It looks good, gets a lot of compliments, and is easy to handle. But I don't recommend it unless you are too old to ride anything bigger, have deep pockets, and have the time and experience to work on it. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) gives the company its lowest rating of F for failure to address complaints about mechanical and warranty issues.

And they were having a Discovery Day that weekend. I couldn't make the big party, but I showed up before lunch on Friday and met a bunch of great people. I toured the shop, learned some history, and then someone gave me a set of keys and said "please don't break it." I rode for an hour or so, but was sold before I ever got on it, to be truthful. I started a build sheet. For whatever reason, I didn't put down my deposit for nine months, but 6 weeks after that, I was riding my own Halcyon. And on my very first ride, people were asking about the bike IN TRAFFIC! While we were moving! Introverts need not apply, as everyone wants to take a look and have a chat. Ultra Motorsports offers a full line of professional inspection and mechanical services for these types of vehicles as well. Ultra Motorsports assisted me in securing transport for my vehicle from the previous owner's property located about an hour and a half away to one of their two temperature controlled buildings. Once at their location my car received a 100 point inspection where they were able to tell me what I needed in order for my 63 year old antique vehicle to navigate the roads safely. Ultra Motorsports upgraded my ignition to electronic ignition, installed a new Holly carburetor & seat belts (car never had them), repacked my wheel bearings, installed a new water pump and tuned my car. They respected my objective in keeping my vehicle's original appearance while upgrading to meet safety and performance requirements needed for safe driving on modern fast paced roads. When my car was finished it ran like it was brand new. It runs and sounds perfect. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing. After hours of negotiating, the dealership only moved slightly on price, and there was very little effort to make us feel valued as customers, especially when making a large all-cash purchase on a brand-new 2025 bike. The sales manager wouldn't meet us in the middle, and even a final attempt to close the deal over $50 bucks  was denied.   My stepson will probably still purchased the bike, but the and lack of customer-focused service definitely took away from what should have been an exciting experience. Yes they initially were competitive but not the cheapest and we drove almost an hour to see what they had to offer.  If you're in the market for a new vehicle, motorcycle or recreational vehicle before heading to this location I would recommend not expecting any negotiation to make a sale. I felt like a dollar sign and not a valued person. Wish I saved money by not wasting my time.
