The food was good but unfortunately the online system was weird and bad that it was no longer fast food but 'forever long food.' I paid and when I went my name was not in the order even though I paid for everything and the location was correct. I went inside after inching out of the drive thru. Still no name and I had to show my order and waited even longer. We were in a hurry so we picked this place but it took an extra 20min to just get a simple burger and fries. Sadly, the person in front of us had to wait even longer as their order was bigger. The food was decent but they really need to fix the online order. Many people were waiting. This Arby's location is in a super busy shopping area and is hidden behind the Sonic. We drove right by it and had to backtrack to find it. After seeing numerous commercials about their new brown sugar bacon sandwiches, we had to try one! We ended up trying the BLT. It was absolutely delicious! They sure don't skimp on the bacon either. Visited this location because I got coupons in the mail. Over my visits, I got to try the spicy greek gyro, the traditional gyro, buffalo chicken slider, buffalo chicken sandwich, and bacon swiss chicken sandwich. I could not tell the difference between the two greek gyros. They are a good value for the price. The gyros are huge. The buffalo chicken slider is great. Perfect size for a taste. Buffalo chicken sandwich had a small patty and was underwhelming. Bacon Swiss sandwich was huge and delicious. Drive-thru did not take long. read more

I am only choosing one star as I cannot give it a zero. As a rule I don't eat fast food. However, while out running errands I thought I would drive through for a roast beef sandwich. As it was almost $6 for the classic, plain sandwich I instead opted for the 2 for $7 roast beef with cheese, lettuce and tomato. Hoping I could order it plain and save money and still enjoy a plain sandwich. I was told I could not order the 2 for $7 plain 'because that is not allowed as it makes it a totally different sandwich'. Then I was told I could take some of the ingredients off but just not plain. So I ordered my sandwiches without lettuce and tomato to abide by the strict code of sandwich ordering. (Really, what does it matter HOW I order a sandwich? Isn't the main point to serve the customer what they want?). I also ordered a large lemonade but received no cup to go fill it up. When my order was called I was given a tall, thin clear cup bursting with ice and a small amount of lemonade. So after spending over $10 I received sandwiches with cheese (?) and repellent sauce which I didn't want (2 for $7) with a small lemonade that cost $3.39. There won't be a next time. read more

I like Arby's food. I was glad this location opened back up. However, one thing is they can be SLOW. I went through the drive-thru today and was in line for over 30 minutes. I only stayed because I ordered online. There was no apology or explanation why they were so slow. Also, they almost gave me the wrong order. My order included a King's Hawaiian fish sandwich, which normally is served on a King's Hawaiian style bun, but it was on a regular bun instead. One thing they did for me though was, when I realized the drink didn't taste right, they gave me an upsized replacement with the correct drink. I've gone to this location a few other times recently, and there were a couple times when I tried to order one of their limited-time items but they didn't have any (when other locations did). read more

