The photographer Amanda asked us what time our appointment was and when we told her she barked back that we were late. Mind you there was another dad in line with his 6month old with a 1:45pm time slot as well. She took him and his pictures. When she returned she asked us again what time our appointment was and we told her 1:45pm she looked past us and asked the next 2 parties behind us their time and they where 1:30pm and 1:15pm. She took them without acknowledging our reservation. When she came back she told us they ran out of time and we couldn't take pictures. She could not explain why she skipped us when we were on time for our reservation. She said to take it up with corporate but would not give us any number or who to contact. She yelled at us and berated us for waiting until Christmas Eve to take pictures. We had 4 small children and the grandparents with us. The kids were crying after her interaction with us. She called security over and we explained the situation to the officer and they told us she would take our pictures when they returned from break. She made us wait over an hour after our reservation to take our pictures. We made sure we were first in line for our pictures and after returning from break she skipped us again and took another party in line behind us. We reminded her that was not what was discussed with security and that she said she would take our picture after they returned. By the time she took our picture the kids were tired and the baby was crying and not cooperating. It hard to not feel discriminated after our interaction with Amanda. She pulled People behind us who were not people of color and when watching her interaction she is not friendly at all. We get it's the holidays and it's busy but that's why we made our reservation and arrived on time because we respect peoples time. But to be mistreated with the children and grandparent with no explanation or apology feels very targeted. Amanda Gallagher the photographer was unprofessional, racist and a horribly incomplete person.

Many parts of the mall looked like it was stuck in the early 2000s & it was sad to see how vacant this mall became. There's really not much left here, besides the large TJMaxx, Best Buy, Dick's Sporting Goods, & Macy's. All the stores looked very outdated, with the exception of the TJMaxx... that was the only store that seemed to have all the stuff you would normally find at other locations. Hopefully more stores are on their way & turn this mall around.

I mainly just pass by or shop the cold weather in the winter. One plus for working at Macy's is the deep discount you get and being able to use the employee discount at Bloomingdale's.

There was a large entrance with escalators leading up into the store. This escalator system also has a carriage escalator for going down only which is very convenient for large full carriages. There is also access by elevator. Once entering the store, the grocery section is over to the right. The fruits and vegetables are usually laid out nicely and looks pretty clean. There's also a very small deli where they can slice you. There is a prepackaged meat section. Take your chances. Then many many isles of grocery and food type items. Basically like a huge supermarket. if you go further down to the straight ahead or left, you will enter the regular isles of the store and it would be set up like every Walmart in your town. I have been here numerous times to go to Walmart to get some. That being said I have had many bad experiences with customer service.. It just doesn't seem to exist at this location. Most of the employees on the floor can't even answer a simple question because they don't speak English. The clerks at the register two out of 10 are polite, courteous, and do their job correctly. The customer service area they're just rude and ignorant as were the two managers I spoke with. I actually tried to call corporate one day because one of the managers were so inconsiderate, rude mean and thinking they were some kind of big shot. Never seen a manager act like this. Maybe they shouldn't as managers until they get better people skills. That being said, the pricing is the same as every Walmart in the area. Items usually look fully stocked. Electronics you will never find anyone to help you except people trying to sell your phone service that don't work for Walmart. All be like me and just go there when it is a necessity..

The frequency that we have encountered errors in the orders fulfilled by the Saugus, MA Walmart Supercenter is unprecedented. It is clear that the Walmart Supercenter in Saugus has incapable, incompetent employees, supervisors, and managers, and no effective quality assurance program over their on-line order fulfillment. As bad as the Walmart Supercenter is in Saugus, the CHAT people at the other end of the Walmart website are as bad, if not worse. Rather than fix an incomplete delivery, the CHAT person that I dealt with said the best he could do is deliver the missing items, 2 days later; not the same day as the incomplete order, not the next day, but 2 days later. I gave up, and accepted a refund. Oddly enough, I placed a new order at www.walmart.com, and that order was fulfilled, and delivered, the next day. How could that be? It is clear that Walmart has no interest in their customers, or their customer's experience with Walmart.

When i went online and ordered the new one it said that the jacket I was interested in buying was available in a store near me and i could pick it up that day. I ordered it, so excited to pick up my new jacket then received an email saying it would take 5-7 business days. I was very upset but needed up waiting after i week i still had not received a confirmation email and decided to call Hollister to check if there was a possibility my jacket was there and i had just not received the email. They told me the jacket just shipped and it would be there in an additional 2-3 days. I was very surprised to find everything I needed and some items I would not have considered, but she asked me to try on for her!  The shop owner, Barbara, is really good at what she does! I am not a fashion-focused person, I like sticking to timeless staples with a funky twist and comfortable shoes. But, not only did I get a good fitting and a bra I love, but a bonus stylist who worked with me, showing me a variety of options, really listened to what I did or didn't like about each and  helped me craft the perfect outfit for the wedding and a great bra!  I think everyone should go, alone bc it is tight in there, and just see what she has for you, it's fun.
