The first visit, I stood for over 10 minutes without a greeting, so I left. I thought I'd give it another shot, but again, I was ignored for another 10 minutes while waitstaff walked by, making eye contact but failing to acknowledge me. No "We'll be with you shortly," nothing. This is unacceptable service. I wanted to try their cheesesteak, but after this experience, I won't be coming back. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
