While their kitchen closes at ten, the owner was extremely nice and opened the kitchen back up for us. We got some chicharrones de pollo with carne frita, tostones and papas fritas. The chicharrones de pollo is literally chicken thats chopped up and deep fried, and it was delicious with the mayoketchup sauce. the pickled red onions gave the dish overall some nice acidity as well.
