Once we got to town we headed to the shop to rent a pair for our adventure the next day, this was about mid-afternoon when we got to the store. I appreciate that the sales person was honest and didn't up charge us by letting us rent the shoes then instead of offering us to come back closer to the close of the store and we'd only be charged for the day we intended the rental but we'd have for our early morning hike the next day.
