Delicious food and open late! Came here on a Wednesday night and thoroughly enjoyed our late night dinner. We ordered the Al pastor quesadilla, carne asada tacos and carne asada torta. We enjoyed all of them a lot. Al pastor was nice and spicy but not overly spicey. Alright alright! This was my first time exploring tacos in rosarito. As an expert in tacos I will give you my most genuine review. Well, all my reviews are genuine but I know tacos and Mexican food! My taste buds grew up with delicious authentic Mexican food. Soooo.... Al pastor : The tacos did the job. They were too salty in my opinion but if you like salty stuff I guess they will satisfy you. I recommend you skip out on the guac sauce just because it cools your taco down immediately. The cabeza tacos: I love cabeza ;) i really do enjoy tacos de cabeza. The meat is just so tender and soft and mmmm . And they are perfect because they are salt free! Or so they taste like no salt was added and I got to add it myself. The tripa tacos: I am extremely picky with my tripa review because I love tripa tacos! Okay sooo... I like my tripa to be well cooked, obviously right! lol but I like it crunchy, I want to feel the crunch as I much! It's a mind thing, but I like it, makes me feel like it's well cooked and safe to eat. I'm sure if I would have mentioned to cook the tripa a little extra they would have but I didn't ... so... I rate the tripa tacos a 2.5/ 5. The workers are extremely nice and I really appreciated that! Extremely attentive to my needs. Thank you for your service folks! We were looking for a taqueria in Rosarito that would be good and by accident came here. We stopped because there was a lot of people. DELICIOUS! Looking for tacos? I loved their tacos here. Try it, I 100% recommend it. The salsa is good, spicy though. My favorite is the vampiros, which is a crunchy corn tortilla like a tostada but it's a real tortilla and they toast them here, one on top one at the bottom and your choice of meat and it has cheese, pico, salsa, guacamole. I also had a piña colada and they made it with my choice of liquor which was absolute vodka. Delicious as well. read more

This place is super big and offers a great variety of meats and drinks. They are open pretty late too and there is sitting by the sidewalk or inside where you can watch TV. We have eaten here twice. I have only had asada and adobada tacos both times I got sick . Not heavily like food poisoning or anything but I did got a very upset stomach. I dont recommend it. The tacos are not the best either. Lined up, patiently waited, when my turn came I asked for a cabeza burrito, con todo. Fifteen minutes later I was served a medium tortilla, cilantro and cebolla, and a small stingy portion of some microwaved mystery meat. Whatever it was, it sure wasn't anything being sold or displayed on their menu. Side note: If any of you are missing any pets, I think I might have found where your pet went. In continuation, stingy, bland, no flavor, mystery meat, whack ass salsas, Karen would not approve. Check on yelp, look for a better option that this waste of time of a taco shop. read more

I mean, literally on every corner you will find a taco stand or cart ready to serve you Pastor, Asada and quite more... But now on to Pepe's. Pepe's is great for 3 main reasons. Number 1 being that there tacos are great. Again "Great" not good. Number 2 being it is perfectly located and has great deals and prices. Number 3 being the fact that i'm always satisfied and craving more. 3 tacos to start, 2 more. Another 2. Possibly another 2 if i can still do it. Truly great tacos and the pastor is on another level. Be careful for the salsa. One or two of them are extremely spicy and oh my i learned my lesson. Worth the visit if you are nearby and wonderful service. Love this place. read more

Great customer service!!! I only interacted with them in Spanish so I don't know if they are bilingual. They have convenient parking with a security on site. On the side of the restaurant they have a male and female restroom. The prices are a great deal! This location is close to rosarito beach and the "swapmeet" they have. They accept pesos and dollars. The lady at the grill prepped up a divided platter of chopped onions, radishes, cucumbers, and two styles of HOT salsa. She toasted small (3 inch) mais (corn) tortillas - warm, these are your "corn chips"! Fantastic. I had two roasted red chilis - beer for first aid : ) Beer and soda served cold.
