The Fries were so over cooked, they were straight up BROWN. The Chef burger & Fries stayed in my stomach and then came back up later on that evening. I felt sick and weak for 2 days after. You can get an employee but they will not do anything except in some cases, lie in order to leave you partially or fully empty handed, keep your money and do nothing to fix the issue. If they don't have what you ordered, they won't tell you or cancel it. These fries are definitely not up to BurgerFi standards. They are not the all natural fresh fries that I've seen in any other BurgerFi that I've been to around the states. They are not the same type of fries being advertised in their photos on this app. They are fake, definitely not fresh, and highly fried. I am lactose intolerant and I attempted to scrape of the cheese but that obviously didn't work. I arrived at 12:35 pm and let the counter person know I was here, she checked the hold area and said my order was not there. Placing our order was the first hurdle ,after repeating it to the order taker several times we still ended up missing a cry/fry side so I shared mine. Our burgers all had very unappetizing unripe tomatoes on them. The onion rings and fries were very fresh and good. The buns and lettuce were fresh. The burger meat was just okay I had a bite of gristle in mine ,one of the burgers was pink inside but the other two were not. The burger sauce was barely on one burger so we had to request extra. After visiting a BurgerFi in the past and having a good burger, we stopped at the one in PSL. Terrible. The unsupervised teens working didn't have any sense of urgency to get our food out to us. When I went up to see if they got the order we plugged into a kiosk, I saw kids in the back eating burgers over the food prep area! We finally got our cold burgers with several toppings missing. When we asked about it, one teen asked to see our receipt as proof we weren't looking for a free onion ring. We will definitely not be back.
