I joined in September 2020. I joined because heard about all the safety measures they put into place. To be honest, I wouldn't have joined during a pandemic if it weren't for them going above and beyond. We each have our own designated workout space socially distant from others. If we rotate stations, masks on while transferring, and clean equipment before moving on to the next station or going back to your space. Temperature check upon entry and hand sanitizer. Everything gets cleaned, constantly, but my workout is never interrupted. They really are a well oiled machine when it comes to this. Stephanie, the owner, does a great job engaging with her customers and really listens to what they would like (camp times, child care, cleanliness, etc). She is doing a wonderful job at the physical location but also provides engagement on the members only Facebook group. It feels like a community in which you can be as involved or uninvolved with as you please. As a busy, mid-30s mom, I love this so much. Austin, the trainer, who I am most familiar with there is doing an excellent job! I have no complaints. He is encouraging, clear with directions, assists with questions and is not intimidating. He is fantastic about showing modifications for all activities. He works really hard and you can tell he is passionate about what he does. I have never been a gym person, ever, so I didn't have my hopes set too high when I joined but Burn has exceeded my expectations. Burn Bootcamp is the best fitness gym for me. The camps are designed to meet the individual at their fitness level. The atmosphere at the camp is awesome. I feel like I am part of a caring group of individuals who support each other as we work to meet our individual fitness goals. The trainers are awesome and will offer modifications to the exercises, both mod up and mod down, to meet your fitness level. The exercises are great because each day you target a different muscle group as the goal is overall fitness. Also, I cannot forget the individual 1-on-1 sessions I have with trainers that help keep me on track with my own fitness goals as well as help keep me accountable. Another great thing about Burn is that they offer camps at varying times throughout the day to accommodate the member's schedules. As an added bonus for those with young children, they offer childcare onsite while you workout. I would have loved that back when my kids were little. I am so proud to be a member of Burn as I am able to workout with a phenomenal group of people with awesome trainers that motivate and support me as I work to meet my fitness goals. read more

Burn has been exactly what I needed; a community environment, flexible class time availability, childcare, and accountability. The coaches provide modifications based on your fitness level and helps you get to your goals. They make a group environment still feel personal plus they offer 1 on 1 focus sessions. They have implemented some COVID precaution procedures such as class size limitations with socially distanced personal workout areas, no sharing of equipment, if sharing is needed wipes/disinfectant is provided, temperature checks, virtual video workout options + More! Edit to update over 3 years later! I still love everything about Burn! The members, trainers and atmosphere is unlike any other gym I've been to! Stephanie has gone above and beyond with all the Covid protocols to make us safe now that we're back in the gym and she gave us so much support with online workout options and focus meetings when Burn was closed back in the spring when we were all in lockdown. I have been going to Burn Boot camp for 3 years! It's different everyday. The trainers are motivating and will help with an exercise that you need to modify. It doesn't matter your fitness level, the trainers will help you get the most out of your workout. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. So many class times to fit in your schedule. Burn Boot Camp is by far the best gym I've ever been a part of. Not just for the workouts but for the great community it offers as well. Austin and the Burn team are fun and energetic! I started Burn Boot Camp a few months ago and truly enjoy it. I like the variety and that the days change during the week. It is a great community, and the instructors are all motivating. They help you out when you may need a modifier on something. They post the information every Sunday, so you can plan for the week.
