What did I just walk into? Mid afternoon, can't find a cart and thought I walked in the exit door and had to double check because it was closed off by black line fencing. A security guard standing there who said you can come in and then asked if I needed a cart? She had one. I saw no others. Weird vibes. Is this a high crime/theft store? I walked around a bit. Went here after Oregano's for some shopping. My wife can browse the aisles for days and days. Me, not so much. I usually like to get in and get out. They had a big and tall mans section, but honestly, didn't find anything I wanted.......until..........I found a pair of Levis in my size. I tried them on and they fit well, so I got them. Price?? Only $17.00! You cannot beat that price for some $50.00 jeans. The selection was slim, but I lucked out and scored, big time. Also......ran into an old coworker there, too. Was good to see her! This location has went down hill. The clothing racks are close together, you have to squeeze between people and clothes were all on the floor. The kids section is all over the place with displaced items. I was able to find a tee shirt for my grandson but when we got home, it had a hole in it. The bathrooms were clean at least but this store needs a major overhaul. It is now giving Goodwill vibes. read more

Found some matching bedding for the girls here. They were happy picking it out. $29.99 a set! I was about to spend $450 at Pottery Barn Kids for 2 quilt sets. They have a really nice selection of jackets and baby gifts. The inventory is very low here like many other places so they have a good 3rd of the store closed off with portable walls. Octavia is a sweet young lady who we saw working all over the store doing everything. Then she was at check out. She was so nice and professional and hard working. The girls enjoyed her. Slim pickings gift this location with great people 3 stars. Definately not what they used to be. It is a funny time so understandable. read more

I saw a commercial that they had "restocked" the store. I drove over 30 minutes. I used to be able to find something (LOTS OF STUFF) at Burlington every.single.time. NOT ANYMORE!! Not only are the shelves not restocked much, their styles just aren't my style anymore. They are catering to a very young and trendy style of customer. The only pants are skinny jeans. They just don't have a variation. It is basically one style fits all and that's it folks.... I even tried to grab some clothes for the ten year old. NOPE. Skinny jeans and trendy clothes that he just doesn't like either. I will never, ever, ever, ever return. Bummed because it used to be the one store that I could go to for an entire wardrobe all in one stop. They have failed me too many times. Not worth even trying anymore. read more

Waited in line for over 30mins, they only had 2 cashiers open, both people checking out had more than 1 cart. Two people behind me was a cashier who worked their it just finished her shift, she asked one of the cashiers working to call for help cause at this point we were 15 people deep waiting in line. The cashier that was asked to call for back up declined, the cashier that was off the clock walked up and got a walkie and asked for help. 10 mins later still no help, the cashier that was off the clock got the walkie again and asked the manager Bobby if she could clock in and help. He didn't answer after her asking 3 times, she finally left the line and went to his office to ask. While she was looking another associate came to help but she looked super annoyed and unhelpful. While waiting in line, I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, Bobby got on the line after 5 mins of waiting. I advised him of the situation and he said help was coming, I explained as a manger he should be the first person to come and help the front line out of others are not responding read more
