Upon leaving and reviewing the receipt, we remembered their website states a Presidents' Day sale with free delivery and crib mattress. This wasn't mentioned to us at all during the sale and wasn't included in the invoice. My husband called back, spoke to Benny and was told we would be honored the free mattress but he wouldn't budge on the free delivery- saying he gave us more than the holiday sale price. Mind you- delivery is $299. This didn't sit right with my husband so he went back into the store to get a breakdown of the pricing just to make sure we weren't being ripped off and none of the numbers for the set matched up. They still did not remove the fee for free delivery and Benny was rude, asking "what do you want!?" Instead of honoring what is mentioned ON THEIR WEBSITE. Benny asked us for a review. So here it is :). We cancelled the order, and won't be going back. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Do not recommend. Plenty of other baby furniture stores. Check out Bambi baby for honest sales people and good pricing.

The first time we were buying a chair, once we went to use the gift cards to pay the price some how changed so we walked out. The second time was only bc it said the store was closing and everything was 50% off. We figured we better use the gift cards before they don't exist anymore. Once we went to pay again, since we were using gift cards we had to pay full price and the 50% off was no longer valid. Yet again we walked out! Will not give these people anymore money. The store was very neat and orderly and is currently offering 50% off of EVERYTHING in the store. Upon checkout, I realized one pair of joggers was only $1.47 - $1.47!!!!!!!!! I went back thru the store and picked up a handful of tee shirts since I saved a few bucks - my lucky day! Joggers and tee shirts both seem very comfortable and well designed - not to mention they fit me perfect! I've never really shopped at Old Navy but after today's experience, I'll definitely be back!
