The owner of this shop, Donnie Moorehouse is rude and very inconsiderate. He was rude to my wife overcharged me. He uses this method to keep parts so he charges you or your insurance and keeps the parts. I over heard the coworkers complaining about him not paying them on time or at all. Communication was good, actually put my car back together until the back panel was received and I was able to use for 4 weeks, bring back in and was fixed on three days once the part came on. read more

They kept in touch with me as to when it may be done. I've never really been in a bad accident like this one, and they made sure I understood everything I was being told. My car, a 2013 GMC Terrain with 55,000 miles, suffered tremendous right front end damage during an accident involving another vehicle. Though it was drivable it was nonetheless a very ugly wreck. This car has been the best one I've ever owned in over 60 years of car ownership so I was very careful about the people I wanted to deal with for the repair work. I had had a small bit of work done on my wife's car several years prior by Moorehouse and recalled that that was a positive experience. In addition, my insurance carrier included Moorehouse high on their "recommended" list. I called and stopped at the shop two weeks ago on a Wednesday and received an estimate that seemed logical. We worked out arrangements with my agent and carrier and I dropped the car off the following Monday morning and was advised that the lead time was to be one to two weeks. But I received a call late in the day the following Thursday advising me that the car was being cleaned but I could pick it up within the hour or the next morning. I was stunned that next morning when I spotted the car out front waiting for me. I looked very closely at the area that was damaged and repaired and discovered that the car looked as good as the first day I drove it off the dealer's lot. We settled the financial issues and I left the property a very satisfied customer and now, two weeks later, I can't say enough positives about these people, their attitudes and their outstanding work. read more
