I thought this store was well maintained and had a great greeting card selection. This one is smaller than the one in north Phoenix but still has a wide array of clothing, shoes and household items. The value is still good however I have noticed the quality of items has remained the same with pricing increased for Marshall's across the board. Marshall's is growing on me and try to stop in when I can. I'm not ever looking for anything specific, but will usually find something I love or that my kids will love. Today I did come looking for a few things. The location was well organized and employees friendly. While I didn't find what I came for I did leave with quite a few pairs of Christmas pajamas that were a great deal. I love holiday decor as well but this location was pretty picked over. I really like Marshall's. I recently purchased 9 black business casual tops from here in one visit! Ha ha Yeah I know, but I needed clothes so bad. The girls do not like shopping for clothes for me and I don't blame them... Anyway I had a morning alone and hit the jackpot. Today I came in to return one of the shirts and a stuffed animal for my holiday stash that someone else ended up getting them. I walked right in and was able to head right to the counter without any waiting. Thr gal who helped me was friendly, but she said she didn't know why thr animal was marked doen so low and it took a while for her to work with someone else to help me. The shirt she told me didn't match the tag that was with it. =/ I was there quite a while getting this taken care of and looking back the early morning has passed and the rush was now in full swing and the line was long. The stuffed animal was taken care of, but not the shirt. I was kind of irritated and I went tonthe rack and picked out the same shirt and brought it up to the counter. Ann who was helping the lady to help me walked up. She didn't want to see me in the long line after I had already been there for so long. She also was looking over her shoulder worrying about her boss repremanding her for opening up a register to help me. I gave her the shirt off the rack that matched mine. Both tags also matched. =/ She felt bad did a quick refund and I was on my way. Ann was awesome and if I were her boss I would say she is awesome! It shouldn't have taken so long and had been such apickle to return 2 items with price tags and the receipt. A store to visit often to see what speaks to me. Went in here today to take a quick look to see if they had any pictures. Marshall's can be a hit or miss when it comes to things. I didn't find anything but it was nice to see shelves full and stocked. I've been to a few different retailers and everyone is slowly but surely trying to restock. I did notice upon walking in they are still keeping count too. read more

This Marshall's location is very clean! Even the shopping carts are clean, (unlike Home Goods at Arrowhead which has filthy carts!) The employees at this location are very nice and friendly. Decent selection and the displays are pretty tidy. Prices are pretty decent on a variety of merchandise. The parking was also plentiful. read more

This Marshall's has one of the best employees I've ever encountered. Patricia, she was her helping me and my husband in the fitting room. Even at the end of the night right when it was 10 minutes until closing time she didn't mind that we were still in the store, she gave us the same respect and patience as more people in this world should. They had the socks I was looking for!! I'd been all over the desert looking for a specific brand and style of sock. I'd struck out at Ross and TJ Maxx, but I found what I was looking for here. This is the closest Marshall's location to arrowhead ranch area of Glendale. We have been lucky to find lots of items here over the years in clouding small furniture items, decorative home accents, art, candles, seasonal items and more. Staff at this location are nice and friendly. Prices are always discounted and well worth it. Located conveniently in shopping center with many other great shops. read more

The store is usually clean and organized, so it's easy get in and get out if your looking for something specific. Return policy is ok. More selection than Ross and is just a smidgen better than TJMaxx. I live close so I'm always popping in checking on any good deals in the home department. Good shopping spot! read more

Every time I go in here it is a positive experience. Sometimes I call ahead and ask them to set aside what I'm going to purchase so I can swoop in, pay for it and take off. The staff is very helpful all the way around. I trust every shopper has a similar experience. I really don't see why not since it appears that customer service is paramount with them. I'm a serial Marshall's, TJ Maxx and HomeGoods shopper. Yesterday I stoped here and bought me 3 pairs of shoes. When I got home my daughter liked them and begged me to buy her some too. So, of course I came back to Marshalls today to purchase the shoes for her. To my surprise they were marked down half price. Great, so I bought the shoes for my daughter. I went back home, got the shoes I purchased yesterday and headed back with hopes that they would do a price adjustment because they have 20 pairs of the same shoe and they are all marked down...that didn't happen. They marked down the shoes less than 24 hours ago. The cashier called the manager and the manager said no. So I just returned the shoes I purchased yesterday and left. I have shopped in these stores for 25 years and I know for a fact they could have adjusted the price. Here is my thing, If it wasn't 20 pairs of the same shoes marked down I wouldn't be complaining. Also, I would have purchased the shoes that was marked down but out of 20 pairs they didn't have my size. They have my size now because I returned them. I could have kept the shoes but at this point I'm disappointed and it's about principle. I'm giving this store 3 stars because overall the store is clean and the staff is polite. read more

Spent hours in the store today. Got some mystery discount after the cashier scanned my product. The cashier told me the amount, I gave her the money and at that point, it was a legal transaction. I had tendered the money. So, some other girl walks over and says, "That's wrong". She cancelled MY already LEGAL transaction and re-scanned the items again. Now it was $6.00 higher! Point being, they broke the LAW! I had no control over that purchase! But when they tried to complete the second transaction, I told them to KEEP IT! Maybe they will run it a third time until they think it is high enough? Don't shop here, if you get any kind of God given break, they'll take it away. Their messed up register, my discount! I was robbed by Marshalls today! But, if they think they saved $6, guess again. I can do a whole lot more damage than $6 by spreading the word! Don't let this place cheat you! read more
