Over the past few years our AC unit has been losing Freon. We contacted our home warranty company and they intern connected us with Burgos Air to address the leak. Burgos determined that the evaporative coil was leaking and reported back to our home warranty company. Our home warranty company, per the agreement, was not responsible for covering the cost to replace the freon after the repair. They also refused to pay for the cost of a coil from the original manufacturer but instead were going to reimburse for a less expensive coil which would result in added rework cost.... again not covered. After updating Martin Burgos on the situation Martin began to research why the original coil was still not under warranty. Martin spent many hours speaking with Lennox, the manufacturer of the original coil, along with exchanging information with our home builder. Due to all of Martin's effort, we were able to get the home builder to replace the coil at their expense using their installer thus taking a job away from Burgos Air. I actually found these guys because they already had strong reviews, and honestly, it's hard to know who to trust these days. As soon as I started looking, I got hit with nonstop calls and texts from other companies. You never really know if someone's just trying to sell you something, especially when they're working on commission. I also saw a lot of those super cheap "$17 tune-up" offers, which honestly made me more skeptical than anything--there's no way you can do a proper job at that price without trying to upsell a bunch of stuff. What I appreciated here was that everything felt straightforward and fair. The pricing was reasonable, they took the time to show me pictures, explain what was going on, and also point out what was still in good shape--not just what needed work. Overall, I felt like I got a fair, honest tune-up without any pressure. Really solid experience and I'll definitely be using them again. read more

Burgos Air came out to my residence per my home warranty dispatching them for a possible leak with our unit. There was some miscommunication in the start which ultimately was not with Burgos. I was able to speak with the owner, Martin, who sat on the phone with me for quite awhile and was able to break down step by step exactly what the process was. He ended up dispatching a technician in the middle of the night, over the weekend, to get our A/C running as it should until he could get in contact with our warranty company to get the ball rolling and get this issue fixed as the very hot temperatures are right around the corner. I only put 4 stars for now as I'm waiting to hear further reference the next steps. As the line of communication with Burgos continues to be open, as Im sure it will, once I hear more I will gladly give these guys 5 stars. read more

I have worked with Burgos many of times. I have had the pleasure of working with Angelo V., who I must say is a very knowledgeable tech. I really appreciate his transparency of the issues and what is needed to fix it. This past experience I had trouble as my warranty company sent out a different company this time around, and they were less than helpful. Through Angelo and his manager Jennifer they really took things into their own hands to get this figured out and work with my warranty company to complete the work. Due to the other company, Same Day Air LLC, I was sitting in my home with no AC, for almost a week during an excessive heat warning. Burgos got this done in 3 days. Would have been sooner but the warranty company was closed over the weekend. 10/10 recommend working with this company!!! read more

Martin and others on his team from Burgos Air, saved the day and got our AC fixed FAST! He had GREAT pricing, and was able to get the part we needed quickly and get right back to our house and get it installed. He saved us over $2K over the closest other quote we received, and the other 2 companies were pushing us to purchase a whole new system, or at least the whole outside unit. He offered us a choice between repair of the outside coil, or replacement of the coil (the rest of the outdoor unit was fine) we went with a new coil, and his price was considerably less than the others that quoted us. New to the area and needed my ac serviced due to not feeling like my home was getting cold. I was notified via call by a Polite lady to confirm our appointment I think her name was Jenn or Jenny. My technician Martin called me that he was on the way. Once he arrived introduced him self with a smile. He was explaining the issue in terms that I would understand. Very satisfied with the overall experience from beginning to end. A few days later I had an issue I called the number back and Martin was extremely patient with me if though I was frustrated. The owner, Martin, came out to investigate my complaint about the service provided under my American Home Shield. He immediately identified why my home was not cooling in the afternoon, freon was low, and he apologized for the run around I received from AWS and his company in order to properly fix my air-conditioner. Martin was a very caring and quality conscious individual so that is why I am changing my previous review from a 1 star to a 5 star. Burgos Air is absolutely amazing! Our AC unit needed repairs and coil cleaning, and they went above and beyond to get everything running perfectly again. The difference in cooling after they cleaned the coils was night and day; our system feels brand new! Every single technician we met was professional, friendly, and genuinely awesome to work with. They took the time to explain what they were doing, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was spotless before they left. Our AC unit went out at the worst possible time, late at night on a 118 degree day. My family was frantic. We called everywhere, only to be told "our technicians are booked out for a week." My brother recommended that we call Burgos Air. We not only received immediate service, their technicians were courteous, fast, and extremely professional! Been using Burgos Air since 2019 or early 2020. I have never been more satisfied than I could be with their workmanship, friendliness, efficiency, but mostly their honesty. For example, they will let you know if everything is working well or if something is starting to falter. They'll show you the current readings of a weak or failing part and the should/be readings for that part. They are not salesmen, just honest people. Honesty and Quality are hard to find these days, but with Burgos you'll get both and the best value for your money. read more

He's very knowledgeable answering all my questions with what went wrong with my AC unit leaking water causing extensive water damage to my house. Burgos Air came to my residence multiple times over a few weeks and diligently figured out why our upstairs AC unit wasn't working. It was during this current heat wave, so my wife, sons, and I were desperately in need of cooler temperatures. Jacob and Martin were knowledgeable, kind and charged us fair prices. In April 2023 we submitted an AC service request with home warranty company. The initial company they sent were charging us close to $15k AND WE SAID NO WAY!!!
