The 1950 hand drier was corroded and ineffective. I returned to where my wife was sitting and noticed the window sills had leaked and cobwebs in the window corners. The 3 star rating is for management/ owners not employees or food. Re-invest a little profit, maintain your restaurant and for heavens sake install a urinal so no one sits where another guy peed!!

Upon entering the restaurant it was also brightly illuminated and very clean. It was between 5:30 and 6:00pm so I was surprised there were so few customers other than myself. I was with two other people and we went to the counter to order. We were met by a friendly employee who dutifully explained they were out of French fries. They had been for a while and it may be some time before they were available again. So we ordered accordingly substituting baked potatoes or chili for our sides. Then we were informed they were out of crackers for the chili. Oh well. We got our orders and proceeded to the condiment bar/counter and it too was out of stock. The good news is they do have a new drink dispenser that has a lot of different flavors and it worked fine. The food we received was good, not on par with Wendy's fare I've had in the past at other locations. I probably won't return to this Wendy's which is a shame because I have enjoyed Wendy's restaurants for many years, but there are too many other options available and with prices at all restaurants increasing so much I would not want to risk another experience like this one again.
