Customer service at Bob's Stores Footwear & Apparel in Milford is wonderful. The staff is courteous and helpful. There is also plenty of off the street parking. The inventory includes a wide variety of work and casual wear as well as a licensed team merchandise. The sneaker department, especially for children has a awesome selection and most items come in multiple sizes. The store is a lot different than it used to be, but it adequately serves the needs of children and teenagers. read more

This is really a great store. All of the Bob's Stores locations are really good. The service is great and friendly. They have Eastern Mountain Sports stuff. You can find some good deals. This store has a lot of parking. The store is clean and there's some good stuff. read more

CUSTOMERS PLEASE BEWARE of the shenanigans that this store is doing they are having a blowout sale & all purchase are final with no returns but that wasn't stated @ the time of the purchase & the following day my boyfriend tried to return a pair of work boots for a different pair a few dollars less but the same exact brand & was told he couldn't because of that blowout sale & Matt the supervisor wasn't professional at all with explaining the policy, & when asked certain questions about returning the boots after 90 days if the sale has ended he was reluctant to answer the questions so I wouldn't recommend anyone to be so quick to shop @ Bob's until their blow out save is over or unless they throughly explain their policy! read more

I was yelled at by a staff member, presumably the Manager, because I asked for a new box for a pair of shoes. The box was in poor shape, obviously from a return. I understand if selling "as-is" is policy. But after arguing with an employee in front of me and another customer for several minutes, she raised her voice and talked over me to tell me that she couldn't help me. I didn't ask for money back, just a new box, and definitely didn't ask to be spoken to like that. She then yelled at the customer behind me because she was upset with our interaction, totally uncalled for! Very poor customer service. I've happily shopped there before but this was the last time I'll attempt to spend my money there! read more

Love Bobs Stores. Good prices, great selection and an awesome & knowledgeable staff!! Almost all of my clothes are from Bob's.

The people that work here are usually pretty nice to me. I go in here about once a year for some school clothes and sweats, usually leave with a few clearance type bargains as well. I used to do all my shoe shopping here but unless you find it on sale the prices are kind of high. read more

Bob's is good for sports related gear, sweat shirts, sweat pants, basic men's socks and under ware, some winter jackets. I found some good ski pants here for a good price. Good for teens and kids too. They carry Timberland and other known brand shoes and even have sales on them The fashions are not very appealing to the older set, lots of Made in China stuff. I did find some nice ladies socks Made in USA plus men's socks and under ware. I like that I was able to find several under $10 and under $15 holiday gifts that were Made in USA this year, I scooped up a few for co workers and stocking stuffers. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their return policy is good for those mistakes or wrong sizes. Bob's has a rewards program that is worth signing up for. They send $10 off coupons all the time plus % off sale and clearance items. I was at Bob's alot this holiday season and found that they moved the inventory and always had new stuff. The Milford CT store is convenient, right off Rt. 1 and I-95 and there is plenty of parking and places to eat near by. read more

Bob stores always has good sales and great pricing on clothing. I purchase soccer shoes here all the time because of how inexpensive yet high quality. Good store to visit if you want good selection and affortable well made clothing. read more

My husband purchased a gift there last week. The recipient did not want it. I went to return it. They have a "new" policy since October 2020 - only store credit for returns. They no longer have the clothing & shoe selections they used to have and with this policy, I'll never shop there again. If I return an item in good shape in a reasonable time, I expect to receive a refund in the same form that I paid. I don't think that is unreasonable. I did not see the policy prominently displayed. Seems to be a policy designed so that they get to keep the merchandise AND the money. I've been shopping at Bob's since the army navy store days, but no more. read more

I ordered did order pick up for a pair of shoes since they were on clearance, I wanted to make sure they would be there when I could get there. It had been about 4 hours and still no confirmation email or cancellation. So I was already in the area and stopped in the see of they were ready. It's only a pair of shoes, I didn't see why it would take hours to get ready. As soon as I got in, whoever it was who was by the Service desk was EXTREMELY rude because I said I still didn't have a confirmation email. She barely let me speak, just went on about how I was supposed to wait. She walked back and got my shoes and I was able to pick them up but the attitude was ridiculous when I wasn't even upset or angry about it. I was even going to offer to go grab them myself if they were there. read more

This store is horrible. Everything is way over priced. Looking for shoes they never have the right size. If you don't come in with a coupon they just rip you off. Half the time I did use the coupon it wasn't valid with my purchase. I will never be coming back here again. read more

DON't EVER GIVE A GIFT FROM BOBS. I received a sweatshirt for my birthday and didn't like it so I went the next day and tried to return it. It was not outta the store more than 24hrs,tags were still on it and had the receipt. The person used a debit card not a credit card and Bob's says that if I want to get money back I have to bring the person in I have the receipt but all they want to do is giv me store credit and that's no good because I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. So if I want to get money back I have to bring the person in with me and hurt there feelings. Terrible customer no service terrible. If I could I would give no stars read more
