The store salespeople were helpful in picking them out, but that's just the beginning of the story. I subsequently left the store, and we picked up a bite to eat at the food court. When we got home, I did not have the sunglasses. I obviously left them at the food court. It is now almost three weeks later, and both pair show up via Federal Express at our home in Colorado. It turns out the glasses were found by a mall maintenance person who turned them into the Quay store. The folks at the store remembered that I called and found our address to Fed Express the sunglasses to our home in Colorado at no charge. Just amazing customer service!

This location is temporarily set up in a different spot within the mall, so the selection was slightly more limited than usual, but still solid. Both of my daughters managed to find unique shirts they absolutely love, which is no small feat given their very different styles. What really stood out, though, was the service, super friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The staff was quick to answer questions and made the whole experience feel easy and fun. Can't wait to check out the revamped store once it reopens upstairs. For now, this mini version is still worth the stop if you're in the mood for something a little offbeat and expressive!
