The frosting on the cake was when I realized one of my products was damaged as I was leaving the store. I asked for help, and she pointed to another employee who was the "manager". I approached the "manager" and said hi, and she said "what" very coldly. I explained the situation, she denied being the manager, and then started verbally fighting with the first employee. I left to get a replacement product and when I came back, they were still arguing! Prices were high or the tires weren't in stock. Since I'm a BJ's member, I decided to stop by the Revere, MA location, and I'm glad I did. They had the exact tires I needed at an excellent price, and the staff in the tire department could not have been more helpful. They were knowledgeable, accommodating, and easy to work with. I scheduled an appointment for today and arrived about half an hour early. They took the car right in without hesitation. They replaced and balanced all four tires, placed the spare back in the well with the jack and covers, and the entire job was done cleanly and professionally. When I got home a couple hours latet, I realized my iPhone was missing. Using Apple's "Find My," I saw it was still at BJ's tire shop. I drove back, and as soon as I walked in, the staff member said, "You left something behind, didn't you?" He reached under the counter and handed me my black shoulder bag with my iPhone inside. In the phone portfolio were my driver's license, two credit cards, $40 in cash, and the phone itself -- everything was exactly as I had left it. They had even tried calling me to let me know it was found. Their honesty, professionalism, and customer service were outstanding. BJ's is very fortunate to have employees like this. I want to thank everyone involved for their excellent work and integrity. They turned what could have been a very stressful day into a great experience, and I truly appreciate it.

They don't warn you send you anything that it is up. the women told me they don't want to pay.... word from her mouth. so don't buy the extended warranty it's a gaff.....

I have mostly been happy with the final products, which really isn't a reflection of Beach Sales per se (but rather, Electrolux, Kitchenaid, etc.). I had one somewhat negative experience after a delivery person dropped stove pieces outside of my home and tried to deliver without comment (I witnessed). It took an unnecessary amount of discussion with folks back at the store to come up with a repair plan. But ultimately they helped to re-send replacement cast iron parts for what had been dropped and damaged. Most recently, I have grown very frustrated with trying to access the 50% rebate on an unused five-year warranty. I feel that I was misled. It's come to my attention that the "50% back" is actually just for Beach Sales purchases, and it's not a refund check as it had seemed. Not only that, there are many many hoops to jump through. Even after jumping through all the hoops and gathering all the old documents from five years ago AND following the guidelines, I am still waiting six months later with no rebate. No coupon nor check. While the extra five-year warranty sounds like a good idea, don't count on the 50% back rebate. And be sure to ask questions.

Wherever and whenever I park, I'm always looking for camera's and they had plenty. I like that because that's SAFETY, we have to be safe, watch your surroundings or your family members won't have answers--if you catch my drift. Anywho, this Walmart had all my speciality item I get when I'm in Texas, again if you follow me...many States don't have items/brands I'm accustomed to. The store was clean, stock and neat shelves. I found some Spring Rolls which I couldn't find in their local grocery stores. There was a large entrance with escalators leading up into the store. This escalator system also has a carriage escalator for going down only which is very convenient for large full carriages. There is also access by elevator. Once entering the store, the grocery section is over to the right. The fruits and vegetables are usually laid out nicely and looks pretty clean. There's also a very small deli where they can slice you. There is a prepackaged meat section. Take your chances. Then many many isles of grocery and food type items. Basically like a huge supermarket. if you go further down to the straight ahead or left, you will enter the regular isles of the store and it would be set up like every Walmart in your town. I have been here numerous times to go to Walmart to get some. That being said I have had many bad experiences with customer service.. It just doesn't seem to exist at this location. Most of the employees on the floor can't even answer a simple question because they don't speak English. The clerks at the register two out of 10 are polite, courteous, and do their job correctly. The customer service area they're just rude and ignorant as were the two managers I spoke with. I actually tried to call corporate one day because one of the managers were so inconsiderate, rude mean and thinking they were some kind of big shot. Never seen a manager act like this. Maybe they shouldn't as managers until they get better people skills. That being said, the pricing is the same as every Walmart in the area. Items usually look fully stocked. Electronics you will never find anyone to help you except people trying to sell your phone service that don't work for Walmart. All be like me and just go there when it is a necessity..
