The pan roast tasted good, I liked the spices, very flavorful. It was however a little too spicy for my partner. The staff let us know that this batch was a little spicier than most batches. I thought the spice level was fine though. I think they kept a lot of the interior from the restaurant that came before them. A little sad that they're gone now though.

My wife and I consistently come to Cap't Loui for our beloved Friday date nights at least once a month. We are ALWAYS so impressed with the yummy food (we always get 2lbs shrimp/2lbs crawfish combo in Medium Cap't Loui sauce with garlic noodles, garlic bread, and Cajun fries). Wifey and I are stuffed after this but will cleanse our palate with complimentary popsicles in the freezer by the entrance. So yes, the seafood boil and food is absolutely phenomenal.
