If I could give zero stars, I would. Burrata Pizzeria displays some of the most aggressive and unprofessional staff behavior I have ever witnessed in Vancouver. ​While picking up an order, I was forced to mark the order as 'picked up' prior to receiving the food. I followed their instructions, but they continued to aggressively demand to check my phone screen. When I politely expressed that this procedure felt uncomfortable and implied a lack of trust, the male employee started arguing with me. ​The situation escalated when a female staff member came over and started shouting at me at the top of her lungs. When I stated that I am an honest worker and not a thief, she openly shouted back: "You could be a thief." ​Falsely accusing workers and screaming at people in public shows a total lack of ethics and basic human respect. Uber has already been formally notified of this incident. I strongly advise everyone to support local businesses that treat human beings with dignity instead of this hostile establishment. read more

Wow did they drop the ball or what. Ordered two large pizzas both half price. Thought it was great value until we got home. BOTH pizzas were cardboard thin. Crust did not rise, and can't really see or taste the tomato sauce. That's fine. Mistakes happen. We phoned right away to let them know and asked if their pizza has changed. The lady said she's the one that cooked it. So we asked is that usual, saying the pizza was chewy. And...she said, "well, what do you want me to do?" Whoa, seriously? This pizza is really good. The crust is nice and the flavors were good. We had the butter chicken pizza and even though it wasn't a strong butter chicken flavor it was really nice. The real stunner was the ranch sauce they gave with it. Pretty sure I could just put a straw in it and drink it. read more

We go to a lot of pizzerias and this might be in the top 5! I ordered 2 pies online and they were ready for pick up when I walked in 20 min later. I hopped out of the car to pay & pick up and I was out of there even before my husband had a chance to come back after driving around the block. I like a quick service and much easier than having to find parking in this area. What I liked about their pizzas was that they were still hot after the drive home, the crust was delicious, it came with the garlic ranch sauce but best of all, they weren't greasy. I don't mind a little grease from the cheese and pepperoni but theirs was tasty without being heavy. I didn't feel like I did something bad after eating. read more

My pal A and I decided for a picnic near the beach. I decided whether to get fish and chips or Pizza and Pizza was our choice. We phoned Burrata to see if we can dine in and it was takeout only. Seating spaces were small. I've seen lots of positive reviews on Yelp and Google didn't disappoint me. We had half Gandalf and half Greek($15.99) it was pretty good. Thin crust loaded with lots of toppings. Dipping sauce was good, but tasted saltier with pizza (dipping sauce was free). I'd recommend eating pizza without their dipping sauce. Take out is recommended and dine-in option is not available. Service was fast. read more

I almost don't want to write this review because I am selfish and don't want you to find out this hidden gem of pizza place in Kerrisdale. However I genuinely want them to be successful because they are the kindest people so let me tell you our little family story with Burrata Pizzeria. Our first visit to Burrata Pizzeria was really by chance. We had just picked up our new puppy from South Surrey, heading back home to Kits. Knowing that we would be hungry with a new puppy with us there was no way we would be making dinner at home so I looked up a pizza place on the way and put in an order for 2 pizzas. I remember going in to pick up the pizzas and had a conversation with the owners about being a newly open business during the beginning of the pandemic and how tough it must have been. We were pretty tired that day so we went home, ate the pizzas, noted that they were great and spent the night getting our puppy used to his new environment. Fast forward a year later, we were craving pizza so we ended up ordering a large Hawaiian pizza on Uber eats, after remembering the sentimental value of this pizza place and we thought, why not? It was the best take out pizza we have had in a long time, the generous toppings, the slightly sweet savory pizza dough, and the garlic dips that they included in the order. The best part is our dog, Benji, genuinely goes nuts for their pizza crust, sitting politely waiting for us to leave some crust for him in his bowl. Maybe it was also his first memory of being with his new family (knowing us I know for sure we had shared some pizza with him the first night we took him home). Benji is very food driven, however I have never ever seen him as excited for anything as he is with Burrata's pizza crust. We were trying to find them on Uber eats again but turns out they do their own delivery now. My partner called them and had a conversation with the owner about how great their pizzas are, and how we will order one for Benji for his upcoming birthday (no sauce, meat lovers with green peppers and cheese). I'm sure they had a good laugh about this because when the delivery came they gave us an extra pizza and wrote a kind note on the box. Even though we don't live in the area anymore we will continue to order from here, not only because of the delicious food but because of the sentimental value and the nicest people who work so hard to build their business. I hope next time you are craving pizza you will also consider ordering from them. I know our Benji will be looking forward for his own personal birthday pizza! read more

Ordering from here never fails. I love their pizzas and especially their garlic dip. I am not sure what it is about that dip, but it is SO addictive. I always order takeout for their pizza and its already so good, I can't imagine what it tastes like fresh out of the oven!! What we ordered this time: - Margherita: I don't normally get a vegetarian pizza, but the ones from this place is just so good. The crust is just the right and the flavor is on point. - Italian Quattro Meat Lover: the salami (I think) makes the pizza slightly spicy - but it is just the right amount of heat! Horrible customer service and garbage online order form. I've been ordering from here since I moved to the neighborhood. Today I had to modify a pizza due to food allergy. I used the online tool and when we received the pizza it still had the topping on it. I called Burratta and was rudely told they would do nothing and I would have to order another pizza because the form they received didn't have the changes. I have just ordered pizza from another company and have thrown the Burratta pizza in the garbage. I will never order from this company again. read more

We walked by this place in Kerrisdale and decided to go in a grab a slice and it was sooooo good. Since then i frequently order pizzas for pick up from here. It's a nice thin crispy crust and the toppings are delicious. I highly recommend the "White Castle" sooooo yummy! read more

This place has some of the best pizza you can find in Vancouver. We used to love trying different pizzerias every Friday, but now we almost always choose Burrata. Takes a little bit of time to get the pizza but it's always done just right. What I love about this pizza is that it doesn't have the greasiness and sogginess of most pizza joints in Vancouver. The worst pizza ever. I picked my pizza up and my order was for a salami, pepperoni, ham with mushrooms and extra cheese. Pizza dough was soggy as wet paper, lack of sauce, very light on meat and no hint of cheese... and I ordered extra cheese. The pizza ovens are not commercial. The staff want to pump out skimpy pizza and fast. So they rush the job and either they try to cool too fast or their mini ovens don't cut it. Worst ever. read more

We were looking forward to trying the newest pizza place in Kerrisdale and ordered two pizzas. One was not bad (Caprese) and the other was NOT good (Greek). The Greek sounded like it would be delicious but the dough was not cooked (therefore the crust was soggy) and there was barely any tomato sauce.
