Love the prices and deals but, and this is a big but, they never stay open for their entire advertised operating hours. Pretty much defines most Burlingtons. This one tried an extra slick one this evening, they turned off their outdoor main entrance sign. People are friendly enough and if you like searching for a good deal at Ross or Marshalls this is just a bigger version. Difference being Ross and Marshalls stay open until they're supposed to close unlike Burlington. The store is clean and has plenty of merchandise to pick through. read more

I love this store. They always such good deals. I usually go check out the clearance items first and then make my way around the whole store. If you are looking for a gift for someone, this would be a great place to shop. They have everything from shoes to health and beauty items for women and men. All of the employees were wearing a mask the last time I went inside and the dressing room is still closed. So I try the clothes on over my clothes I'm wearing if possible. They do have a return policy, but I'd rather not have to make another trip to return an item. read more

I went to Burlington to put my stuff on Layaway today I have never done so before. I really love Burlington and the things they offer. This girl that works there her name was Gabbie I told her I was going to leave go grab some money and come back. She looked very irritated. I came back about 30mins later soon as she saw me she rolled her eyes like she didn't expect me to actually come back. I have never done Lay away before. I don't think it's right for people to make me feel uncomfortable about doing something that is and offered service. I'm saying this to say I had a very bad experience and I do not feel comfortable doing layaway ever again just because of her. read more

You need to stop putting adult size hangers on your children's clothes. Need to invest in some child size hangers. It's ridiculous.

I'm not up in Oklahoma City too often, so I thought that I would stop in and see what this place is about (I see their commercials all the time) My first thought was that the store was pretty disorganized. But in their defense it is a very large store. I bought $40 worth of clothing. The staff was pretty friendly, The deals were good and I'm definitely leaving satisfied that I got my moneys worth. Great place for discount men's underwear, socks, shirts and cologne!!! Check this place out! read more
