I am 70 and injured with a smashed shoulder, four broken ribs and a brain bleed. The last time I yelled at any employee was probably 1980. And I am harmless - never did that. The owner is a FIRE STARTER and would do better with people if she was an Amazon Warehouse worker and not a front facing small business owner.
