Waited in line for an hour and a half. They have 13 registers and only two employees checking the customers out. If my daughter hadn't found a luggage item she absolutely loved we wouldn't have waited. I've been here so many times and the line is ridiculous. Multiple people walked out because they didn't want to wait. Not coming back here, the 10 dollars off items isn't worth 2 hours of my life. Also, it's hot as hell in the line when you wait. I like coming to Burlington because of their variety of good stuffs as well as wallet friendly compared to other stores! Nice place to get your clothings and gifts and beyond! When it gets cold, you need a coat, and perhaps Brrrrr-lington will make you feel a little less Brrrrrr. I'm not a fan of Burlington Coat Factory and I find them to be expensive and sometimes unnecessary in the Houston area, considering that it doesn't get very cold here ever, and I don't really shop here ever. Having said that this particular store has really nice customer service and a good selection so they definitely keep it well and do a good job. If we come in here it's because Barbie brings us in here. I'll give it a 3 just because she asked me to. read more

Review #8. I have not been into a Berlington in decades. I accidentally waked into the store not looking, thinking I was going into the store next to it. Obviously I was shocked when I noticed the merchandise was not as I expected. I had to walk out of the store and see where I was. I then thought to myself since I'm here I might as well browse around. It looks like a Warehouse, very simple. Not very easy on the eyes and zillions of rows of clothes. Very huge and a bit overwhelming. I decided to give it a chance. This is a glorified Marshall's! Shoes, clothes, perfume, jewelry, house items. Everything under the sun! I was also shocked to see a few name brands that I knew! I had no idea!!! I walked in by accident and walked out with a pair of cute flats and coconut oil! Yay! This place is pretty cool. It's been years since I had been to a Burlington and some friends brought me here to this location. Love how huge it is! It reminds me of a Marshall's/Ross, x2. I only looked at the women's section (bags, soaps, socks, etc) and Christmas stuff for Christmas shopping. I left with a whole bunch of goodies and everything was a good deal. Just awful! There were 25-30 people lined up at the checkout and TWO cashiers. This was at 1:40 PM today, a Tuesday afternoon. No manager in evidence; he/she was obviously asleep at the wheel. I wasn't the only one to abandon my merchandise and walk out. Would not return if you paid me. read more

Very nice Burlington that just opened up today. Being a brand new store it is very clean and neatly stocked. Not much to complain about. Low prices as usual, along with very nice name brand clothing for men, women and kids. Some of the staff didnt know where items were located at again being understandable since today is the grand opening. All in all I like the fact that I am now down the street from one of my favorite bargain shopping stores! Will definitely be returning and recommending all my friends and family about this place! First time I have a bad experience at Burlington. In this place staff is rude. The cashier (Evan) was an example of what inefficiency and lobotomy are. No greetings, no goodbye, nothing. He waived at us and he waited that we were in front of him to clean the counter. He looked annoyed that we were shopping there. At the exit when we complained about his behavior to an improbable supervisor, we were laughed at. I guess we'll take out business to another store. read more

I went crazy here last week and bought about $215 worth of clothes. I've been to one Burlington before around Christmas season, so I hated it. I didn't think I'd care too much about the location as it looked ugly (not dirty just ugly) and had nightmare flashbacks to this Burlington Coat Factory I went to a few Christmases ago. Now that's a scary Burlington, so much so I've blocked the location from memory, but I think it may have been near Gessner? Who knows. Anyways, I am just frolicking along when my boyfriend shows me a cheap belt. Then I find three pair of shoes that as a teacher I can afford. Cute teacher shoes. You know, no heels, comfortable, doesn't look like a croc and can be worn in public without the fashion police arresting you. I just kept finding really nice looking sleeveless shirts, work shirts, and pants at great prices. I think the most expensive item I bought was $17. Shirts, maybe $12. I found a pair of jeans for $7. I thought that was cool. Some of the clothes weren't designer names or names that might make some people cringe due to the current politics like Ivanka Trump, but despite the giggle, everything I found was good enough for church, work, or a hot Houston day. I don't buy clothes too often and will wear out my wardrobe and for the amount of shirts, jeans, pants, and shoes I got I felt great. If I need to get more shirts or pants I plan on checking this place out, except during Christmas shopping season as that other Burlington has completely frightened me. read more

I was thoroughly impressed by this location. Being Meyer Park, I didn't have high hopes for the location, and when I walked in and it looked really drab, I thought that my expectations were confirmed. Surprisingly, they have a really good selection and their prices are possibly even lower than I've seen at the other Burlington locations. The two other locations I frequent are built out like a department store, while this one looked more like some kind of discount outlet or secondhand store. Despite this, there were deals to be found just about everywhere. My girlfriend managed to get enough pieces (about a dozen) to freshen up her wardrobe for the fall in under $200, while I grabbed some much needed items-- all of which I found heavily discounted or on clearance-- for about $80. We'll definitely be back. read more

The experience here was blah. I hadn't visited a Burlington's in years but it was suggested by a friend to get some home goods. The selection was blah. There weren't price tags on two of my items so I stood at the line for over 10 minutes while somebody tried to find the price. The cashier said they did military discount and called a manager over but when she came over she said they did not. I definitely won't be returning to this location. read more

This Burlington is decently organized compared to the one in my neighborhood. Located in a strip center with Kohl's, Dollar Tree, Walmart, Randall's, etc., it is convenient when you need to get other shopping completed. Prices are decent and you can sometimes find some pretty awesome knick knacks! read more

It was messy and there were some people there who dont understand the concept of waiting in line; I had to explain that they had to stand behind me, not next to me, and they seemed annoyed at the revelation. Each time I have went the management was very helpful, courtesy and always available for assistance. The curb appeal meaning the parking lot was clean and clear of debris. Inside the store it was very clean and organized. You were able to look down the isle for what you need. The prices are affordable and the quality of clothing was up to part. I love the fact they have layaway. I can stock my wardrobe without breaking the bank. Yes, I'm a Burlington fan!! read more
