    Roti with Yellow Curry Sauce
    Evelyn M.

We were staying at a close by hotel that is conveniently walking distance. The food was delicious but I had better. I did like that the waiter asked if we wanted anything non spicy but for the Tom Kha it needs it and I like how he said he could have it made mild. I really liked the soup but the chicken satay was only ok because the peanut sauce was very plain to me. Else where I usually love dipping everything in that sauce but it really just tasted like plain sauce peanut. The roti was a too crunchy for me, my favorite Thai place has theirs a bit more moist. We came in the early evening and had the restaurant to ourselves for a bit but they did get more customers and a lot of to go takeout orders. The decor inside is lovely. Small location but convenient enough to get a Thai fix. There are so many other Asian places to eat next to them but I looked ahead and their menu prices are very reasonable so we came here. For sure I would recommend this place to all that stay at the hotel nearby. I will tell friends and family about our staycation at the hotel and mention to check this place out.

Loved the food at Thai orchid. Tucked near orchard pkwy, went here for an office lunch and turned out to be a very good choice. The place looked very authentic and it was a chic place with full tables. We were seated quickly and the starter soup was soo yummy!!!! All of us ordered the fried rice, green curry, panang curry and rice and all of them tasted very delicious! The quantity was also good enough for 1 person to be full. Overall loved it and would definitely recommend!!!

I've ordered food here multiple times, and this time I ordered through DoorDash. Is there anyone doing quality check before it gets sent out? My Pad Thai has hair in it!! I dumped the entire thing out and now I'm left with no food during my lunch time. I understand that it gets busy during lunch, but please do your diligence to put hairnet, or gloves, or anything of that matter to protect your customers and the quality of your food.

With so many Thai restaurants to choose from I prefer to dine-in rather than take-outs for its authentic Thai cuisine. Weekdays are the best time to avoid the lunch crowd any later than that would be hard to find a parking space. Came by in the morning greeted very warmly and the owners were super nice very attentive as I was looking over the menu the server would bring over a glass of water and refill if need be I chose pad kee mao consist of rice noodles, bean sprout, garlic and slice of chicken breast meat commonly known as drunken noodles it was either that or pad Thai and for drinks Thai iced tea prices are very reasonable. They don't skimp back on portion size so much to fill up the plate layer with veggies and herbs not too salty has a flavorable taste light sauce and you get a complimentary soup to go with it so much that I really enjoyed the meal would definitely be back.

My friend and I came here for dinner on a Friday. It wasn't busy, and we were seated right away. Food: My friend and I started with the corn fritters. It was a lot of corn, living up to its name. I liked it. For my entree, I ordered the vegetarian pad thai. The pad thai was just as expected. I would definitely order it again. Service: Service was friendly and quick. Our food was out promptly from the kitchen! TL;DR - Standard Thai food w/ good service

We was the first customer for lunch We order chicken fries as appetizers and the main dish arrived first, even it is in the appetizer part of the menu and we told the server that we want it first. Quality mmm no to good, the pad Thai arrived with the egg and edges of the beef burnt and taste very bad, yellow curry to much sauce and potato no as well the chicken . Price and portion goes together with quality Unfortunately was a bad experience I do not recommend this restaurant Service friendly but no to knowledgeable or professional

Chicken Pad Woon Sen (Curry Glass Noodles)
    Alisa B.

Pad Woon Sen always reminds me of a homecooked meal from home. I enjoy getting it from here! The noodles are cooked well, so they don't stick together. The dish is a bit oily, but overall savory and flavorful. They give lots of cabbage and egg. I appreciate that the chicken was tender! If you come during lunch, they give you complimentary veggie soup too. I also tried the Pad Thai and it was delicious! Flavored very well and had the perfect chewy noodles. It's pretty oily though, especially if you pair it with fried tofu. More oily than the pad woon sen. I recommend bringing your own water bottle if you can. Not sure if it was an off day or if the tap water is just THAT gross... but the glass of water they served me tasted like soap!

The menu is laid out by geographic regions, which I thought was a really neat way to showcase the many different cuisines. We started with summer rolls and calamari, both of which were excellent. The summer rolls were fresh and bright, with a delicious peanut sauce that was among the best my sister (a self-described "Peanut Sauce Snob") and I had ever had. The large pieces of calamari were expertly cooked, still very tender even after frying. There was a hint of spice in the calamari dipping sauce that I quite enjoyed. For entrees, we got Pad Thai, Pad See You, and Panang Curry -- all favorites we've had many places (despite the many alluring new-to-me options, I admit we all defaulted to known quantities) -- and we were impressed across the board. Everything was flavorful, had just the right amount of spice, and came out steaming hot. We really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of this restaurant, which felt lively and friendly. It was very busy, with a line out the door by the time we left, so reservations are a good idea!

A generous portion of noodles and veggies, but not as much meat (which is fine by me). As a spicy loving girl, the spiciest level option was good as it was present throughout the entire dish, meaning it was mixed in well! I appreciated this immensely. Also got a mango sticky rice to feed my sweet tooth, and it was good too! Served with blue rice which made it pretty. The bad: Oh my god. I love Rad Nar normally, but when I ordered it from here through UberEats, I was severely disappointed and couldnt even finish a third of the dish. It was severely sweet. Now, I do love my sugar, but holy crap it tasted like they marinated the meat, veggies, and noodles in sugar and then added more sugar when cooking it. I also got the spicy option so it was really weird to eat something sickenly sweet with a little bit of spice when expecting a spicy, savory dish. Maybe it was a bad night for the chef or they mistook salt for sugar, but wow. I was in shock, and in the bad way lol.

First of all, the staff and owner are incredibly nice. They made recommendations for our meal so we could have the best experience. It felt personal and you could feel the chef's love and care with each bite. The space itself is small but incredibly charming. From the paintings on the walls, brick wall, cozy lighting, beautiful mural, and comfortable open seating, it really set the stage for a wonderful meal. Fox Tale Fermentation Project also has plenty of rotating alcoholic and mocktail options which pair nicely with dishes! I ordered the Cali Classic Burger, and although the protein fell apart as soon as I took a bite, however, it was delicious. These flavors are so complex and funky that you can't help but take another bite. Generally, in non vegetarian dishes, the strong flavors of the meat/protein carries the dish, but in these dishes, the condiments, veggies, and fermented elements take your taste buds on a journey beyond the dish itself! The Fox Sando that my girlfriend ordered was also delicious. The toasted ciabatta was the star vessel for the rest of the ingredients. Perfectly toasted with slight hints of char, it really absorbed a lot of the sauces and spreads. I was lucky enough to take the second half of the sandwich home and eat it for breakfast the next day. I was so shocked when the sando itself held up in the fridge and was delicious cold! The flavors absorbed themselves into the bread but didn't make it soggy. I attribute this to the fact the ingredients didn't need to be heated up again to be tasty! Overall, I would absolutely recommend Fox Tale Fermentation Project for anyone who's looking for something different and unforgettable.
