Breakfast menu suck and overpriced. Don't buy it. Dry and under seasoned healthier option make a croissants sandwich and egg, ham and cheese. Marion Berry shake is 5.20...it tastes good but if we knew we wouldn't buy it...4 bucks maximum. We are in the valley of berries farm...i dont understand why is it so expensive. I have a love-hate relationship with Burgerville and it is more because of the fans than anything else. The problem is that it seems as if the drive through line is always huge, sometimes to the extent that one can't even park. Now if the line is long and you can park then you are in for a treat because the service is quick, inside at least, and of course the food is delicious. Oddly enough one of my favorite features of this restaurant is the reciept which details just how unhealthy my meal was for me. read more

Cooked perfectly to leave the outer breading crisp and salty, and the inner onion soft, tender, and succulent. We have been fans for years but they recently changed both the fries and the kids chicken fingers for the worse! Fries are now skinny, crunchy and heavily seasoned/salted. We liked the shorter, thicker fries that we could salt ourselves! They tasted more like real potatoes. My son used to like the chicken but now it's also crunchier with heavily breaded, seasoned coating. Both are now over-fried and less like real food. Not sure we'll be going back for anything other than shakes. Bummer! read more

Burgerville is like the tastiest fast food ever, in the world.....when it's fresh and hot. Unfortunately, I have only ever had fresh, hot food at this particular location maybe twice. And my boyfriend and I had been here maybe a dozen times over the 3 years we lived close enough to justify driving there, because when you crave Burgerville, there's no way around it, you just have to get it. No matter how many bad experiences you've had, the memory of the good experiences tantalize you. So you give it the benefit of the doubt. Maybe this time it will be the way it should be for almost $20! You get in the car in your pajamas and drive...well, ridiculously far, really, when you think of all the other, less expensive fast food restaraunts you pass on the way....just to get some crispy Halibut Fish and Chips. These come with fish, fries, and a couple of lemon slices. No drink. And for two people, it's ridiculously expensive. Almost as much as a sit-down restaraunt like Red Robin. So you pay, you crimp the ends of the paper bag shut and you drive home. As you're driving, you smell the mouth watering aroma. You imagine the hot food, all crisp and delicious. You remember the good Burgerville experiences you've had. The Walla Walla onion rings, too big to eat without getting grease all over your chin, but so good you really don't care. The pieces of Halibut so thinly sliced it is really more delicious crispy deep-fried breading than fish. The milkshake, too thick to drink through a straw at first, you have to either eat it with a spoon or wait for it to melt a little. You barely refrain from tearing the bag open in the car and pouring everything down your throat. You get home, fight the dogs off, and sit down on the couch and finally open your glorious bag of....stale, cold french fries and lukewarm Halibut. And you ordered a three piece, but your poor boyfriend ordered a four piece and paid and extra dollar-fifty for that fourth piece- the tiniest crumb of fish...it's like the size of a quarter. You both eat it anyway, because you're beyond hungry, but the whole time you are mentally cursing Burgerville with their addictive food that they can never seem to serve hot unless you eat inside...who wants to eat inside wearing pajama bottoms??!! You tell yourself you will never go back again, you even email the company to let them know how much they pissed you off tonight. You get no response from them. A few months later, you will try again, forever a slave to the idea of Burgerville that's hot and crispy. Eventually you will move far away, closer to a better Burgerville that actually serves hot food through the drive through. And all will be right with the world. read more

Tonight I decided to try the much-touted Alaskan Halibut. VERY DISAPPOINTING! The product is nothing more than oversize fish sticks. It may be Alaskan halibut, but it is made from chopped bits and formed. It is NOT solid pieces of halibut which, for $10, I expected. This is the worst Burgerville i've been to. First and last time coming. They screwed up my order. The fries are soggy and nasty. The floors are sticky and disgusting, actually the entire place is and there is garbage all over the floor. I'll start by saying it's the best drive through burger you can find. That said, the prices are really expensive and the service is only so-so. I had a few special requests for my order, all of which were ignored. I guess it's fast food, so you can't expect too much from the people working there. The milkshake was great at least. Usually not long of a wait for good food made from fresh local ingrediants. Friendly service as well as efficient, can't remeber ever having my order messed up. Prices are a little high, and portions a little small, which means all you glutinous food critics might need to order an extra burger or two. I love this place! We come here on a regular basis, once a week or so. The food is fresh, delicious, and affordable. My favorite is the Tillamook bacon cheeseburger....SO YUmMY! And the chocolate monkey milkshake is AMAZing! You really can't go wrong here. The staff is friendly, and attentive. They take cash of any denomonation. Anytime of day. So we get lost on are way over then we arrive at the counter and order! I clearly stated that I wanted apples instead of fries, a dry burger, and a lemonade. Instead they gave us fries and one saucy burger! Also they gave the lemonade after we were done with are food! Overall it was a really great experience! Have Fun! I was in the area for business and craved for some hot fries and found it here. The special rosemary fries are the best I've had in any restaurant, fast food or gourmet. I should know cause I travel the country and have searched for outstanding fries. I asked the manager how would she rate their fries and she said just wait till you taste it right from the fryer. She served it to me hot, crispy, and filled my basket with the best tasting fries I've ever tasted. Excellent, I will return for their other selections. read more

LOVE Burgerville, their gluten free buns, and especially their customer service. We ordered dinner tonight, got it home and the buns on our burger were mixed up, each had half a wheat bun and half a gluten free bun, not a great combo. I took the burgers back, the manager refunded our money, ensured our new burgers were made perfectly and threw in some more fries. Such good customer service and excellent food! read more

Burgerville, mmmmmm, where do I start. Well, with my heart set on trying the smokey blue cheese burger, I ordered just that, threw on an extra patty and waited for what seemed eternity. After finally getting my order I drive, park and start to go to town on this thing. Well, if your gonna advertise as a blue cheese burger, you had better remember to put that on. I continue to eat and thought mmmmmmm, this doesn't taste that great. After lifting the top bun, I see 4 onion straws, 3 soggy what I think were mushrooms, no smokey blue cheese and a strip of bacon. I think it was their spread they use on their burgers on the top bun and a Leif of gankie soggy and bitter lettuce. Come on people, you are the most expensive fast food burger place on the strip, act like it. If your gonna advertise a product and brag how you use local products, your claim to fame, and premium ingredients, deliver it. After paying over 11$ and change for a burger and regular size cola, I should have went to the Golden Arches, at least they know what to put on their products and could have Baugh enough food to feed 4 for the same price. I tried to like Burgerville. I really don't get all of the hype but it's a decent burger & great milkshakes although pricey. I'm ok with a McDouble for a buck, or if I want a really good burger I'll grill one myself, but this is all about Burgerville. I forgave you for deciding to do landscaping at a busy drive-thru time even when it slowed the line down. Then, you proceeded to turn the sprinklers on & soak the few of us who happened to already have our windows down. Luckily, I was in the mood to laugh it off. Today, however, I am not forgiving you for making me wait almost 10 minutes (this, my friends, is a long drive-thru time) for what turned out to be 3 small, cold hashbrowns, horrible lukewarm, burnt-tasting coffee & a small breakfast burger sandwhich (also lukewarm) made with a thin, tasteless hockey puck instead of a burger & yesterday's bacon. All for (only) $5.49! Wow. I don't think I'll be back. read more
