selection of beer for adults. This location isn't very big, but there's still enough seating for around 30-40 people to eat inside. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is nice and clean, and the self-order option makes ordering quick and easy. I am at a loss for words and I am not really sure where to begin... I like leaving reviews mostly during good experiences. Most reviews unfortunately are normally posted after someone has had a bad experience, and here we are... I took my mother and daughter out for lunch and ordered our food. After paying, the employee stated that the printer for the receipts machine wasn't working and therefore was required to calculate my change. Despite his efforts, I was able to correct him after receiving the incorrect change twice. "Good news", I will be sharing my experience with my elementary school math classes tomorrow to further explain why it is important to know how to +-x / decimals (a 5th grade standard) I am far from perfect and know everyone deserves grace so I will look past the minor mistake and move on to my experience with the food quality today. Our fries were cold and burgers were luke warming , I didn't send them back as it took about 15 minutes to get our food (no customers were in the restaurant at the time). Let's move on to condiments. I had to use a fork and my fingers to cut my daughter's cheeseburger into pieces as she is little and doesn't eat a burger like an adult. The problem is that there were no knives available in the restaurant. There also happen to be no ketchup dispenser (only mustard), napkin dispensers with no napkins, and a soda machine that didn't have Coke Zero available. This was my first purchase and my first experience with BurgerFi. I placed an order with my sister, who was out of town, for my family, who was waiting at home for lunch. I have not experienced such incredibly slow service at a fast-food/casual restaurant in over 15 years. I waited 45 minutes for an order consisting of two kids' burgers and one cheeseburger to go. After reviewing my items in the car, I realized that I was missing two kids' apple juices, and one of the orders was missing the hamburger. I mistakenly thought the Cajun fries pouch I ordered was the second kids' meal, so I never received my second kids' meal and would like to be compensated for it.By the way, who puts the fries in the aluminum pouch with the hamburger? My fries were completely soggy. Your establishment appeared to be very poorly organized for the lunch rush, with only two cooks and one front-of-house service representative. In hindsight, you may have been adequately staffed, but there was a complete lack of urgency among the employees. It took approximately 30 seconds for the front-end representative to open a plastic bag before placing the food inside. Customers were attempting to cancel their orders because of the excessive wait times, and the representative told them they would have to call the store manager to request a refund. Also, please contact your GM, Shawn (if I have the name correct), and encourage him to provide additional support and training to the teenage staff working behind the counter.I will not be ordering from this location again. Not sure what happened to the quality of this establishment since the last time I came here, but it has gone down. To start, we waited in line 10 minutes just to order. It looked like the manager was the one taking the orders at the cashier and the employee next to her was taking the food to the tables and about 3-4 cooks were working on the day I went. She took our order and wasn't friendly or approachable at all. While we were eating she was having some sort of discussion with the cooks loud enough for all the customers to hear. While waiting for our food I went to grab condiments and there was no ketchup in the container. I then proceeded to get our drinks and the cherry cola did not have any taste. The food finally comes out and we were missing a side of fries. We approached the counter and they quickly brought out the fries, so I appreciate how fast they fixed this. The burgers and fries were really good at first, until I bit into something hard that was in the burger. Not sure what it was but that ruined my appetite. We had stopped at Total Wine for a Christmas gift and were hungry. We had more shopping to do and didn't want to spend too much time sitting in a restaurant so we stopped here. It's been a long time since we've eaten at a BurgerFi. There was one couple sitting at a table waiting for their food. We were surprised that it wasn't more crowded. The girl at the register was very nice and patient with us because we weren't sure what we wanted and weren't ready to place an order. My husband ordered the BBQ Rodeo Burger since it looked appetizing in the picture on the menu board. I would have liked to try it but it had jalapenos and pepper jack cheese so I just ordered a Single Cheeseburger. The setup to get your drink is weird. It's back in a corner so you have to wait outside of the cubby area until that person is done so you can get your drink. As we were sitting at a table waiting for our food. I started looking around. The mats on the floor were disgusting and the bottom of the counters were dirty. If I noticed that before we ordered, I probably would have told my husband that I didn't want to eat here. They brought our food out to us. My husband was not happy with his burger and said that the patty was thin and chewy. The buns on his burger and mine were a little cold and felt like they had come out of the refrigerator. I think we've become spoiled by Culver's. Terrible service. I don't know what happened to this place, they must be under new ownership that must not care about their customers. First, they refused to take my order at the register and made me use the touchscreen to place my order which I prefer not to do when there are people that can take my order. Secondly, it wasn't until after I paid that they told me there are no fountain drinks after I specifically paid for it. They offered me 3 bottles options (coke, sprite and water). No refills either. Lastly, there were limited condiments. No small cups to get ketchup, when I asked for cups, they gave me a few but then there was no ketchup in the dispenser. So they gave me ketchup packets. We enjoy eating outside but they now keep the side door locked which is inconvenient to anyone sitting outside. We used to love this place. After today's experience, I will not be returning. Despite this, no refund was issued and I was directed to contact corporate, which has been difficult to reach. Terrible service. I ordered an online order at 4 that should have been ready at 4:45. I got to the restaurant at 4:45 and didn't leave with my food until 5:40. There was 4 people in front of me who were in the same situation. One guy even had a crash out and asked for a refund and the people working started laughing at him and his daughter. On top of the wait, they did not compensate anyone in any way. I asked for a free milk shake and was denied then I asked for the order that the guy refunded and they said they threw it away. Haven't been to burgerfi in a very long time and was surprised by how great it was! The burger was cooked fresh and delicious! I loved how it was two single smash patties with cheese in between. It really have a consistent flavor throughout the entire burger which was a huge plus. The onion rings were decent. I think they could've used more breading on them so they definitely weren't my favorite onion rings I have ever had. I would say to stick to the fries here. They also have a freestyle machine for drinks which I always enjoy rather than a normal soda dispenser machine. The only downside with burgerfi is the price, for a burger fries and a drink it comes out to nearly $20 which for one person isn't a good deal. I can go to other burger places and spend less money for the same quality burger and better fries. The price is more expensive than most sit down places for a burger, fries and a drink. We were also the only ones in there eating which always makes you question if we should be there or not. I definitely would go back but I wouldn't order the onion rings next time. read more

