Cut right off the the spit and into the tortilla. It is the ultimate late night food, easily eclipsing any bacon wrapped hot dog. Sober or drunk, it's the best taco I've ever had, no question about it. I've been to the Tacos El Gordo in San Diego and I've been to the one in Vegas but there's something about having it in TJ with an ice cold Coke in a glass bottle.
