From the moment she started scanning my items until the transaction was completed, she kept murmuring and making comments under her breath, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. What upset me the most was that her behavior embarrassed me in front of other customers. I remained patient and respectful throughout the interaction, but I did not receive the same courtesy in return. Customer service employees should know how to treat customers with respect, and unfortunately, Veronica failed to do so. I believe Walmart should address this matter and provide additional customer service training to ensure that customers are treated professionally and respectfully.

I scored a beautiful faux leather skirt and a bold printed pair of Palazzo pants to replace some of my favorite black-and-white striped pants, so it was a win-win situation for me! The Christmas cards that this company sells is true art and they had a few, but not like in years past. At least they had some. Of all the Targets in the Henderson and Las Vegas area this is the "golden one," that even carries the Christmas Papyrus themed version of the cards. Come check it out if you are seeking it. This Target is themes like most all other Targets. It's highly organized and very easy to find what we need. The store is clean and well lit as you wander through and know where something is based on other Target locations trips. Thank you for keeping it simple for the customer. The check out was a breeze and with a tap of the card the staff was amazing. Remember that they have Starbucks in the store too just in case you need "fancy caffeine," ours was great . I've been looking for soft comfortable shoes and I love them. So glad I checked them out. Since they don't have my size, one of them helped me order online and it's free delivery. Prices of the shoes are very reasonable. Wow. CVS in this Target is the best. The pharmacists are very nice, friendly, and helpful. I've been going to this pharmacy for years. I love my two pharmacists. They take good care of me and my husband. It's like family. Unlike other pharmacies, you're just a number. I definitely would recommend going here. They are still having ongoing renovation. Can't wait till they are done.

This morning, I cut off tags, and wanted to wear this shirt to go out; After put on, I noticed the V neck center seams was cut and sew crooked which destroyed the look. It was a defective garment! I walked in 107 temperatures to this store, hoping to exchange for the same shirt and get my 10k steps in. Unfortunately, at Cashier, this petite, short hair lady said " System is down, can't do it." I asked if I could bring exact same shirt for even exchange, she still say NO! I asked to speak to Manager, she replied she was Manager, I was surprised! Being a manager should be able to think outside of box, and be a problem solver for customers. Obviously, she was not! What is Creative way to make customers satisfied when System is down? Could Hand Writing in log for Even Exchange, then upload info when system is up? I wasted my time, still need to go to another Ross for exchange; I'm very dissatisfied with this store, especially very disappointed with this " Manager".
