I needed someone who'd live in my home with them while I was away. I finally found SJS and she's not only a super human, but an exceptional dog sitter! She goes above and beyond, takes amazing photos, let's them sleep in bed with her (as I do) among so many other positive things. Cant even think of one negative. I just pray that Harley, Wags and I never lose her! She's worth every cent and more! We all love her dearly!

I’ve been raised…read morearound dogs my whole life, from tiny lap pups to big gentle giants, so I’m comfortable with all breeds and personalities. Since I was little, I’ve taken responsibility for feeding, walking, bathing, and grooming my pets — including my family’s shih-tzu, who I absolutely adore. I currently live at home with my parents, which gives me a great support system and plenty of flexibility to focus on your pet’s needs. We also have an older family dog, but my parents care for him while I’m with clients… though he definitely gives me a full sniff-down when I get home to see which furry friend I was “cheating” on him with. Alongside pet sitting, I’m also a Realtor. I’m newer in the field, but I’m supported by an amazing team at my brokerage, and my flexible schedule allows me to dedicate the time and attention your pet deserves. What sets me apart is my patience, affection, and genuine love for animals. I always work to make your pet feel safe, happy, and cared for. I treat every animal like my own and pride myself on being reliable, trustworthy, and respectful of your home — leaving it exactly as I found it or even a little better. You’ll receive regular updates, photos, and videos so you always know how your pet is doing. I can’t wait to meet your furry family member and spoil them with love and attention!

We had quite a few good experiences bringing our boys there for day care. However, when we went on…read moreour 10 day vacation, things didn't go so well. Keep in mind we paid EXTRA for a large suite so our boys would be kenneled at night together and comfortable. We had also set up for a friend go pick up our boys early. I had notified the faculty ahead of time of this (at drop off), and advised them to charge 'our card' upon pick up (not hers), while verifying with the receptionist that they had our card on file, and left her name. Upon her arrival for pick up of our boys, my friend had to call me (luckily I had reception even tho we were out in a remote hike). She said they wouldn't let her pick up (take) the boys unless she paid. I had to call them! They stated my card nor instructions I said I had left, were NOT on file. I reiterated how I even had receptionist who helped me at 'drop off' double check all that and she had assured me it was all there. I had to give my card again over the phone while on vacation, so they would let my friend take our boys. Once home with our boys, my friend calls again that our littlest guy had an open wound on his nose. Also did not look like medications were fully administered and food. I had individually separated their food bags, by name, days, breakfast and dinner, into zip lock bags. They never grabbed them according to dates. The dates on the bags left with (and without) food were all over the place. Not a huge deal except there was food left over and no way of knowing if one of them went without eating a day or more. Had they followed the dates on each bag, I would have been able to see if they both ate daily or which pup had a bad day and wouldn't eat etc. The report given to us after pick up was sweet, but no mention of what happened to our little one's nose, medications, or food. Keep in mind we paid more for their nicer rooms for our boys and to keep them together. The nose incident appeared to us it could have been that our little one was stressed out and sticking his nose under the kennel door wanting out or trying to tell them something like having to pee, poop, or hungry etc. This place is beautiful and for the most part, the staff was always friendly and seemed attentive, but they did have a very large number of staff, mostly young people, and I just feel they need to screen them better before hiring and monitor them with regular quarterly reviews. The nose incident it was really tore us up and keep us from ever using the facility again. When advised them, they did not offer to reimburse. Not good customer service practice when a little one comes home injured! Please keep in mind this was about 3 years ago so things may have possibly changed by now. I wish I had kept the photos of little guys nose to post here. Just be diligent and very aware if take your pups to ANY day care.

Life-Changing Dog Training--Seriously!…read more I waited a full month before writing this review because I wanted to be sure the changes we saw weren't just a fluke. Now, I can confidently say: Patrick and the Bark Busters program are nothing short of incredible. If you read nothing else--just know this: Patrick is the real deal. From the moment he stepped into our home, everything started to shift. He gave us tools, guidance, and insight that immediately began to transform our household. And here's the critical takeaway: Patrick will show you the way--but you have to do the work. There's no shortcut, no magic wand. The key is consistency. You'll be amazed at what you and your dog can accomplish with daily, intentional effort. If you're struggling--whether your dog is a puppy or a seasoned adult--pick up the phone and call Patrick. We have two Labrador Retrievers: one is 3 years old, the other just 8 months. We thought our older dog was well-behaved because he was calm... until we learned what calm really means. Meanwhile, our puppy was an adorable whirlwind--jumping, barking at the door, and definitely not ready to meet his older sibling. We knew we needed help, and fast. Enter Patrick. In just minutes, he had us "speaking dog." No gimmicks, no harsh discipline--just firm, clear leadership. Our puppy's behavior began to shift before our eyes. By the end of that first session, we were stunned. We felt more confident. The house felt calmer. The dogs were listening. Now, don't get me wrong--this isn't passive training. There's homework, every single day. In fact, every interaction becomes part of the training. But it's worth it. The results speak for themselves. And Patrick is always just a call or text away for support, clarification, or encouragement. One month in, and we have a completely different experience with our dogs. The puppy and the older dog are now peacefully coexisting--playing, lounging, and even responding calmly to the doorbell. We've established boundaries, learned to lead with confidence, and--maybe most surprisingly--realized our older dog wasn't quite the angel we thought. (Thanks, Patrick, for gently pointing that out in your follow-up visit!) Our new mission: bulletproof recall and calm, confident behavior in public. And thanks to Patrick, we're well on our way. If you're thinking about reaching out--stop thinking and just do it. Bark Busters and Patrick have given us tools that truly work, and a better relationship with our dogs. Whatever challenge you're facing, I honestly believe they can help.

Stay away from this dog training company! I contacted Bark Busters and set up an initial visit…read more This cost $300 whether or not you decide to use their service. I was scheduled with Patrick at the end of June. Due to their schedule I had to book it a month later. Well, Patrick came to my home. He is a very nice man, who thought he was the end all to training. Okay, I listened, he started out with the owner has to be the alpha dog. He actually said that dogs do not understand when we speak to them all they understand is "BARK". He claims that's how the converse with other dogs and this how we need to converse with them. I disagreed. I could believe this man and how he became a trainer. Anyone who has a dog knows they understand us. Patrick stated all I have to do was say "BARK at a normal voice and if they do not listen to say "BARK!!!" using a deep, strong, loud voice. I continued to disagree with him. Patrick stated we should part ways. I believe I should get my fee of $300 back. Especially since he would not offer their services. Patrick offered to send me some videos to help me with corrective training. I never received them. Oh by the way, Patrick stated he is the number one dog trainer in the area. He has a website don't remember the site but just put in search engine Patrick Dog Busters. I am amazed that this company is still in business and anyone would use them. Hoping they return will my deposit due to how ridiculous the initial visit, what a joke.
