Angie has this cool, don't worry I will take care of it attitude and that is exactly what you need during this stressful process. She works with so many different vendors, knows everyone and can get you exactly what you want. We had to change our venue MONTHS before the big day. With Angie, it wasn't a problem. She had a backup list ready to go in case something like this happened. We had to set up our own tables. With Angie, it wasn't a problem. Her team brought my dreams to life. Everything was beyond perfect. My family is divorced and I knew there could be drama when the two families came together. I told Angie in advance and she was there, putting out fires, having my back, making sure MY DAY was exactly that, stress free and perfect. I also can't say enough about her assistants. They treated me like a princess. They were holding my flowers, train, anything I needed while making sure I was hydrated, laughing, every hair was in place, make up was flawless, the list goes on. At this point I'm panicking - begging her to tell me if she won't come through so I can have a backup plan, as my alter for wedding was dependent on these additional pieces - so I call, no answer. She messages me at 9pm saying she was busy with appointments and has too much going on, but rest assured my pillars will be delivered as she won't ruin my big day, talking as if they will be on Tuesday before she leaves town. No response on Tuesday after telling her I will pick them up Wednesday. Today, Thursday morning she has blocked me both on her personal page and business page. She has added so much stress to my wedding day by flaking. Unprofessional & Rude are the kindest words I can think of this woman. Do not let the few good reviews fool you, as she can and will stoop this low and does not care about ruining your event. Its time to hire some people to help you with your business if you're "too busy" to run it. You should be ashamed of yourself. We had a DIY wedding at the Brick, and lining up Angela's support was the #1 best planning move we made. With so many DIY elements, it was important to have one person coordinating and supporting it all. She's very supportive and has a can-do attitude. Wedding planning was a little stressful for me, but every single time I talked to Angela I walked away feeling calm and confident. I'd talked to another very fancy/expensive South Bend wedding planner, and that woman made me feel like if I didn't spend more money on fancier flowers my whole wedding would be a disaster - on the other hand, Angela listened to my DIY plans and offered some really helpful tips that made it go easier. She offers great ideas, but never pushes anything on you. She's very experienced, knows every wedding vendor in South Bend, and knew all about our venue, the Brick. I was pretty much having a panic attack while in there. Going in the foam pit you have a very high chance that the foam blocks will rip off your socks as well. Also they're picky about what kind of grippy socks you have. We have several pairs of grippy socks from several different jump places and a person stopped us to check. She was like "are those our socks" Sorry but I'm not buying yet another pair when all grippy socks are the same. It was extremely crowded there. I think they should adjust their max capacity.