Visited for National cheeseburger promotion. Store was empty on 1130a arrival with a few pick up Orders in works. Double cheeseburger was solid with higher quality meat and toppings. Promotion was &4 if you bought a drink -- 16oz fountain was about $3.60 which is shockingly high. I think normal price on cheeseburger around $10 but you get 2patties. Nothing like a burger and shake on a hot day. WRONG! This place has the most unfriendly staff, food not cooked to order, and worst of all couldn't even get a shake to enjoy with my burger. After I ordered I heard the staff alerting customers that the machine wasn't working however they didn't tell me when I arrived. Asked for a refund for the shake and was told no one on site could issue it. They offered me a free cup of water in exchange. After speaking to one of the staff they said I should call the person in change. Called the owner/manager and no reply, no call back, no nothing. I enjoyed my cheeseburger. It was pretty large because it was a double cheeseburger. I wish they offered the option to get a single cheeseburger because this double cheeseburger is too large in my opinion. I ordered the sauce on the side and I'm glad I did because I did not like it. The patties were juicy and the cheese was real flavorful. The fries were good and I think they tasted like they were made with peanut oil although I forgot to ask an employee if they were. I ordered the urban fries and asked for them to leave off the aioli sauce. I asked for the parmesan on the side. Again, I'm glad I did this because I did not care for the parmesan cheese. It did not taste like good quality. The fries were good but next time I will order them plain since I do not like all the add ons. I ordered a Hop Gun craft beer and that was really tasty. It went well with the burger and fries. I like the cleanliness of this fast food restaurant and the employees were nice enough. Next time I will be sure to get a shake. Yummm!! I went with my mom for lunch, I got the BurgerFi burger with cheese and decided to try out the lettuce wrap instead of a bun. It was honestly still so delicious, I didn't even miss the bread (warning: it is VERY messy without a bun!!) but so good!! My mom and I split the fries and rings, even with splitting we still had PLENTY leftover. The establishment itself was very clean, the staff was friendly, overall we had a great lunch! Now, I've only had burgerfi twice, first was brought in by someone and this time I actually went to the restaurant after ordering online. Ordering online, is pretty straightforward, pick what you want, time, and then go pick it up. Now, I will say that the time we chose to pick up and when we got there at the time we chose it took an extra 10 mins, which I do get annoyed at, mainly because I don't understand what the point of putting in a time in, when it's not ready at that time. Regardless, not a huge deal as long as I'm not sitting long periods. The food came out hot, burgers here are really good. I got a fried Mac and cheese burger. Never had that before, I was suppressed at how good it was. Now fries, I'm really picky about, because everyone makes fries but not all fries are made the same. The fries here, are decent, not my favorite but far better than some places I've had. Also, they have different "flavors" of fries that you can choose from, which is plus. I came here the other day. Ordered a bunless burger. The description of the burger I ordered was a double angus beef Patties. When I got it, it was lettuce with one beef patty. Soggy, messy, and I couldn't taste anything but salt. So much salt. And the fries weren't cooked all the way through. I always always have a problem with this location. It's always the long wait times usually but the customer service, or lack thereof, is bad too. I love BurgerFi, but this location is terrible and I'm never coming back because the Pines City Center location just opened and I'm just going there from now on. The customer service here is terrible. Either they are constantly hiring new people or they just don't care. Half the staff are always just standing around talking while one or two people are working. I guess that explains the long wait times for food. They always have a problem with their burgerfi app and my last experience was too much. I placed an order to pick up because I was ordering for two families (8 burgers), show up 30 minutes later, and of course there was an issue so I ended up waiting 45 minutes while there. They pack each of their burgers in individual boxes, but the problem is they do not label the boxes. So good luck figuring out which burgers are whose. Of course they didn't get our burgers correctly even though we paid extra for the pricier burgers with toppings like bacon. I've been to about 6 BurgerFi locations and this one just constantly gives me headaches. read more

Updating my review. I used to love burgerfi. Burgerfi is my go to for my comfort food, and I usally fo to burgerfi at least 1-2x a month. But for the past few visits, i noticed that this has not been the burgerfi it used to be for a couple of reasons. August 8, 2020 Visit: I usually use the app to order but for this day, I decided to walk in and get my order to go. I ordered a few burgers, fries and got a free custard for the promotion they were doing. I asked to get the custard once my order was ready, but they gave me the custard right after placing my order. It took 30 minutes before i got the rest my order and the custard had already melted. August 21 2020 visit: the wait was long, by long... i mean waiting an extra 30 minutes despite ordering ahead (the app told me my order would be ready by 9:10, i got my order at 9:42 2. Speaking of ordering ahead, the app kept crashing 3. Come 9:40 When I finally got my order the chocolate shake was missing. Another 5 minutes and TWO reminders to add staff later, they pull a chocolate shake out of the freezer. I also noticed that their concretes and fries seem to have decreased in size as well The staff are still friendly and they are doing their best. However, they are understaffed. There were only 2 people working up front who had to work in between getting the orders ready, serving the orders that were ready, making the shakes/custard, and taking orders. read more

I went in a Thursday evening after just coming in from a flight excited to eat at a place I know so well and had prior positive experience but this will be the last time I ever come to this location.
