What actually is this? Mom went in for us and brought home take out. I'll start by saying that we discuss all the burrito places in our area, and which is best and Moe's has always taken the cake... Not after today and our experience since being re-reopened about 2 months ago. So I guess this pitiful wrap with scraps, is considered a burrito? I've never gotten such a lame excuse for a burrito, half full with tons of excess tortilla. Everyone at the table (8 burritos and bowls in total) had the same experience. The burrito wrapped in foil looked like a silly little hotdog from an elementary school lunch. Flavors were all good, but for $9 I expect a burrito... not scraps. Guess we'll be sticking with Cabofresh.

Came in just for a snack of guac and chips. Guac was very watery and very bland. Something was off about the soda too. I was very disappointed in my snack. :( Staff was friendly and place is very clean. The bathroom was clean as well.

For about $9 you can get a bowl/burrito with lots of things included. I was surprised to find that for once guac isn't extra and the meal came with lots of nachos! There's a section in the back where you can get sauces for your nachos. The food was on the saltier side, but at least the service was quick.

How is this taco worth more than a dollar?

My brother saved his points and giftcard for treating himself, me and my boyfriend for Moes while watching Wrestlemania tonight. What we got were the saddest excuse for Moes food I've ever seen. The homewrecker burritos had no guac, nearly no meat, half the size of the full-size it was supposed to be, mostly tortilla folded on itself multiple times. The tacos had 4 to 5 small pieces of meat in the coldest tortillas. This definitely ruined our night. Shame on this cheap location. We deserve a refund and an apology.

It clearly says bowl and I get a wrap

A bunch of a incompetent idiots work here. Every single time I order on door dash the completely mess us my order. It has never failed once that they don't mess up my order. Take a look at the picture

Moes beats chipotle for me! I love their queso! I love all the fresh toppings they haveto offer! This is the closest location to my place right now so I go there quite often. I love the salsa bar next to the drinks. U can pick your salsa after for the chips they give u on the side. I always get the burito bowl with spicy chicken as my protein. The Staff is always friendly the place is clean.

No chicken tonight and no attempt is being made to provide any. The people behind the counter don't care.

The saddest looking bowl.. about 1/3 of what I usually get. the quality and quantity has drastically decreased at this Moe's since the new management

Growing up in New Mexico and Texas, I find it hard to find a spot on LI that helps satisfy the craving for good Mexican/TexMex. Tonight, we got a pretty good platter of food. My wife and I got a total of 8 tacos, 4 Birria tacos (2 of each), and 4 street tacos. (2 carne asada, 2 carnitas). My kids each got a quesadilla, regular and chicken bacon ranch. I tried the chicken bacon ranch and that thing was pretty serious lol. My kids could have definitely just shared one. With all of that being said, the carne asada street tacos were definitely my favorite of everything, followed by the carnitas then finally the birria tacos. The salsa verde they served in the cup was as authentic as they come, and I put that sh** on every single bite. Something about the salsa verde in the bottle just wasn't hitting the same. As my family was wrapping everything up, this nice young lady approached us and offered complimentary churros for the kids! Super nice of them. This experience was definitely a 9/10 for me. I would probably just skip the birria tacos next time, personally.

We were welcomed and immediately seated, choosing inside seating and started off with a pitcher of their fruited Sangrias and complimentary salsa and chips. The food never disappoints. Tried the Papas con Queso, potato skins with sausage, cheese and guacamole, which were delicious and definitely not the usual skins one gets at other restaurants. The Churrasco Argentino was outstanding. The shell steak perfectly cooked medium rare at medium topped with chimichurri served over sliced tomatoes with a side of rice and string beans. The Carne Asada skirt steak was also perfectly cooked topped with roasted corn salsa, cheese and queso fresco served with tostones, guacamole, rice and beans. The combos were varied and very good although some of our party stated the taco shells and tortillas were a little soggy but still flavorful. Overall a great restaurant serving excellent and varied Mexican dishes at reasonable prices and generally well portioned.

I asked my spouse. Ordered chile rellenos, the three taco meal, and had a pork belly appetizer that we shared between us. Took most of it home, and I have to say, I love Mexican/Latin food, but this was the blandest selection of food I have had since trying a can of Amy's vegetarian Tom Kha soup. Amy sucks every last bit of flavor, joy and life from Thai cuisine, and while the food at Don Quixote wasn't depressing, it lacked what I expect from Latin food: A little spice, some savor, cultural pride maybe. I guess that's why we hadn't been back. But, if you look at reviews, most others seem to like it pretty well, so you'll have to decide for yourself. I may have been there too early, just as the kitchen was warming up, or maybe just an "off" day. Your experience may vary.

My husband ordered beef tacos for an appetizer, which he enjoyed. A nice crunchy taco always hits the spot. For dinner I had the Paella Marinera. The flavor in the rice was very good. The calamari, cod fish, and shrimp were tender. The mussels and clams were so dry & overcooked, I couldn't even get them out of the shells. Very disappointing. My husband had the Mixed Grill. The steak, while very thin, was tender, flavorful and perfectly cooked. The chicken and Chorizo were also very good. Service was good & quick. By the time we were leaving, there was a wait with a line out the door. Food was worth trying and coming back for.

The host was mopping the host stand so we had to maneuver around the waiting area while waiting for our whole party to arrive. It was unusually busy, maybe because a game was on, and service was a lot slower than usual. Our waiter was very nice regardless and got everything correct, just took a while to get his attention sometimes. Otherwise, eating here is as nice as ever, and seemed clean. As I mentioned, we went here to try this new burger. My friend and I both agreed that it wasn't bad, but the queso really didn't add much to the burger flavor, just made the bun soggy. The burger was very good on its own, and I will just order that alone next time. Unfortunately, after dinner, I was left with a major stomach ache that lasted throughout the night. My friend, who didn't have dessert, had the same issue. I will definitely not be ordering this again and can't recommend it! Otherwise, this is a spot I have been to many times and will visit again. It's local, the food is overall good when you stick to the basics, ambiance is clean and cozy, and the staff is great.