Arby's has some good deals at times. The other day, my sister and i drove thru for their 2 for $6 deal. She got a Chicken Cheddar Ranch Sandwich and i got their Beef & Cheddar. We ordered some curly fries with a couple cups of cheddar cheese. Service in the drive thru is already pretty fast and pleasant. There was a order of fries missed but we just turned back around in the parking lot & it was corrected. Simple enough! We both enjoyed our sandwiches. This Arby's was just recently opened after a remodel. We stopped by to try the new Wagyu burger. I'm sorry... it was awful! Really sloppy with way too much shredded lettuce & mystery sauce. The meat was a little too done for my taste & the cheese tasted like it came out of a can. The Curley fries were warm & soggy. It was 5:00 so it should have been better & not left over from lunch! I've always liked Arby's and have frequented many in different towns. Most locations have provided excellent service, except for the Bend location and now the Ceder Hills location. I was a reguler customer and was quite happpy with their food and service. That is until they reopened from their remodeling project. I' don't know what happened, but the previosly friendly/good service is no more. The last two times I've been their shakes were not available, the food was so cold it could have been refrigerated, and the service might as well be nonexistent. I'm sad to say, I will never return. Besides the great roast beef sandwiches (love the roast beef slices), they actually make fresh hot curly fries when I asked for it. They always have great service. Even bringing out my food when I forget to go get it after calling out my number. For a fast food joint their roast sandwiches are more healthier than a hamburger. When you walk into a McDonald's, or a Burger King, or an Applebee's, you pretty much know what you're going to get. Unless the food is half-rotten and has mold on it when they give it to you, you know what to expect. The food at this Arby's is just like every other Arby's I've ever been to - as it should. But I give this place 5* because I've been here multiple times, and it seems like every time I come, the cashier at the front has always been incredibly polite, courteous, and patient. In fact, it seems like every worker I've interacted with at this particular store has been that way. Oh Arby's you are a guilty pleasure. I know its fast food...how can you forget in that environment. But every few weeks I get the craving and come back. I tell myself the roast beef is healthier then a burger...but then I eat it with curly fries and a Pepsi so I know health is not the reason. I could start this review like any other review, by talking about the food, atmosphere, and service of the establishment in question. However, as you may know, there is only one thing we care about: the free water. And let me tell you something, the free water at Arby's was delicious. Now, I wouldn't go as far as saying it was the best water I've ever had in my life. I don't know if that ceiling can ever be reached, but, the water at Arby's was quite good. If I were to have had this water in a different environment, I could easily see this rating being five stars. However, because it was at an Arby's, I would give it a solid four star rating. My favorite used to be the Ruben on marbled rye....I've brought that into lunch meetings and people thought it came from a deli!! Lately, my diet sensibilities have drawn me to the French Dip....it is the lowest in calories and fat of the toasted subs, and I just like the au jus factor.... So, today I was celebrating my middle child with lunch at school, and she wanted Arby's as her treat. I ordered 2 French Dips, curly fries (for her friends), a mint chocolate shake (for her) and a Diet Coke(for me). Long story short....THEY BURNED MY SANDWICH.....a photo will follow.....it was crazy bad....burned on the outside and scorched on the inside.... This particular location has consistently shown that they don't have their act together. This usually shows itself in very long wait times (for fast food), both in the dining room and in the drive-through. The thing is that the long-waits never coincide with a "rush" or being too busy, it just seems everyone is milling around unsure of what to do. It has also been a consistent issue, not just an occasional annoyance. The incident that launched this review is that today they actually forgot the order for my wife and I. We ordered, sat down in the dining room, and waited for a good long while. My guess is 10-15 minutes, because we watched an employee go out on her break and come back in. There was at most 2 other customers that came and went, we were the only ones sitting down. They quickly rectified the issue once we went up to the counter, but come on... no excuse really. read more

Arby's is fast food so I'm not judging them on the quality of their food other than compared to other similar restaurants. Compared to other fast food I would rate their food medium, service on the other hand had been excellent. Love what they've done to this place! Most benches and tables are movable now; don't assume they're nailed down! Bathroom access is finally available from inside - always a plus in bad weather. I can still get warm juicy tender slices of meat loosely piled on a bun - just the thing to blunt that edge when my teeth get sharp, as they say. I don't usually review fast food restaurants but this Arby's deserves recognition. I always get my order to go so I can't speak to the overall cleanliness of the place, but the areas I have seen always seem to be clean. It's the staff that makes this location worth mentioning. They are all friendly and polite, and it's weird, but they seem like a team. Everyone has their own job and they all seem to be giving it their all. They seem to care about their job and their appearance and making your visit a pleasant one. As for the food, I have no complaints. I've been eating at Arby's for decades so I know what to expect and this location never disappoints. At first I was going to give this 4 stars but as 5 stars are defined "As good as it gets", well, for an Arby's / fast food chain restaurant, 5 stars seems appropriate for the Beaverton location. read more
