The first day, the carpet looked perfect but was still wet, I came back a few days later and apparently the stain showed back up worse because it seeped up from the padding. One of my sticking points with businesses these days is promptness and they were pulling up to the house at 8:58 so I was immediately impressed. I called Busy Bee after using Oxi Fresh and was very unhappy with the Oxi Fresh cleaning from Kennesaw ( There was absolutely no change in my carpets condition with Oxi Fresh and unfortunately they left us with a horrible odor instead ) Need I say more?. Busy Bee quoted me a GREAT price and there were no hidden costs or expenses as others have tried to get away with. Now that's integrity! I was scheduled today at 3 pm with Busy Bee and my Carpet Technician was Matthew. Matthew arrived just before 3 as promised and was very courteous with an exceptional attitude for a nasty rainy day. Matthew and I addressed any problem areas within the carpets per room and explained the technique used for the deep clean service. Unfortunately for Matthew, we have a large home and he needed to walk all hoses and tools via a longer route which took him longer due to the bad weather. Thankfully he took his time and in retrospect kept his hoses clean vs. bringing soil into the door which I commend him for. Matthew was very professional and worked very hard from start to finish. Once Matthew completed his work we turned on fans and heat for drying and he took the time to go over a list he handed me of Do's and Don'ts after a carpet cleaning. I will be recommending Busy Bee to all I know and would like Mr. Walter Thomas to know how pleased I am and it was a pleasure doing business with you as well as my pleasure to leave this review. Fast, friendly, and professional service! Demitris came to my house yesterday and was right on time. We did a walk through of the house before he got started. He was done within 1.5 hour. (3 bed with huge closets, hall, stairs, and living room) My house was completely empty, we are moving in in a few days. The previous owners left the carpets in filth and probably never vacuumed them at all. Demitris was able to make the carpets look as good as new! It also left a clean smell in the house! I have to say this was the best carpet cleaning service I've had compared to the last one I had. I've been in my new construction home for a little over 3 years, and it was either 2020 or 2021 when I got my first cleaning. I was referred to this company by the builder and it was just ok. I thought he could've done a better job on my stairs and he charged extra for regular deep dirt removal, not stains! Busy Bee was not only cheaper, but the deep dirt that I paid extra for was included in the price!! Plus my stairs and the all the other areas he cleaned looked magnificent!! Basically like new! It brought my stairs back to life! He was very thorough with his work and used a pretreatment for the heavily soiled areas. He had a two step process and explained the process to you before he started so you'd understand what he was doing which I was very impressed with.
