When we arrived, there seemed to be a lot of cars in the lot but when we entered the store, there was only a handful of customers. The store was pretty organized and their inventory looked like it was higher quality than your standard Walmart or Target, albeit their selection was limited. We did find some good bargains but most of the inventory was a bot pricey; customer service was adequate, our cashier, Daniella (if I remembered her name tag correctly) was polite and professional, and our brief interaction was overall pleasant.

There may have been other factors, but this location, in particular, has little product and was quite chaotic. Here on a recent Reno visit, the shelves were finally starting to look full again and the floor people were working hard to create a new, more inviting atmosphere. Mostly on a price discovery mission, we did manage a few gift purchases at very reasonable prices. We even took advantage of some great sales. Two of my nephews are making the transition to coffee pods. They received a lovely Hamilton Beach dual brewer. For Christmas, my cousin will be getting the biggest crock pot I have ever seen. All from this Kohls location. The store is very clean and easy to find most every item. The bathrooms are also clean, but were hard to locate on my own. Initially, it was difficult to find this place, tucked away off the main drag. But, once we found it, that became a moot point. Mrs. E. gets a might nervous when we pull out on to Damonte or exiting by the Roadhouse. If you do visit, be careful when leaving. After today's visit we earned serious Kohl's cash. Forty bucks, I think. One advantage is those dollars can be redeemed at their other locations. 10/24

Most of the time they are out of stuff at this location and their shelves aren't stocked as well as some other locations. If you like to shop at places like Marshall's, Sierra, TJ Maxx, etc., this is definitely the best version of them. I appreciate that the clothes are actually organized, and they have one of the best shoe selections of any store. The prices are generally good and reasonable, but the clearance prices are often extreme deals with the caveat of very limited selection (obviously though, since it's clearance). They also have a really good selection of skin care, hair care, and make up. Those are the discounts I often end up appreciating the most!

Apparently loss prevention staff was monitoring someone and actually prevented him from walking away with a shopping bag of items.. I'm glad retail stores embrace the prevention of shoplifters.. rather than some stores just taking the loss and letting them walk away..although is the safety of an employee worth it.. is always a other view.. Okay first off a while ago they reconfigured their store where you cannot get two baskets to pass each other which is annoying enough well today I was running late to get out here and I wanted to stop and get some soda. I walked in the door right in the front of the store where it's perfect there's a whole display of 12 packs of Cokes Sprite Orange etc etc so I asked her at the counter I said what is the sale she said Coke is three for 15 great so I grabbed three 12 packs well only one of them is the Coke product okay fine so I said what ones are Coke products she says from here over okay fine so I go back get the other ones then she says oh two coats and a Sprite. I said no they're supposed to be three 12 packs and she tells me oh I don't know I have to look at the app! Now mind you yes I do know I was in a hurry but if you have a display up by the register that is for last minute little add-ons there fast they're convenient and I ended up just leaving with nothing. I really really need to stop at an actual place to business that connects business properly before I come out here because like I said I've never once had a good experience there.

Since when do you need to redo a certification to pick up a firearm when the background check already cleared just because it's been more than 24 hours. If time is such an issue then why had Nicole the "general manager" or another associate not call my husband to inform him his background check cleared. Nicole almost cancelled the sale because of apt vs unit (telling my husband to change it even though you're unable to once the form is submitted). And there is no law that prohibits a person from telling the person completing a 4473 how to spell something or being a second set of eyes. We have purchased many firearms and have never had an issue being a second set of eyes for each other. She had an attitude, rolling her eyes when my husband asked to check the weapon before we left the store. How Nicole is the general manager, is beyond me. She doesn't know to how use the register and iPad, continually needing to be on the phone with other associates to director her on how to use said equipment.. or how to interact with customers in a professional manner. And who the hell uses their teeth to cut tape? I'll pay more at Scheels where they know what they're doing and how to treat customers instead of going on a damn power trip.

I tried it first to make sure it fits well, It was good to go. I wore the boots on my way work this week, the boots is killing my toes and was unable to change my shoes to a different. I wore it one time as the only I want to wear it. Trying to exchange to a different size, that is all I need. I brought the necessary stuff receipt, the tags and same bag. I went to the store today 12/5/21 at around lunch time. The associate is polite to me, explained my situation that I just need to change the size of the shoes. Not a return or refund. But, unfortunate thing happened they can't exchange the shoes due to the return policy, first of all, she wants me to read the return policy on the table while I'm paying, when I paid for it an associate never told me about the shoe policy, which most stores will do tell you upfront. In return, the manager on duty requested to just purchase a new one, since she can't re-sell my item.. And now they never gave me back my actual receipt, when I called them about my concern, to read the return policy on the receipt, which I don't have it anymore. The other lady also told me to read it, no one can explain it to me properly, but just to read. It's the first time they mishandle the situation, and bombarded with the situation how they want me to buy another shoes.. I told them I will call the corporate, and need the actual receipt and the name of the manager. Now, the manager told me she can accept my exchange and can return to the store, imagine the hassle she gave me. I was at the store 30 minutes.. i wish this was handled fairly, I don't want to make a scene in the store, or argue for more, It feels pointless how they talk to me..

It is that time for an update…read more Quality/Quantity - Okay, I rarely come to his mall. Very few stores that I frequent, until now. Thanks to Trader Joes! In the past we only came here for the following: Apple Store, Lululemon (taking a break from this brand now), Starbucks (only when it is on the way). Now we have added the following business to our list: Carhartt, Mt. Rose Wine Co., Reno Running Company, etc. Also, it helps us visit some of our favorite restaurants here - Land Ocean, Skipolinis, and Miyabi. Chipotle just opened, but we are not a customer any more. And a free standing Starbucks is STILL being built. Atmosphere - Huge mall that is rarely busy. Well, they are getting busier and busier again thanks to Trader Joe. Plenty of parking. Convenient location for us, easy in and out from highways. Open 7 days a week from 10am or 11am to 6pm or 7pm. Pet friendly, see the tiny dog park/area. Free wifi, I have not used it. Service - Good. Price - Good, some might say upscale. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2006. We were happy when you built this mall, too bad we have not been big customers until now.
