I almost thought the store was shutting down. I found a MAC makeup product that I normally use and that was about it. The lines are not bad and go quickly here. Sometimes it's hard to communicate with employees and I appreciate the effort to go find another employee who can help me. I have never had to return anything so I do not know how the service is for that scenario. I find that going to this store gives thrift store vibes. I like a good thrift store trip but I don't get the same fun shopping experience here.

Disappointing Client Treatment…read more Despite investing well over $15K at A Line Boutique, I was told I did not qualify as a "VIP client" and therefore was not eligible for a wardrobe edit. The criteria for client recognition felt opaque and, frankly, arbitrary--an uncomfortable experience in a luxury retail setting. Beautiful merchandise, but the customer experience did not align with the level of discretion and respect one expects. Not to mention I have often been 'sold' items that are not the best for my body type.

They have a ton of fragrances and decorations for the home, body care products, ergonomic products, and of course my favorite section, the international foods. They had both a travel size and a full size jar of lavender honey, which is something I've been looking for for years, so I had to get it. I also found this cute little teeny tiny travel-size bottle of Tajin (Because no cucumber slice, mango slice, or pineapple chunk is complete without it!), and some international snack foods that I have been struggling to find back on the East Coast. I left for the few other things as well but these are my favorites! The staff were really patient as we made our final selections and headed towards the register. They could have rushed us out, but instead they just started cleaning up and as soon as we noticed, we immediately made our way to check out. The cashier was very friendly and kind, which was the capstone on an already fantastic shopping experience. I wish we had more time to shop, but I think our wallets (as well as my limited suitcase space) agree that it was just enough.

There's racers, cat toys, the standard paper crowns and trinkets, and even a make your own. I wanted to do that but it's expensive for just the kit. Ended up with a set that has bingo in it so we can play that after pulling the crackers. The cashier was polite and they have a rewards program if you shop here a lot. Parking in shared lot. Do come and check them out for unique items from all over the world.

Not quite ready for the pumpkin spice everything so I moved on. There were quite a few baking pans, hostess gifts and charcuterie boards that caught my eye. Also they have a wide selection of food and snacks.I did noticed that the shelves were filled. Usually like to buy fur baby a snack too but ended up with something target instead. The major score was the soft football blanket I can't wait to snuggle up in. The line was quick and the cashier was friendly; which I tend to take notice. For that I give an extra star! The lines are great if you go early but midday or weekends can be a wait. In the warehouse there is a wide assortment of products (snack stations are back!) and a large selection of wine & alcohol that is not offered at all Costco locations. There is clothing, a tire shop inside the warehouse and all kinds of kitchen and home appliances. They took away several self-check out stations. When lines get really long (and they can stretch back to beyond a few of the aisles) employees try to pre-check carts. The system was working so why change it. Or have the self-check for smaller orders to keep things moving. The food court has the famous hot dog and soda combo for $1.50. They added a calzone which I haven't tried and brought back the turkey and provolone hot sandwich. The managers I previously knew have moved. Overall still a great store.
