I get the BurgerFi Cheeseburger with an egg and maple syrup and to me its so delicious. I enjoy it every time. Also, I have a vanilla shake as well and that taste really good My GF loves the custard and ate all of it so maybe a good choice to try as well if you want to taste other things at BurgerFi. It is a bit pricey so it may not be worth it for everyone. Locations are usually clean and wait time is not long for the food. BurgerFi offers one of the best veggie burgers I've ever tasted. I usually order mine on a white bun because I'm not a fan of their wheat buns, but my husband loves it. I like mine on a white bun with pickles, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions (gotta have my grilled onions), and barbecue sauce. It's delish! Their fries are usually on point but this past Saturday evening I wasn't impressed. They looked and tasted like they were cooked in old oil, it happens. Some times you get a really yummy, tasty, batch and other times you don't. I love their onion rings, however, I don't get them often. They are usually too oily for me. The vibe was cool and casual. Hubby and I stopped in for a bite to eat right before we caught a movie. The store wasn't crowded so we were able to grab any table of our choice and unfortunately, we chose a high-top table. Great spot for a quick, casual bite. I went for dinner with a friend I haven't seen in a while. The restaurant was busy, but not crowded so we were able to stay long after we finished eating to catch up. The burger was good... the kind that tastes fresh and homemade. This location is perfectly placed across from the movie theater shopping plaza so we often come here after a show. There is outdoor seating which is nice on good-weather days and the inside decor is like any other BF. The burgers are well flavored and juicy and their sauce is yummy. This time my husband and I got the green style burger with no bun. We had to wait a while to get our food, surprisingly, and our onion rings were not hot. They were warm but I expect they cooked that first and they sat waiting on the burgers. They were crispy and well flavored and I was so hungry I couldn't bother sending them back. This location has declined in quality over the past couple of years. We wanted to go to the Five Guys across the street but we had our dog with us and the 5 Guys doesn't have outdoor seating. I do appreciate the dog friendly outside patio seating at Burger Fi. I ordered the regular double burger, the Cry and Fry, and a fountain soda. One of the two freestyle machines was completely out of service, the other one was out of most of the flavors. I tried about 10 of the flavors and they all said "unavailable." The manager came over and refilled the machine and I got coke zero. The food arrived and the onion rings were cold and two of them were very small. The french fries were slightly warm. The burger had the driest burger patties I think I ever tasted at a burger restaurant and they were also cold. Overall, not as good as they have been in the past. read more

This has become a favorite go to place for burgers for my kids, boyfriend and I. You can really taste the difference of burger meat quality. Everytime I come here I order the Burgerfi burger. It is cooked just to my liking and their secret sauce is amazing. The kids size is just right for my two children ages (11 and 8). I've passed by this place a few times and have finally decided to give it a try, all I can say is I'm glad I did. It wasn't super busy which was great. (Friday afternoon around 4pm) My boyfriend and I each got the Vegefi Burger which was a quinoa and veggie blend burger with white cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and BurgerFi's sauce. Instead of getting all that goodness on a multigrain bun we went with a classic potato bun instead. After placing our order we were given cups to select our drink, (the condiments are adjacent to the drink machine) and a buzzer to notify us when our food was ready. It took about 5 minutes or so. You also have the choice of sitting inside, or outside! Everything is separate, so if you'd like a drink and a side of fries or onion rings you'll have to add that to your order. The burger was amazing!! I was pretty nervous because I've never had a quinoa blended burger. Honestly, you wouldn't be able to tell! It was well seasoned, hot, and that BurgerFi sauce was actually pretty good. I would have liked the burger to have had a little more of it. The fries were also hot, and salted but not too much! Oh man, what happen to this location!!! Just pick up my order to go from the Pembroke Pines restaurant. Once I got home my meal had raw, uncooked, doughy onion rings and cold old French fries. We arrived at the establishment 5 minutes before order was called so it was not sitting there getting cold. I immediately called to express concern regarding the poor quality of my meal but the call rolls directly to a full voice mail ... not able to speak to anyone or leave message. This is is one of my favorite spot to grab a vegan burger from. First of all I'm very picky on how I eat my food. I told them how I wanted my order , which is an usually order but it came out exactly how I asked. I haven't stop coming since , most other chains Ive been I have to repeat the order or call to make sure it's done proper , but they do perfect every single time . I'm never disappointed.
