Both times, I was not as organized as I wanted to be, and needed some help with packing some piles into boxes (I do not know how to pack, I always make the boxes too heavy). Both times, they worked hard and got everything done fast, and were super polite and cooperative with my requests. They made the day go so smoothly, and I am beyond grateful. As much as I hate moving, I'm sure I'll be moving again, and I will definitely rely on this business when that day comes.

My brother-on-law moved 3 trailers full of stuff, going back and forth from Hugo to Blaine before they even got to my house the first time, we all left at the same time. I think they were intentionally slow so they could charge us 4x's the amount quoted to me for an entire day (which is only 4 hours for them). They also broke multiple items, even with their "insurance" I was not reimbursed for anything. I also had to have them correct the contract 5 times before they actually got it correct. This company is horrible, if I could give them negative stars I would. This company is so crooked they are a circle! Response: your crew did not take an unpaid lunch break, it was included in the time they added to my bill at the end. They also very much pressure me to tip them because, as they put it, "This company does not pay us very well." Not only was I quoted roughly $1500, and it ended up costing me almost $5K for the service, I ended up tipping them because they know where I live and I didn't want anything to happen to my wife, and your crew took more breaks than they actually worked. Regardless of what you say, your company is crooked, incompetent, and needs to be put out of business. My next report is to the BBB!

They also took care of rubbish that needed to be disposed of and cleaned areas after the rooms were cleared. My belongings all arrived in great shape at my new place. When they arrived they took a quick look at amount of items and then got to work usually taking 2-3 boxes per trip to truck. They wrapped items in blankets then plastic wrap to keep safe or just plastic to keep drawers in place. They even moved and loaded all the extra random items like packages of toilet paper and a bag of canned food. At the new place they laid down rugs and plastic to protect the floor as they moved items in. They made sure furniture was placed in the area we wanted and even helped adjust as needed. Overall a job well done and it ended up being on the lower side of the estimate.

As the move went on, no invoice was sent? I I asked him again and finally he told me he never gave out invoices and people never asked for one? "I stated what kind of business does not give out an invoice for records?" He could not give me an explanation? As it turned out he did not have a pay pal account either? I'm elderly and only have income from social security and had counted on using a credit card for the move! In the end my son payed cash for the $900.00 move, which caused big problems, especially in his marriage! The best part of the move was the actual men that moved me!
