My son loves it here. They have a great variety of foods. The wait was about 10-15 minutes but I saw a lot of pick up orders. Even though you can sit down to eat, most prefer to place their order online and take it to go. Wanted some Indian food but my usual place was closed on a Sunday. Tried the Burrito Palace and was not disappointed. Fast, friendly and delicious. Don't let the small exterior fool you. Ordered for takeout on a Monday night. Got the BBQ Chicken Burrito. When I called to place the order, employee couldn't tell me how the BBQ sauce was (sweet, smokey, spicy, etc.) just that "it comes in a jar labeled BBQ". Burrito was tasty, but made of 3/4 lettuce and pico. There wasn't much chicken and barely any rice. Definitely not worth the $11 plus charged. Perhaps another burrito option may have been better, but I'm probably not going to try this place again any time soon. read more

The food was so fresh and made precisely to order. We got the Spicy Chicken Chipotle Burrito and had NO regrets. It was flavored to perfection and not to mention there are FRIES inside!! So good. Sad to say,but my search for decent halal food must continue. I have an issue when the customer is significantly more polite and friendly than the staff. The ambiance is that of your typical Chinese take out place that has not been renovated or shown any love since it was built. The food is precooked and poor quality. You would have a much better experience if you went to restaurant depot and cooked yourself. Beware for kids: the chicken fingers aren't even chicken fingers. I gave this place a 5 star years ago. Well now I'm dropping it to a one star. Something changed, maybe the cook, maybe the owner, idk. for one thing they removed a lot of items from the menu. the foods they kept have changed. the pineapple shrimp burrito is not good anymore. they decreased the amt of shrimp for one thing. they increased the price so much and you get so much less for your dollar. the quality has changed. I won't be back ever. I don't recommend this place. If you don't believe me, try it for yourself and you'll be sorry you wasted your money. this place disappoints me. read more

This is a hole-in-the-wall with only 3 or 4 tables- I've never actually sat down to eat, but I've often grabbed takeout from here for a quick and tasty meal. It's halal AND Mexican AND desi food ...and...burgers... all cooked by hispanics. Not sure what's going on with that, but the food is interesting! The good: Curry/Desi burritos are awesome. Try the spicy shrimp from the regular burrito menu and the lamb chapli kebab burrito from the curry burrito menu. They also have great "tandoori" wings which are an interesting departure from traditional buffalo. The not-so-good: $9.50 for a subpar chicken quesadilla is outrageous. Fries were soggy a few times. And beware the "guacamole" - a flavorless, gelatinous green paste that doesn't resemble avocado in texture or taste! Overall, Burrito Palace is hard to rate because you can't give half stars on here... 3.5 would be more accurate ... and the food is hit or miss so you have to discover the better menu items for yourself. But I will continue to come here because I love Mexican food and Indian food, and this place satisfies both of those cravings! read more

Food is usually spot on. Had it yesterday (3/14/21) got 2 burritos. The second burrito tasted a bit off but didn't think anything of it till I vomited it all up about 20 mins later. This is not necessarily an "eat in" restaurant. I would much rather take food out from here. It isn't terrible for a little halal desi/mexican place. Except I wish some of the spellings on their menu were correct! We ordered the chicken chipotle (NOT CHIPTOLE lol) wrap which was slightly oily but SO good, chicken quesadillas were good, so was the steak wrap. Really great hidden gem for takeout. Their burritos are ENORMOUS! Wish I took a pic to document but you'll just have to trust that the portions won't disappoint. The spicy chicken chipotle burrito was delicious but very saucy. My boyfriend had the shredded chicken and chipotle chicken tacos and thought they were delicious as well!! See the sad thing is, this place is actually good but for it's worth it was right at it's edge due to it's high price already. However for halal Mexican food it was OK and acceptable. I must say the slight price increase (again) has made this drop a star. Through the years I've visited prices are up almost 25%... Nah man it just doesn't match it's worth. For a hole in the wall takeout, $14 for a burrito is just too much esp when other halal competitors are offering other cuisines for ~$10 (shah's, lemongrass, ralphies, redchili, etc). It's not that the price is high, it's the product does not match it's price points. Previous cost of a 5 inch soft taco at $2-$2.25 was ok but going to 40% jump at $3.25 for a soft taco now with no change in size or quality discourages me from dropping by here. Small shop that may not catch your eye but it's definitely a place to try. This burrito place was suggested to me by family so when I was out in Ronkonkoma I decided to give it a try. I ordered the chipotle burrito and it was delicious. If you order from burrito palace and grill you will definitely get your money's worth. Went here today for the first time and i got the combination gyro which includes beef and chicken meat. The food wasn't bad at all, the lovely lady serving me gave me a generous amount of white sauce which was fantastic, but there were a few problems. I paid about $10 which isn't bad at all, unless you're in the city and get it for much cheaper but I had more salad than meat and I'm a meat eater so I expected to get an equal amount of beef and chicken or lamb whatever it was, and to top it off, while I was eating my food, I saw a little piece of hair in my food it was mixed in, I ate more than three quarters of it and the rest was mainly salad and hair. This place is great. I'm a vegetarian and there are several things that I can order on the menu. They serve Halal and Greek in addition to Burritos and Tacos and everything tastes wonderful. The pricing for this joint is fair. It costs about as much as other places like Chipotle, and Moe's Southwestern Grill, but you get more per serving that the aforementioned places. They can be a bit slow sometimes, especially when busy, but they take advanced orders over the phone, so if you frequent there like I do, then it's usually a good idea to do that. read more

This place used to good but now there have zero standards. The lady that cooks the food is in her phone while cooking and using earbuds. You might think "what's the problem with that?". Ordered 2 lamb gyros for the wife and I . First, the good. The meat was absolutely delicious. The pita was grilled and warm. In all, the sandwich was good. Now the bad...the lettuce and tomato were wilted. No onion on the sandwich at all. Now the worst...the sauce was RANCH DRESSING!!!! Come on, guys! Really?? Maybe because the cook and help were NOT Greek. That being said , if you're gonna sell gyros, learn how to make tzatziki sauce, PLEASE! So...if you bring your own tzatziki sauce, go for it.
