The store was busy on a Friday evening and I was assisted by Dominique who provided the best customer service and treated me as if I was his only customer. He took the time to answer all my questions. He was patient as I was deciding which fragrance to buy. All the fragrances smell so good and they had a large selection. Once I narrowed it down to the fragrance I wanted, Dominique packaged my purchase so nicely as if I was going to give it as a gift (to myself) The brand is a bit pricey but as Dominique stated "it's the Rolls Royce of Parfums".

Had some time while in Greensboro, so I visited their Hamrick's location. As compared to some…read moreother locations, the store seems more spacious and organized. If you have never been to a Hamrick's, the main feature is economy pricing on clothing. They have a large ladies department, with a fairly good sized men's department as well. There are also departments for home decor, kitchen, and "as seen on tv" gadgets. I found a few things, such as men's undershirts that were at a good discount. Check out employees were prompt, polite, and professional. Another nice feature is a seating area for tired shoppers (or husbands that got dragged into the store!)

It has the feel of TJ Maxx or Marshall. That can be nice sometimes, but I personally wouldn't drive to it again. It does have a really large collection, especially of shirts and pants. I did find that the type of "look" seemed to target a different demographic, so I had trouble finding clothes that I liked. When I looked at the tags, most of the clothing was made in China though, so I'm not sure how long it will last. There were a couple of sections with actual Dillards brands, and they were nicer (in my opinion), but then the prices were more like going to the Mall, so I don't really have a need to drive there. If I lived in High Point, I'd probably visit from time to time, but it's not worth the visit from Winston.

I always find a ton of toys and clothes for my daughter that are cheap and things she will absolutely love. I also love buying my shoes from there, I have a pair of Sketchers that are the most comfy shoes I've ever worn and they were only $50. Of course the space can be cramped at Christmas time and things can be out of sorts, but with as many people going through there day in and day out I'd say they're doing a pretty good job of keeping things organized. I also think their checkout system is flawless. The line may be wrapped around the store but it goes so fast - and the cashiers are always so lovely even during the stressful holiday season.

Black Friday is a liquidation store with items ranging from cosmetics, toys, clothing, small…read morehousewares and more. I believe most of the stuff comes from Target. There are rows of bins and you have to dig deeper in some than others. There are also items lining the walls that are separately priced than whatever "dollar day" amount is advertised. I've been on $10, $4 $3 and $1 days. (Where everything in the bins in that price) I have found the best stuff for the best deal on $1 days. Mostly kids items and cosmetics. My only real complaint is they allow shopping carts. The aisles are tight, the place isn't very big and the carts take up the aisles and I've been many times where I can't get down any aisle due to the amount of people using carts. They have baskets which is great and I wish more people utilized those instead of carts. Overall it's worth checking out on various dollar days to see what deals you can get.

The store is a total mess, with clothes, shoes, home goods and everything in between scattered all over the floor. If you do find garments hanging, they are in the wrong place as far as sizing goes. When I finally had had enough this morning, I drove straight to Burlington Outlet Store in the same shopping area where shopping was a pure pleasure. Ross at Bridford Pky. will never have my business again. I will, however, continue shopping at Ross in Myrtle Beach, SC where they are proud of their store and value their customers.
